| 服貿協議防壟斷 馬英九：可要求撤資

【何孟奎／台北報導】馬英九總統今天上午在總統府接見財經立法促進院財金學者時表示，外界擔心簽署兩岸服務貿易協議會否發生陸資企業壟斷、寡占的情形，這部分有法規可用，必要時可要求撤資，遇到狀況時還有緊急情況資商條款，可以協助解決問題。
馬英九強調，服務貿易協議沒有開放出版業、中藥零售業、計程車無線業，開放的服務業也只有少數幹部、投資人、專業經理人、少數技術人員過來，現在開放陸資總額只有7億多美元，總計300多家中，只有216人過來，創造了6700多個工作機會。

| 北市抽驗豆干 不合格率達40﹪

【沈能元／台北報導】台北市衛生局日前至傳統市場、賣場等抽驗市售豆製品，共計抽驗34件，結果8件不符規定；違規產品為成德市場攤販的一般豆干、五香豆干，防腐劑苯甲酸多出標準約1倍，且殘留殺菌劑過氧化氫，北市福國路強強滾的豆腐為苯甲酸超標，另湖光市場王印干、木柵市場的泰山干絲則為殘留過氧化氫，衛生局表示，將依《食品衛生管理法》開罰製造業者3萬至300萬元罰鍰。
台北市衛生局表示，抽驗以豆干不符規定比率最高，10件產品中有4件不符規定，不符規定比率高達40﹪，另8件豆腐產品中有3件違規，比率為37.5﹪，因防腐劑苯甲酸與殺菌劑過氧化氫過量食用時，將刺激腸胃道引起胃痛等症狀，建議選購豆製品時，應向信用良好、有冷藏設備的廠商購買，確保產品新鮮與品質。

| 妻販毒入獄 夫訴離獲准

【劉昌松／台北報導】宜蘭林姓男子與張姓女子1994年結婚後，2人分別因毒品、傷害等案件多次被判刑入獄，其中張女在2001年因販毒被判15年定讞，入監服刑至今，最快明年才可聲請假釋，林男不堪夫妻因此分居10多年，打官司請求離婚。
官司期間，2人都不願付張女借提審問費用2萬多元，只能以視訊方式審理。高院法官最後認為，2人的確多次出入監所，客觀上已經無法共同生活，因此以婚姻已生破綻無法回復的理由，判准離婚，但林男應返還幫張女保管的15萬多元，案經最高法院駁回上訴定讞。

| Corning 公司正在研究有抗菌特性的手機螢幕

 我們手機上面的細菌可能比公廁裡的馬桶還多。史丹佛大學和倫敦大學的研究表明，觸控式螢幕上存在 E.coli 細菌以及大腸桿菌等。CORNING公司，正在研發能夠殺死具有抗藥性的細菌和病毒的有抗菌特性的玻璃。
你每天用來打電話和發簡訊的手機，上面的細菌可能比公廁裡的馬桶還多。仔細想想，其實這並不奇怪，想想我們每天帶著手機去過那麼多地方，見過那麼多人，手機很容易成為細菌的溫床。不過，至少有一個公司看到了這個問題。
據Phone Arena報導，目前很多智慧型手機使用的Gorilla Glass螢幕的背後的Corning公司，正在研發能夠殺死具有抗藥性的細菌和病毒的有抗菌特性的玻璃。
Jeff Evenson 是Corning的高級副總裁兼運營主管，他上個月在 MIT Technology Review's Mobile Summit 上進行了簡短技術展示。在他的展示中，Evenson 進行了一個對照實驗：兩塊玻璃覆蓋了許多 E.coli 細菌，其中一塊是標準的玻璃，另一塊是使用了抗微生物技術的玻璃。30 分鐘後，抗微生物玻璃上的細菌數量減少，2 個小時後細菌完全消失，而標準玻璃上的細菌數量沒有看到任何變化。
Evenson 說原本是想將這項技術用與衛生保健行業的，但後來讀了一份關於行動設備上細菌數目的報告之後，決定將其用於幫助更多的消費者。史丹佛大學和倫敦大學的研究表明，觸控式螢幕上存在 E.coli 細菌以及大腸桿菌等。
除了抗微生物螢幕，Corning公司同時在研究更容易在陽光下看見的螢幕。看到下圖中間的洞了嗎？實際上並沒有那個洞，那部分是應用了 Corning 最新抗反射技術的效果。
Evenson 沒有提供技術方面更多的細節，具體投入市場的時間也是未知數，只知道會在兩年之內。如果你真的會被手機骯髒的程度嚇到，可以使用防細菌螢幕清潔布。另外友情提醒：勤洗手，不要在廁所裡使用手機或平板電腦。(allthingsd.com)

| 外籍勞工脫班 被尋獲竟已死亡

【呂品逸╱新北報導】新北市今天上午8時許，傳出一名泰國籍勞工帕努瓦（音譯）失蹤，同事發現該男子沒有上班，警消獲報後在死者的腳踏車尋找搜尋，約1個小時後在附近河邊的沙洲上尋獲該名男子，但已無生命徵象。
工廠同事向警方表示死者平時認真努力，跟同事相處也相當和善，星期六放假時還有看到他要去附近戲水，但星期一上班卻不見人影，但死者的腳踏車等物品都還停在工廠附近，才報警尋找，警方目前仍在調查死因中。
