| 月兔成火燒兔 桃縣遺憾難過

桃園地景藝術節閉幕，工人今天進行拆除作業，疑電鋸產生火苗，將月兔變火燒兔。桃園縣府遺憾難過，不排除向包商求償。
桃園地景藝術節昨天閉幕，由荷蘭籍藝術家霍夫曼創作的大型裝置藝術月兔，今天因工人施工不慎，慘遭火燒。
施工人員今天早上進行月兔拆解準備搬離海軍基地草皮時，疑施工時的電鋸產生火苗，引燃月兔，造成兔子起火燃燒，消防隊員即刻搶救，沒有人員傷亡，但白色月兔立即變成焦黑的火燒兔。
桃園縣府表示相當遺憾及難過，也不排除向包商求償，也已將此事告知霍夫曼。

| 姜文「被死亡」 忙咳嗽闢謠

日前一條「姜文心肌梗塞去世」的假新聞，在網路上瘋傳。姜文所屬的不亦樂乎公司，隨後公開澄清：「姜文身體狀況很好，正在紐約忙《一步之遙》的後期製作。」
華西都市報報導，北京電影圈一位高層人士日前透露，「姜文心肌梗塞去世」的假新聞在網上瘋傳，在演藝圈引起了震驚。
當天下午5時，廣電總局主管電影的有關負責人親自出面打電話給遠在美國忙於後期製作的姜文，讓他親自開口說幾句話。聽到姜文說話的聲音，這位領導才終於放下了心，立即編好一條短信為姜文闢謠，「姜文童鞋無恙，太陽照樣升起。造謠可恥。剛通完電話。他好好的。」
面對「死訊」，姜文所屬的不亦樂乎公司表示，姜文原不打算理會，但一整天都有朋友來電，一些朋友還要他在微信中咳嗽一聲證明，「導演咳了一下午，都要咳出咽喉炎了。」

| 警大教授：叫小孩上學不是警察業務

有民眾在周一上午拍到警察要拉小一男生去上學的畫面，警察大學教授葉毓蘭表示，「叫小孩上學，不該是警察為民服務的項目。」
葉毓蘭說，警察的養成教育是打擊犯罪，不是要當兒童心理學家，建議派出所接到類似求助電話，「應該婉拒」。
她指出，日前發生有孩子盜刷爸爸信用卡購買遊戲點數，被爸爸押到警局請波麗士大人代為管教，因為盜刷信用卡是犯罪行為，這種事警察可以管。但是，扮演凶神惡煞恐嚇小孩去上學，就很不合適；為民服務的事若來者不拒，警察的工作恐會「雜役化」。
葉毓蘭建議，警政署應列舉出警察為民服務的項目，清楚列出哪些該做、哪些不服務，以免以後有家長打110請警察幫忙送便當給孩子。

 國防部包商被駭 美國歸咎大陸

本報訊
（中央社華盛頓17日綜合外電報導）美國聯邦參議院調查人員今天表示，中國大陸解放軍駭客至少9度成功攻擊美國國防部雇用的民間交通公司的電腦。
調查報告說，解放軍駭入1條商船的電腦、攻擊物流公司並將木馬程式載入1家航空公司的電腦。
參議院軍事委員會表示，經過1年調查發現這些公司至少遭到20次駭客與其他不明網路攻擊，包括9次成功駭進美國防部承包商電腦。
調查認為，這些超級縝密的攻擊是中國大陸政府所為，然而並沒有提供任何詳細證據。這份參議院的報告沒有說遭到攻擊的是哪些公司。
中國大陸政府與派駐華府的大使館沒有立即回應美聯社駐北京記者的詢問。（譯者：中央社何世煌）1030918

〔自由時報記者姚岳宏、劉慶侯、陳慰慈／台北報導〕台北市毆警命案，專案小組查知，刑警薛貞國先踹富少曾威豪一腳，以壓制其氣焰，曾威豪以為碰上「大咖的」，囑女友劉芯彤快撂人馬支援，數十人奉召趕到，此時敵眾我寡，形勢逆轉，薛雖高聲表明是警察，但已太遲。

警方認為，逞兇者距薛很近，應有聽到薛表明警察身分，但所有人都否認。
至於劉芯彤是否現場指揮，並鎖定薛貞國喊打？警方查知，劉女一度指著夜店安管人員方向喊「就是他」，薛貞國和同僚莊瑞源進入後，劉女把大樓外的人馬叫進來，指手劃腳說個不停，又把手指向兩警，但因人多嘈雜，劉女的話被現場音量掩蓋，不易聽清，但她昨否認說過「就是他」。
警方調查，曾威豪、劉芯彤、蕭叡鴻等多人，十三日赴「Spark ATT」玩樂，酒後和鄰桌衝突，夜店安管「小趙」處理，將曾威豪等人轟出，曾嗆聲「我們會討回來」，轉往金潮酒店卻又沒包廂，劉女大發脾氣，曾、蕭兩男陪笑安撫。
因曾威豪這方自稱竹聯「和堂」，Spark ATT安管遂用臉書告知薛貞國「明天可能有事」，盼他幫忙調解或以警察身分介入；果然曾威豪與劉女透過蕭叡鴻，以wechat電話網路平台，召集人馬至大佳河濱公園聚集，十四日凌晨直奔「ATT 4FUN」大樓，因夜店安管控制電梯，一行人無法上樓。
曾威豪等人受阻，不停叫囂挑釁，安管「馬蛋」嗆聲「我們是忠堂的」，曾嫌一方回嗆「我們和堂的」。
薛隨後表明警察仍遭圍毆
薛貞國、莊瑞源到場，薛一腳踹向曾威豪，曾男愣了一下，以為「來了大咖的」，指示劉女「叫人過來支援」，數十名黑衣人持棍而至，高喊「打給他死！」劉女也激動地比手劃腳。
兩警被形勢震懾，薛貞國高喊「我是警察」，但聲音被掩沒，黑衣人拳棒齊下，莊員頭中一棒，被保全拉走送醫，薛被拖到街道上打，夜店安管無力救援，薛失去意識；事後曾威豪一行人赴金潮酒店慶功。
劉芯彤撂人後曾手指向薛
監視畫面顯示，劉女兩度進出大廳，都揮手指來指去，第一次薛、莊兩警未到，她指向安管，等薛到場後，她又朝薛的方向比劃。
