【何孟奎／台北報導】國民黨將於8月17日選舉中央委員，黨中央今晚公布黨主席馬英九提名的210位第19屆中央委員名單，將近8成的現任中央委員都獲得提名，其中立院系統排名居前；連勝文名列第10、曾登記參選黨主席的謝坤宏排第11，和去年排名剛好相反。新北市長朱立倫妻舅高思博，則排名第29。

排名第7的國民黨中常委姚江臨表示，這份名單四平八穩，各系統的人都有，不過部分許多知名度不高的人如何選是問題。他說，台北市長郝龍斌系統有副市長陳雄文、民政局長黃呂錦茹，朱立倫系統則有市議員陳幸進。

國民黨中常委李德維認為，這份名單立院系統排名居前，某種程度可看出馬英九希望立委占比更高；馬英九也偷偷放了一些自己人，比如不分區立委李貴敏、陳碧涵、詹凱臣等人；縣市首長方面則有苗栗縣長劉政鴻、彰化縣長卓伯源、基隆市長張通榮等人。

【綜合報導】英國達靈頓一名22歲女子威廉絲（Natalie Williams），日前誘拐一名14歲少年。她帶著少年同赴一間奢豪飯店開房間，甚至還拿大麻菸給少年。而奢豪飯店的房間費用，則是以少年從自家中所偷出的信用卡支付。
 
女子事後獲悉自己的行為可能會被判刑，她竟一不作二不休，刻意讓男友使其懷孕，試圖逃避入獄。但法官表示，同樣的行為若改變為22歲男人誘拐14歲少女，則男子同需獲罪入獄，故判處威廉絲2年4個月徒刑，且即便懷孕也仍需執行。

【陳冠宇／新北報導】昨天深夜11時許，資深藝人劉燕燕疑似因日前要求著名角頭李盛淵讓兩人兒子認祖歸宗不成，憤而服藥尋短，所幸另一名資深藝人郭美珠收到劉燕燕自殺簡訊，趕緊報警將其送醫。

郭美珠表示，李盛淵不願認子對劉燕燕打擊很大，且由於劉燕燕表示她兒子近日有自毀傾向，在雙重壓力下才讓她選擇絕路，向郭美珠傳送簡訊要求幫忙收屍，郭美珠原本在打牌想置之不理，後聽友人勸說才放下麻將火速由台北市松山區趕往劉燕燕中和住處，經警消協助開門後，發現劉燕燕已嘴唇發黑，趕緊將她送往雙和醫院急救。

【綜合報導】根據中國博訊網報導，重慶市23日下午宣布前重慶市委書記薄熙來的罪狀，包括受賄2000多萬元人民幣，貪污500多萬及濫用職權三大罪狀，審訊地點應該會是在山東濟南。

消息人士透露，薄熙來的刑期不會低於15年，最高可至無期，不過中國律師李莊表示，這些消息只是內部通報，並不是法律文件。

現年64歲的薄熙來，1984年到遼寧金縣（現大連市金州區）任職，在遼寧省工作共20年，官至省長，2004年調任商務部長。薄熙來2007年任 重慶市委書記，走上「唱紅打黑」道路。2012年初，重慶市前公安局長王立軍出走美國駐成都總領事館，引爆政壇「炸彈」，揭發薄妻谷開來殺害英國商人海伍 德。薄熙來在當年3月被撤去重慶書記職務，中共中央政治局9月決定將薄「雙開」（開除黨籍和公職），移送司法機關。谷開來其後被判死緩，王立軍判監15 年。

【陳啟明／桃園機場報導】為防堵狂犬病疫情，政府向德國緊急訂購的首批狂犬病疫苗今天下午3時許，終於運抵台灣；由於全球狂犬病疫苗短缺，台灣目前也只爭取到1040劑，不過預計下個月還會有1批2000劑疫苗來台。
 
負責採購疫苗的台灣諾華股份有限公司表示，為了確保品質，這次的疫苗是從德國進口，並全程採用低溫冷藏2℃至8℃的方式運抵台灣，由疾管局統一分配。
