【陸運鋒／台北報導】民眾目睹年約60歲的男子從橋下一躍而下，嚇得趕緊報警，消防隊接獲通報後隨即派遣人車前往搶救。

北市中興橋今晨3時許驚傳有人跳水，警消抵達後發現男子往新北環快附近飄去，緊急下船前往該處時男子已不見蹤影，目前警消仍在該水域附近搜救。

【綜合報導】苗栗縣大埔爭議，苗栗縣府今天執行公權力，一次強拆四拒遷戶。現場上百名警力強制驅離現場聲援學生以及民眾，警方也強制進入張藥房二樓，將屋內的東西移出，並且出動堆高機，強行將張藥房的鐵捲門撬開。現場學生看到警方如此強制行為，學生大聲哭喊抗議。

其中有學生為了聲援大埔拒遷戶，不惜用鐵鍊綁在自己身上，不過還是被警方架離。

【何哲欣／台北報導】陸軍542旅下士洪仲丘遭凌虐致死，民進黨中常會昨決議，成立「軍中人權改革小組」，監督國防部的後續作為。國民黨立院黨團也跟進，國民黨政策會執行長林鴻池上午在記者會說，國防部應該徹底檢討改進，否則將影響國家未來募兵制，黨團要求儘速查明真相、究責，且要協助家屬求償，他也宣布，黨團會成立專案監督小組。
 
林鴻池說，希望藉由相關的檢討方案，讓洪仲丘成為不當管教最後一個犧牲者，「他的犧牲才值得、才有意義。」

【陳俐妏╱台北報導】聯發科（2454）填息行情不如預期，不過巴克萊證券仍看好聯發科新產品布局，預估MT6572、MT6582、MT6592、 MT6599和MT8135帶動市占提升，第3季營收有望季增8~14%，毛利率42.5%，第3季晶片出貨量也可望季增15%至6000萬套。
 
在產品後市上，巴克萊證券指出，預估第3季MT6572出貨占比將可從第2季5%大舉提升超過30%，首款big.LITTLE架構的 MT8135平板晶片也可望推出。在第4季前聯發科客戶將可整合MT6290 4G FDD/TDD LTE基頻和3G SoC，至8核心4G智慧基。
 
巴克萊證券看好聯發科產品布局，不過因大小M合併延期、第3季保守預估，以及展訊與具官方色彩的清華控股合併等因素影響，而有超跌的現象，巴克萊證券仍維持加碼評等，和目標價410元，為反映第2季和第3季強勁營收表現，調升今年每股獲利估值1%至17.55元。

台積電(2330-TW)(TSM-US)今(18)日法說前一度跌深逾1.8%；回測10日線。拖累大盤指數摜破8200點；市場關注巨擘英特爾(INTC-US)發布的調降財測、資本支出的訊息，對於後續該公司局部搶進代工增加獲利等是否更加明顯；台積電緘默期市值保受蘋果(AAPL-US)供應鏈消息面壓抑。同期世界先進(5347-TW)跌逾5.36%仍處於貼息位階。

英特爾第2季營收表現符合市場預期，英特爾新任CEO Brian Krzanich接受路透社訪問表示該公司晶片將切入可穿戴市場。而有別於荷蘭半導體設備製造商ASML(ASML-US)上調全年銷售額預期從47.3億歐元至50億歐元。英特爾已發布調降全年財測至約與去年持平、全年資本支出下修10億美元、營運支出下修2億美元、調降全年毛利率至少1%；英特爾股價盤後一度跌1.86%。

台積電去年每股賺6.41元，今年首季每股賺約1.53元；第2季營收季增17.4%符合公司預期。台積電今天盤後將舉辦法說，並由董事長張忠謀親自主持。機構法人預估台積電第2季每股獲利在1.79至2元區間。外資機構預估台積電第3季營收增幅在4%至1成之間，同時每股獲利將達到今年的高點2元以上，而後基於庫存高檔在第4季營收恐出現至少8%修正。

台積電股價近2月修正1.27%，近一周反彈約2.83%。分析師魏振福指出，台積電股價處105-111元大量區間遊走，關注盤後台積電法說對第3季看法，做為電子能否止血指標。

標題[問題] PFI右上角光驅紅外線燈一直亮

【綜合報導】台鐵銷售6款、總數逾6萬個的不鏽鋼便當盒驚傳含過量錳金屬，人體攝取過量可能導致生殖力受損。台鐵近日接獲檢舉，指2010年銷售迄今的多款不鏽鋼紀念便當盒有問題，調查後確認便當盒中的鎳和鉻含量不足，將較易生鏽，錳含量則多出1.5倍。台鐵已決定回收6款便當盒並退費，同時向廠商求償。另該廠商也有供應學校營養午餐不鏽鋼餐具，教育部將要求各校清查。
