Q：感染狂犬病的野生動物，被當成山產吃下肚，人會不會感染？

A：病毒沒有那麼容易存活，煮熟後被吃下肚，不會感染狂犬病。

Q：被野狗舔到會不會得病？

A：只有唾液不會感染，要唾液加血液才會傳染，意即「咬傷」就會傳染。

Q：被狂犬病狗咬到的人，再去咬人會傳染嗎？

A：如果被狂犬病的狗咬到，在尚未發病前，再咬人都不會傳染；等到發病後就會被隔離，也沒有機會再咬人。目前沒有發生過這樣的案例。

Q：患有狂犬病的動物死亡後，其他野生動物去咬，會被感染嗎？

A：因病毒在唾液中，若野生動物咬到其頭部有唾液處，且口腔內有傷口時，即會被傳染。人的手有傷口，觸摸到病死動物的唾液也會被傳染。

Q：家中狗貓足不出戶，需要打狂犬病疫苗嗎？

A：若真的足不出戶，要接觸到其他野生動物的機會極低，但真的足不出戶的貓狗很少，為了避免染病，還是每年打一劑狂犬病疫苗比較安心，貓狗兔寵物可帶到動物醫院、防疫所施打。

Q：如何遠離狂犬病毒？

A：高危險野生動物避免接近：鼬獾、白鼻心、棕簑貓、麝香貓、石虎、黃鼠狼、獼猴、蝙蝠、松鼠、浣熊

市府疾管處長朱玉如說，若不慎被感染狂犬病動物咬傷，記得以清水清洗傷口15分鐘，然後以優碘或70%酒精消毒。在傷口緊急處置後，請儘速前往台大、馬偕及三總就醫；如果距離被咬地點很遠，可先就近就醫，之後再轉院。

動保處長嚴一峯表示，已透過鄰里系統，針對鄰近山區的內湖、南港、文山、士林、北投等5個區，辦理「免費施打狂犬病疫苗巡迴車」。目前已在文山區指南里、老泉里及士林區天母圓環舉辦免費施打活動，共為219隻家犬貓施打。

嚴一峯表示，民眾想盡早為寵物施打狂犬病疫苗，可主動帶去動物醫院施打。市內有232間動物醫院全面提供服務，費用為200元。

另外，針對愛心媽媽餵養的流浪貓狗，嚴一峯說，也會提供免費施打，減少被傳染的可能性。

動保處指出，民眾只要遵循「二不一要」原則，「不棄養家中寵物」、「不接觸野生動物」及「每年主動為家中飼養犬貓施打動物狂犬病疫苗」，便可有效杜絕家中寵物和病原接觸。

外界也關心鄰近山區的市立動物園，發言人趙明杰表示，園內的動物均注射狂犬病疫苗，相關照護人員也有施打，加上動物大多位於欄舍內，較難與野外動物接觸，會再加強巡守跟戒護。

【吳國仲／新北報導】昨天深夜11時許，法務部矯正署新店戒治所傳出有一名男收容人身體不適，需要救護車送醫，救護人員抵達現場後，發現40歲的馮姓收容人已無呼吸心跳，趕緊將他送醫。經急救後，馮男已恢復呼吸心跳，移往加護病房觀察。
 
警消表示，抵達現場時，戒治所人員已為馮男戴上氧氣面罩並移到戶外，初步檢視並無外傷，戒治所的人員則低調不願多談，僅表示馮男之前就有心律不整及高血壓的疾患，病發第一時間所內人員就已進行急救。

我目前在某幸福企業當PE，但是之前值班時出過一點身體不適狀況 之後醫師有開診斷證明，其中有一句"應避免值班或其他型式的過勞" ---> 這是因為醫生當時有問過我值班工時大約是多少，我說大都13~16HR/天 加上我有低血壓(原因醫生說不確定)+心律不整，醫生覺得不適合過勞 結果請完假沒幾天就被老闆找過去，說製程沒辦法不值班，希望我自己想辦法(?!) 然後說一大堆如果無法配合工作的話考績要自己負責..... 我覺得很像在變相請我主動提離職，如果不提就資遣(!?) 還是降級....? 31-->? 其實我也想走，但是總要先找到工作吧! 總覺得公司實在很..... 之前身體好好的，值班之後出現身體不適(不好用!?) 就馬上要我走，對外卻說幸福企業..... 另外請問有經驗的板友，我這樣算職業災害嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.146.76.193 ※ 編輯: wustand01 來自: 122.146.76.193 (07/24 00:52) ※ 編輯: wustand01 來自: 122.146.76.193 (07/24 00:52)
