【綜合報導】3名菲律賓籍漁民2艘舢舨船出海，遇西馬隆颱風外圍環流襲擊，坐在破船漂流5天，海巡署南部地區機動海巡隊「偉星艦」前天在鵝鸞鼻東南方37浬的台灣海域救起3人，其中1名漁民靠著剛出生3個月女兒的衣服，憑著「活著回家抱女兒」的求生信念搏大海。

男子Dumaran脖子繫著3個月大女兒的衣服求生信念，「知道自己一定要堅持活下去，因為要活著回家抱女兒。」他請「偉星艦」艦長呂家富在衣服簽名留念，呂留下「GOD SAVE YOU & BLESS YOU & NOVIE SHANE」（上帝救了你，願祂保佑你和你女兒Novie Shane）。

【綜合報導】桃園陳姓男子去年4月在網路認識15歲少女，2人初見面就嘿咻，少女父親還要求2人訂婚並同住；未料同居1個月，陳男2度強逼她肛交， 她跑回娘家哭訴，準岳父控告準女婿性侵。

陳男雖事後賠償又道歉，據悉，少女父親仍無法原諒他逼女兒肛交。台中高分院昨依強制性交等罪判陳男2年徒刑，緩刑5年，並須提供100小時義務勞務。

2013-07-24 01:56 工商時報 【記者吳筱雯／台北報導】 大陸四大智慧型手機品牌發威，宏達電全球市占率排名被逼到牆角。根據市場調查機構 TrendForce資料顯示，中興、華為、酷派、聯想受惠於大陸智慧型手機需求爆發，第2季 大陸四大品牌全部躋身全球前10大智慧型手機品牌之列，而宏達電則飽受出貨量無法明顯 成長之苦，第2季全球排名僅有第10名。 　大陸智慧型手機品牌受惠於內需市場強勁的成長，四大品牌中華酷聯（中興、華為 、酷派、聯想），更憑藉其中低價產品與大陸電信業者搭售之勢，在第2季已全部擠進全 球前10大智慧型手機，其中，華為排名第3、出貨量逼近1,500萬支左右，表現最為亮麗， 聯想也有第4名的成績，雙雙將近來表現不俗的索尼擠到第5名，即使是排名稍後的酷派， 第2季出貨量亦超過1,000萬支。 　相較之下，出貨量多季過不了千萬支大關的宏達電，在新HTC One上市初期大幅缺 貨下，第2季出貨量仍遠低於千萬支，加上大陸中華酷聯崛起，更被逼到全球智慧型手機 出貨量第10名，出貨量甚至落在諾基亞、中興之後。 　而毫無意外地，三星第2季以7100萬支出貨量、蟬連全球智慧型手機出貨量冠軍， 出貨量雖比首季約6000萬支出頭、出現1~2成的增加，不過，旗艦機種Galaxy S4第2季出 貨量僅有2,300萬支，S4對三星第2季出貨量貢獻度僅有32％，這也代表，三星的冠軍霸業 還是靠眾多的中低價位機種來達成。 　不過，沒有新品問世的蘋果，第2季iPhone 5出貨量僅2,200多萬支，全系列產品出 貨量也僅達2,700萬支，較首季衰退約3成，也讓蘋果第2季智慧型手機市占率衰退至12.1 ％。 　TrendForce表示，第2季智慧型手機出貨量約為2.21億支，較第1季成長6.6％，亦 較去年同期成長31.4％，隨著今年全球智慧型手機出貨量仍呈現逐季溫和成長，預計今年 全球智慧型手機出貨量將達9.28億支，年成長率達32％。 　TrendForce也預估，占全球智慧型手機銷售量5成的中價位智慧型手機，第3季全球 出貨量約為1.3億支，可望較第2季成長約8.6％，在高階機種市場趨於飽和的現在，已成 為接下來智慧型手機品牌業者市占率能否成長的關鍵。 感想: HTC似乎只有在台灣賣得好? 感覺高階智慧型手機趨近飽和了 酷派那種爛手機竟然能賣這麼好 大陸市場真的很恐怖 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.252.68.185

【綜合報導】荷蘭當地時間23日晚上9點40分左右，在距阿姆斯特丹約34公里的阿馬里市的古意湖，發生一載有11人的熱氣球，掉落湖中的意外事故，現場目擊民眾拍下整個過程。

熱氣球墜入湖面後傾斜翻覆，一路被吹到湖岸，當地救難人員獲報後，10分鐘內即抵達現場，加上路人也主動加入搜救行列，所幸僅有2人受輕傷，至於事故原因還有待調查。

原文恕刪… 看不懂為什麼寫這篇還要被噓？ 難道每個人來這裡po文不是都有心裡煩惱才來的嗎？ 給原po 不要灰心啦 等妳找到真愛後 妳就會發現那才是切切實實的真愛 看重外表的愛情都不是很持久 因為可能那個男人下次會看上更漂亮更年輕的面孔也不一定 愛上妳內在的男人 即使老到白髮蒼蒼都會牽著妳的手走到最後也不一定 我只是感覺妳沒什麼自信 把自信拿出來吧 我其實也是胖胖的 最胖曾到7字頭耶… 那時在澳洲還曾被幾個阿豆仔追過 後來瘦到6x公斤也還是胖胖的 但桃花也沒斷過 直到最近才跟我台灣男朋友交往 小我一歲又比我瘦 不過真的是一個很成熟的人 今天小吵了一下 其實我還滿任性幼稚的 但到最後他都還是讓我 這是題外話 我想那種會擺出嫌惡臉的男人大多也沒有多好 不過我想妳個性也多少影響到一些 最主要的 自信還是自信 不管怎樣就是要想辦法多愛妳自己一點最重要 加油 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 124.150.39.15

【陳智偉／綜合外電報導】美國PC大廠戴爾（DELL）宣布，創辦人麥可‧戴爾（Michael Dell）與私募基金銀湖（Silver Lake Management）加碼收購出價，由每股13.65美元增至13.75美元，提高約0.7%，其購併私有化提案，原訂台北時間7月25日凌晨6點表決，將延至台北時間8月2日晚間9點舉行。
