盜刻章「怕會員財力不足」　媚登峰推給員工

【綜合報導】媚登峯集團涉嫌賣過期產品、盜刻會員印章向國稅局擅查會員財產找「肥羊」，媚登峯連雲店店經理廖函雯坦承盜刻，辯稱擔心貸款瘦身的年輕會員財力不足，才指示美容師拿盜刻印章及會員身分證影本，向國稅局查個資。

該集團總裁莊雅清昨含淚公開鞠躬道歉，聲稱不知情且哽咽說：「員工會做出這種事，顯示訓練還不夠，會負責到底。」還喊出招牌廣告詞： 「trust me！you can make it！」媒體追問仲介植牙部分，莊推稱檢調偵辦中，無法說明。

檢調還意外查出莊雅清、總經理徐月霞另涉嫌仲介貴婦找哈佛密醫陳俊龍植牙，訊後依詐欺、偽造文書及違反《醫師法》諭令兩人各10萬元、12萬元交保。

剛剛去要買冬瓜磚，義豐工廠說沒了要等下一批，當時問他海安路是不是他們的分店，他 們極力撇清，說只有工廠跟青年路才是他們的，其他都跟他們無關... 後來才發現，原來海安路那家是隔壁 "義豐阿川" 的分店，而 義豐阿川 有一個網站 http://www.yi-feng.com.tw/about-us.html 提到 "阿川" 本名是 林科川 ，是創始人 林義豐 的小兒子 那所以，目前工廠是由大兒子經營嗎？ 還有其他兒子嗎？ 兩家的冬瓜磚煮起來有多大差別呢？ 有八卦嗎？ XD -- kiang -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 203.69.90.102

政府無信 學生怒吼／豈止大埔四戶 全台都在看

苗栗大埔農地拆遷戶與農陣、學生，昨日上午再度和警方發生推擠衝突，多位民眾和學生翻牆進入行政院內抗議。（記者廖振輝攝）

大埔居民昨在行政院前跪著泣訴住了幾十年的家將被拆除，其無助與痛苦讓聲援的學生願意甘冒背負刑責的危險，也要翻牆闖進行政院向「江老師」陳情。反觀應要照顧民眾、主持正義的政府官員做了什麼？

三年前當時的行政院長吳敦義摟著大埔鄉親保證「絕對沒問題」，強調一定會保留鄉親的屋與地，沒想到內政部執行時發現困難，剩下四戶一定要拆遷，這樣的結果當然與吳敦義的保證不同，也讓大埔鄉親都見證了政治人物空口說白話的本領。

至於幫吳敦義「整理」出大埔四戶拆除「四原則」的現任閣揆江宜樺，原以為按內政部都委會的決議請苗栗縣政府執行即可，江自己也透露曾問過吳敦義，因此認定即使「文字結論沒寫這麼細」，但吳確有「四原則」的意思在。

沒想到，昨天上午大埔鄉親泣訴的畫面傳遍各新聞台、網路後，精準掌握民情的吳敦義立刻決定要與行政院、內政部、苗栗縣政府協調，並傳出可能「緩拆」，吳的動作重重打了江揆一巴掌。

聲援大埔的學生昨義無反顧，翻越行政院的權力高牆，為無助的居民發聲，這一幕讓人震撼感動。這一翻凸顯了「江老師不如自己的學生」，也讓政府覺醒：大埔「不是剩下四戶」，而是有千萬戶人民在看著。

旺宏：Q3 ROM出貨將爆衝；12吋廠效率已改善

旺宏(2337)總經理盧志遠於今(5)日受頒工研院院士。針對旺宏第三季營運，盧志遠表示，第三季基本上兩大產品線ROM和Nor Flash營運都是正面向上，其中ROM因為遊戲機客戶往常都會為了聖誕節/感恩節前的需求提早備貨，7-8月即會看到爆衝成長。

旺宏依第一季底的營收結構上，Nor Flash營收占比重67%；ROM占比重為22%；代工占比重約11%。

盧志遠表示，針對兩大產品線，基本上第三季都是正面發展，尤其是遊戲機產品線，客戶都會為了聖誕節的需求提早備貨，所以每年第三季ROM出貨都會有爆發性的成長，Nor Flash也是會向上，而代工的部分雖然較穩定，但其實需求也是相當不錯。

另外，在12吋廠的部分，盧志遠表示，12吋廠效率已有不錯的改善，包括產能利用率的提升，以及在生產部分，舊機台的淘汰、自動化機台的引進，相對於之前運作不順的部分都已有改善，相信會慢慢看到成效。

至於近期旺宏營運陷低檔，盧志遠表示，每個公司都有進入成長的過度期，在半導體產業尤其辛苦，所以還需要一點時間。

盧志遠今獲頒工研院院士，盧志遠表示，工研院有很先進的工業實驗室，可以把產學的落差補起來，把學界最先進的技術轉為商業化的橋樑，期望未來工研院可以把這個任務繼續完成。

旺宏將於7月30日召開法人說明會，屆時將說明上半年營運成績和第三季展望。

【經濟日報記者陳美君／4日電】花旗投顧負責人王進彰表示，寬鬆貨幣逐步退場，對金融市場是利多消息，象徵美國景氣回溫，全球經濟可望逐漸復甦，近期股債市場因漲多回檔修正，預計在經過震盪整理之後，下半年投資市場將逐步重回正軌。

花旗在今天下午舉辦2013年下半年的投資展望記者會。王進彰指出，長期來看，債券依舊是分散風險不可或缺的一環，股票市場則可以考慮美國與德國等成熟市場，新興市場部分則聚焦中國，雖然在中國壞消息頻傳，中國股市仍處於相對低檔，因此，投資人可視風險承受能力，透過定期定額方式進行布局。

【劉曉霞／台北報導】世邦魏理仕策略顧問部總監林宗憲昨天對台北市長郝龍斌、馬英九總統喊話，指政府應該盡速完成C1、D1開發案(台北雙子星案)，否則這個案子失敗是對外資最大的打擊。

林宗憲說，若將此案持續擱置，等機場捷運線通車後，觀光客從機場到台北車站後會懷疑，「這是台北還是緬甸仰光？再過5年，出來看到台北火車站，會覺得這是什麼破落地區，那時仰光就會贏過台灣。」

林宗憲呼籲，C1、D1開發案應該做一個真的國際標，政府甚至可以考慮讓利給外資做。
