餐廳名稱：橋北屋 消費時間：2014年1月 地址：台南市中西區永福路二段99號 電話：(06) 228-0946 營業時間：11:00~16:00、17:00~21:30 (週日公休) 每人平均價位：160 推薦菜色：日式炸雞 無音樂網誌好讀版: http://mikageyoru.pixnet.net/blog/post/350124302 往訪台南多次, 好幾次都聽到朋友們以及粉絲團粉絲們大力推薦. 去台南一定不能錯過日式家庭料理橋北屋的日式炸雞. 某次和男友在台南街頭找午餐, 看到門口沒人在排隊,立刻決定進去試試! 橋北屋搬過一次家,現址在台南的永福路二段上, 就在跨年時吃的洋蔥咖哩工房斜對面. 耀說有甚麼特別,大概是黑色低調裝潢, 從外面看進去還真看不出是賣日式家庭料理的. 幸運地在用餐人潮湧入之前進入店裡. 雖然橋北屋替等待區的客人準備椅子, 但聞到陣陣炸雞香氣飄來,還真是一刻都不想等. 橋北屋菜單有點太多頁, 懶得一頁一頁拍, 在這裡用文字簡單介紹一下. 菜單以日式定食為主, 有不同肉類的炸物主餐, 也有丼飯. 除了定食,也供應一些單點品項, 店內比較主打的日式炸雞和豬排都可以單點. 這個單點選擇對我們小食情侶來說實在太划算, 兩份定食我們絕對無法吃完! 店內雖然未坐滿, 但炸物類本來就需要多一點點的時間. 等了十分多鐘, 先上桌的是親子丼定食. 親子丼, 配料是對了, 高湯煮軟的雞肉塊和洋蔥絲, 起鍋時淋上蛋汁, 最後再灑上蔥絲和海苔. 只是這蛋汁完全不是期待的半熟那種...... 沒有半熟蛋汁, 但一口白飯,配上雞肉塊與煮雞肉的高湯, 味道還算不錯. 雞肉煮過之後不乾柴, 肉質軟嫩中帶點彈性. 丼飯吃到一半, 這天的主角才上桌, 這就是傳說中的日式炸雞! 一份六塊, 佐上淋醬的高麗菜絲, 炸好的雞肉塊灑上胡椒鹽, 香氣逼死人! 這~個~炸~雞~果~然~很~好~吃. 麵衣厚薄適中, 炸到恰到好處的金黃色卻不刮嘴. 比剛剛的親子丼嫩上一百倍~肉汁完完全全鎖在雞肉裡! 前陣子在高雄合羽亭吃雞肉唐揚已經夠令人驚艷, 但橋北家的日式炸雞完全打敗它! 另一份單點小食, 起司可樂餅. 一份只有一個,份量好令人哭哭. 貴雖貴, 但至少吃起來不會讓人有"蛤~這樣也要賣60"的嘆息. 鬆軟的馬鈴薯泥溫柔包覆起司,炸過後一切開起司爆漿,好好吃! 雖然個人還是覺得剛提到的高雄合羽亭起司可樂餅C/P值更高XDD 橋北屋的日式炸雞不管炸得功夫還是雞肉軟嫩度, 的確有他獨到之處, 不過對我非台南人的我而言, 這間比較像傳說店探訪, 同等價位我覺得台南有更多小店有更出色的料理. 但如果你在台南還沒吃過這樣的日式炸雞,不妨一試! -- 每天睜開眼，就開始期待會在哪個角落遇見好吃的東西！ 美食好芃友:http://mikageyoru.pixnet.net/blog -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.175.125.241 ※ mikageyoru:轉錄至看板 Tainan 02/06 07:14

先說明 這是代為求助 我不是我朋友 因為這問題我朋友小冷跟她男友阿明快要鬧到分手 兩人目前都學生 遠距 一個高雄一個桃園 平常下課後就都掛在RC上 現在敲我男友訴苦 我跟男友討論不出要怎麼解決 所以希望詢問有沒有哪位鄉民有同樣的經驗 小冷從小就開始玩online 喜歡看動漫看鬼片 習慣熬夜晚睡晚起 近幾年LOL紅起來 她也跟著去打 在還沒跟阿明在一起之前 她也是都跟一票男性友人天天徹夜排NG 本身個性雖然很固執 但是只要答應別人的事一定會做到 阿明要求她做的一些改變她都做到 比如說不要再打LOL打到凌晨兩三點 阿明雖然也有在打LOL 可是因為媽媽在管 所以不可以超過12點睡覺 所以他希望小冷也跟著早睡 也不要老是跟著一群男人打LOL 小冷的回答是 她可以在阿明下線後不再打LOL 可是她實在沒辦法早睡 她不知道早睡早起要幹嘛 覺得很無聊 這是第一次約法三章 中間可能對這個早睡的點還有所爭執 但是我不大清楚 這次是阿明鬧脾氣 他強烈要求小冷一樣12點就睡覺 小冷很不高興 她覺得她已經都時間到就不打LOL 都只有看動漫或電影 也沒有幹嘛 她就是不喜歡不習慣這麼早睡 她都退讓這麼多 為什麼要硬逼她? 她都沒在管阿明跟朋友出去玩 她平常也都在家而已 阿明憑什麼一直管她 限制她? 過年在家跟家人打牌 也是拼命敲她要早點睡 跟家人打牌一直看手機不禮貌 可是不理他阿明又會難過 她覺得很無奈 小冷說她早上就跟阿明說 她可以盡量早睡 但是實在沒辦法達到阿明的要求 但是阿明晚上又來跟她鬧脾氣 讓她非常不高興 小冷剛剛是有傳簡訊跟阿明說 她很不高興這件事情鬧成這樣 希望阿明能夠冷靜下來好好想想清楚 整理好自己的情緒 不然她只好請阿明另外找一個可以跟他同時間睡覺的人了 但是他們會去彼此的宿舍 都是看對方心情就什麼時候睡 阿明也都沒在管 所以我們覺得是男生因為愛她所以在擔心 可是女生很乖不是玩咖的料 唯一認識那群打LOL的男生知道她有男友後也很識相地跟她保持距離 沒有任何前科紀錄 女生是熱愛遊戲到一種無敵境界的宅 所以我認為她做到這樣已經很不容易 目前是覺得男生過度擔心管太多 請問有沒有方法可以勸解男生? -- 3000公尺隨便跑 年收入沒破百萬 身高未滿180 屌長不足30 12分鐘只是低標 也敢出來丟人現眼 交不到女朋友的都是魯蛇 Welcome to Pttξ ︿○ ︿○ $ ○ $ " ○ ○ ○ … 跟你們這些溫拿呼吸著 ≡ /﹀ ∕﹀ $$$ ∞ $$$ /*<〒>%\ ∥同樣的空氣真是對不起 ＠ ﹀ ﹨ $$$$$ Π $$$$$ /\ Ω /\ ∥ ╒(〒△〒)╕ ∥ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.223.14.247

鄭秀文算香港金像獎最大苦主，她過去4度6次入圍影后，甚至曾同年以3部片獲提名女主角，5入圍席次包辦3席，最後竟沒得獎。今年她再憑《盲探》入圍，這部堪稱她從影以來最大突破、用盡氣力演出的佳作，能否助她擺脫「槓龜后」封號？
 
不過，她得先踩過已連拿5個大獎后座的章子怡，難度超高，也無怪乎她今說：「哈哈！人生中第11次提名（應包括其他重大獎項提名），好榮幸……反而我要恭喜杜sir（杜琪峯）入選最佳導演。」莫非是她也知道杜琪峯拿獎機率還比較高。
 
20歲新生代港星顏卓靈去年以《狂舞派》角逐金馬影后，今年再競爭金像獎影后，她非常開心：「謝謝大家恭喜，我最初知道這消息時，是某個朋友跟我說恭喜，恭喜提名女主角，我還想奇怪呢，會不會是手機有問題，之前金馬獎宣布入圍時的恭喜簡訊現在才收到？」過了一會，她才恍然大悟，竟是入圍金像獎。（陳意佳／台北報導）
