標題[討論] 終極一班2&3最大的突破

標題[討論] 該如何面對工作...

請教一下，這是最近工作遇到的信心打擊... 我主管算是蠻有自已想法和態勢的，也可以說是執行任務很強勢的那種 去上班的工作，就是寫asp.net、c#，之後可能還寫SQL、JAVASCRIPT，之類的程式 但是...雖然我ASP.NET和C#都學過，不過那是我無聊學的..跟本就學得不精... 應該說是語法很多都沒弄得很清楚，JAVASCRIPT根本就沒碰過... 前前後後大約有將近三年沒接觸了，SQL時間更是久遠，但是SQL如果複習一下 應該簡單的語法還可以上手，JOIN那些就要再查一下了，因為真的不太熟 然後寫程式還會牽扯到公司伺服，資料庫的架構，但是我也才上不到三分之一個月 真的是超痛苦的...看的程式碼也是別人寫的... 遇到不會的，也只能硬著頭皮問看看，但是很怕之後他覺得我什麼都不會，就不想理我了 進公司時教育訓練也沒有...，不過目前主管也比較沒有給我什麼任務，就讓我自已玩 這算是主管對我的觀察，和教育訓練的方式嗎? 認真說起，變成我上班其實都在查資料，根本什麼都不太會 但是又怕沒人帶的情況下，學得很慢，主管會覺得我是個蠻差勁的人= = 離職的話，我又不想這麼草莓 我目前給我自已的想法是說，就先硬著頭皮查資料，問前輩，如果真的有任務，做不出來 也就只好做不出來了，學多少算多少... 有前輩也有這方面的經歷...能給我些信心嗎@@? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.42.119.51

【綜合報導】日前報導美國一家公司正研製「真空管道磁懸浮列車」又稱「膠囊高鐵」，速度可高達每小時6500公里，如果成功研製的話，北京到紐約只需2小時，不過中國西南交通大學表示早在2003年，他們就已經開始研究「膠囊高鐵」，還建成了世界上第一個「真空管道磁懸浮列車實驗系統」，由真空管道、永磁軌道、高溫超導模型車、驅動系統和真空機組5個部分構成。

西南交通大學實驗室主要研發人員趙立峰副教授表示，空氣阻力是傳統軌道列車的最大障礙，對於在大氣環境下運行的列車來說，時速400公里已經是一個極限，然而在真空環境中，這些問題都將不復存在，這種真空管道磁懸浮列車的真空管道，無論在地上或地下都能建造，地上的可採用高架管道建造方式，每一公里造價約1.5億台幣，地下的為埋設管道的方式，按照目前地鐵隧道造價估算，每公里約為20億元。

研發人員表示「膠囊高鐵」時速可超過6千公里，未來成都到北京只要20來分鐘的時間。 不過目前「膠囊高鐵」還在理論研究階段，而且製造成本高昂，等到真正可投入建造的階段，恐還須很長一段時間。

【綜合報導】洪仲丘在禁閉室受虐致死，監視器卻有80分鐘的畫面消失。最高軍檢署檢察長曹金生昨表示，根據調查局復原的監視器硬碟資料，並未有遭人刪除的情形，但監視器16個鏡頭卻陸續停止運轉功能，並沒錄到對案情有幫助的畫面，為此軍檢署已將湮滅證據一事，函請桃園地檢署協助調查。

桃園地檢署襄閱主任檢察官戴文亮昨證實已收到軍方的函，並分他字案指派主任檢察官王以文、檢察官林邵燁偵辦，屆時會調閱軍方送調查局復原、判讀的禁閉室監視器檔案，並傳喚269旅政戰主任陳毅銘等相關軍方人員，追查監視器畫面消失原因。
