【唐鎮宇／台北報導】健保局今宣布，8月起將降低降血脂藥用藥門檻。過去有心血管疾病或糖尿病患者兼有高血脂的患者，血中低密度脂蛋白膽固醇130mg/dL以下才可使用，8月起將調整為100mg/dL就可使用，預估每位患者每年可減輕約1萬元的藥費負擔，約有30萬人受惠。

健保局說，此標準是參考國際治療標準以及國內外研究、健保資料評估效益，放寬後雖然未來5年會增加27.5億元的藥費支出，但用藥後，可降低5年內因冠狀動脈疾病罹病的治療費用20.4億元，以及中風罹病的治療費用21.6億元，合計42億元；因此，推估未來5年可減少整體醫療費用約14.5億元。

【徐珮君／台北報導】苗栗縣政府今天執行大埔４戶強制拆除，行政院發言人鄭麗文說，實際執行仍由苗栗縣府判斷，只要符合都委會決議，一切依法執行，苗栗縣府基於開闢道路需求執行，行政院予以尊重。

行政院長江宜樺上午也指示內政部長李鴻源，與苗栗縣府聯繫，務必做好妥適照顧。

【李定宇／新北報導】新北市選在林口一處6.74公頃土地興建北台最大OUTLET廣場，經兩年招商，今天上午正式與日本三井執行董事共同簽約，日本三井計畫投資54.5億元，興建4萬5千坪戶外購物中心，可享受在自然風吹拂下逛街的樂趣，完工後估可提供兩千名就業機會。
 
該案新北市採BOT模式經營，三井獲建物經營權50年，新北市則估計可獲權利金65.9億元，明年初動工後預計三年完工
