國人在智慧手機上最常安裝的軟體之中，一定有 Line。近年 Line 在亞洲地區拿下了包括台灣、日本、香港、泰國等國家最高的市佔率。身為一間成立不到三年的公司，瞄準的又是競爭最激烈的即時傳訊市場，Line 是因為行動科技而快速崛起的新創公司代表。T 客邦特別專訪了 Line 台灣區副總經理陶韻智，分享他們的經驗與看法。
從 Line 在 2012 年初進台灣 App Store 架以來，到今年四月底，台灣的使用人數統計已經達到 1500 萬人，而以台灣 2300 萬的人口來說，這個數字的統計量可謂相當驚人。分析背後的成長原因，陶韻智表示，這可以從環境以及 Line 本身的策略兩方面來看。
「在 Line 之前，沒有人會對表達同樣一個情緒的表情，做出幾百種貼圖。」陶韻智表示，過去大家的貼圖充其量就是喜、怒、哀、樂，但是同樣是笑，人會有大笑、爆笑、苦笑、微笑……種種細緻的不同，而不同的笑當然會衍生出不同的意思。如果你都只用同一張貼圖來表達，意思當然就不對了，也就無法溝通。
「人的情感在溝通的時候是很細緻複雜的，誰能掌握溝通的要訣，就掌握了契機。」
因此，我們就不難明白，為什麼 Line 這麼重視「貼圖」這一件事情。Line 在推出的時候，就提供了豐富的貼圖，包含付費的以及免費的。再加上最近推出的原創貼圖市集，各種造型角色與豐富的表達情緒，讓貼圖數量已累積達上萬種。透過不斷推陳出新的貼圖，讓人與人之間的溝通永遠充滿新鮮感，心的聯繫與感動也才能源源不絕。
