因為在國外買東西，後來退貨。 對方電匯費用給我，但金額卻不符合， 於是我用破破的英文回信詢問， 對方客服回信給我。 但這內容也太多了，我只有大概看得懂60~70%， 所以想跪求看得懂的人，幫我翻譯一下，謝謝！ 以下 We regret you incurred charges for your recent withdrawal. 今天是一代巨星張國榮（哥哥）58歲冥誕，為了紀念心中永遠的偶像，有日本歌迷折912千羽鶴悼念，香港星光大道上，張國榮的手印旁，早已擺滿「哥」迷送上的花束、禮物，今早11點有不少粉絲前往香港沙田寶福山寶禪堂，向偶像送上祝福。

國民黨台北市長參選人連勝文今發表最新教育政策，將以「提倡小班制度」、「提升設備資源」、「加強學習落後學生的輔導」等方式，達到各校均優質化，改善台北市教育資源分配不均情況，連勝文說，「每個人的出身背景不同，擁有的教育資源也有差距。」教育的首要目標是讓孩子們得到立足點上的平等。
 
連勝文指出，將推動高中、高職教育「雙軌並行」，打造旗艦級的技職教育，協助每一座台北市的社區高中找到他們的特色，讓教育環境多元化，孩子能夠適性發展。
 
連勝文還說，未來將逐步增加20%的預算給技職教育，用以強化實務教師的聘任、增加高職生的國際交流、及購買業界最新的設備等。與實務接軌部分，除建教合作外，更要強化教師的實務經驗，包括增聘業界教師，並送技職教師到業界去研習等，並每年提供國際交換學生名額。
 
連勝文表示，課後照顧應成為孩子培養第二興趣或專長的重要管道，未來將協助輔導更多優良民間單位加入辦理課輔，建立一套完善評鑑機制作為學校招標參考依據，降低老師負擔，並提供學生更多元的學習課程。(顏凡裴／台北報導)

一架俄羅斯全祿航空（Transaero）日前發生空中起火驚魂記。這架航班本月5日自西班牙巴塞隆納機場起飛後不久，一具引擎突然起火，整個過程全被機上乘客拍攝下來。

拍攝影片的乘客表示，當天這架預定飛往俄羅斯的波音767班機一起飛，機身就劇烈搖晃，而機組員發現引擎起火後約30秒即關閉引擎，並在空中洩油約1小時後返回巴塞隆納機場，飛機安全迫降，結束這場空中驚魂記，乘客也在隔天搭另架班機飛返俄國。（桂家齊／綜合外電報導）

殺人如麻的「伊斯蘭國」(IS)對敍利亞和伊拉克的威脅日增，據稱該組織旗下的女兵團「漢莎」（Al-Khansaa）更經營妓院，強迫被擄走的婦女賣淫，任由聖戰分子逞淫慾，而操控女兵團充當「老鴇」角色的，則是一批來自英國的女性恐怖分子。

英國《鏡報》引述消息人士指，「漢莎」女兵團內的英國女戰士已成功掌權，她們除於敍北城鎮拉卡（Raqqa）肆意拘捕和懲罰「不守伊斯蘭律法」的婦女外，還於當地經營淫窟，以滿足聖戰分子的獸慾，並將伊斯蘭律法斷章取義，以合理化自己的行為，認為聖戰士蹂躪女性有理，「因為她們非穆斯林」。

智庫組織「中東報導研究機關」(MEMRI)確認，聖戰分子佔據伊北大部份地區後，擄走很多少數族裔的婦女，如雅茲迪人，並進行人口販賣，甚至將她們當作性奴。另一個研究組織相信，目前有60名英國婦女前往敍利亞參與聖戰，相信她們在「漢莎」有一定影響力，經常呼籲外籍人士效力組織。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）

餐廳名稱: PAUL (新光三越A9) 電話: 02-2722-0700 地址: 台北市松壽路9號2樓 (新光三越A9) 店家網站: http://www.paul-international.com/tw/historique -- 圖文網誌版: http://cosxsmallu.pixnet.net/blog/post/41338636 之前就聽過這家很不便宜的麵包店 這次如果不是跟先生同學聚會 我們兩個應該一輩子都不會踏進來這裡 (因為覺得貴，所以除非聚會，兩個人不會特別想來) 我們是到現場之後 才排預約吃下午茶 在外頭等了十幾分鐘才輪到我們用餐 用餐時間是兩個小時 看了一下MENU 是真的不便宜 一個人的低消是NTD 180 要另外加10% 由於我們才剛吃完漢堡 現在也吃不太下 所以就點了甜點跟飲料 飲料看了半天不知道要點甚麼 看到桌上有個牌子 上面有巧克力的飲品可以選 (原諒我忘記拍照又忘記名字) 所以就點了一杯試試看 喝起來頗甜 很像巧克力牛奶冰沙 先生點的伯爵冰茶 先生朋友點的茶飲 肉桂洋梨塔 我個人非常怕肉桂的味道 所以連試吃都不敢吃一口 巧克力融奶油 名字聽起來好好吃的樣子 送上桌的時候發現跟想像的不同 我點的香蕉巧克力可麗餅 香蕉分量滿滿滿 除了外頭看到的以外 可麗餅裡頭包的也都是香蕉 巧克力很香濃 跟一般的巧克力醬吃起來不一樣 可麗餅是採法式的煎法 所以是偏軟的餅皮 個人比較喜歡這種 甜度很OK(甚至比我的飲料還不甜) 但是另外附上的奶油很普通 先生原本點的是閃電泡芙 但後來服務生說賣完了 所以改點巧克力鬆餅 沒想到送上來的時候好大一份 我咬了一口試味道 恩~~覺得很普通 而且咬的時候巧克力屑會掉滿桌 離去時朋友的女友還買了兩份牛角麵包給我們 >/////////※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.175.125.149 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Food/M.1410507204.A.1CA.html
