【綜合報導】西班牙北部火車出軌事故，警方已將死亡數字由原先的80人，下修至78人，並以涉嫌魯莽駕駛罪名，正式拘查火車司機加爾松(Francisco Jose Garzon)。

警方表示，加爾松目前仍在醫院接受治療，無法取得口供，但並未透露他的傷勢詳情。警方已取得肇事火車的行車紀錄器，聽到加爾松大喊「出軌了，我該怎麼辦」，紀錄器內容相信有助調查事故真相。

52歲的加爾松有超速前科，當地媒體揭發他去年3月曾在自己的《臉書》(facebook)上傳超速照片，儀表板顯示時速達高達200公里，還寫道「衝過警察的頭讓他們的警槍吃灰塵，好爽﹗」。

【林明瑋／台北報導】英國凱特王妃誕下小王子喬治，這幾天再掀皇室熱潮，她的穿著原本就很受注目，現在又有機會讓人仿效。

2010年凱特與威廉王子宣布訂婚時，她穿著英國品牌Issa的藍色洋裝，當時旋即造成搶購，昨Issa宣布將與美國品牌Banana Republic合作，其中有與凱特的藍色洋裝很相似的款式，而售價約3000元，比起原版要價2萬6000元便宜許多，英國將於8月8日開始販售，而且Banana Republic向來是凱特的愛牌，相信又會引發一陣仿效王妃穿著的旋風。

台東一隻錢鼠今天晚間被驗出狂犬病毒，農委會主委陳保基直說「比狗被驗出還嚴重」，因為狗貓會咬老鼠，對防疫恐更加麻煩，這也是繼日前鼬獾被驗出狂犬病毒後，首例狂犬病毒擴散到其他動物的案例。

陳保基說，該鼠昨天在咬傷民眾後，屍體今天被送到農委會家畜衛生試驗所進行檢驗，檢驗結果晚間九點出爐，呈現陽性，被咬傷民眾則已經施打疫苗。

全台聞狂犬病色變，目前已知都是鼬獾被驗出狂犬病毒，但台東縣一名李姓婦人昨天遭自家土狗咬傷，加上該土狗1個多月前曾疑似咬過果子狸後性情大變，引發外界高度關注狂犬病毒是否已經擴散到跟民眾生活密切的犬隻。

結果這隻土狗檢驗結果還沒公布，反而是另隻錢鼠先被驗出狂犬病毒。

【涂建豐／高雄報導】高雄「世紀少年兒童合唱團」7月18日參加在奧地利格拉茨（Graz）舉行的「第一屆歐洲合唱節大賽」，獲得宗教曲類金牌獎。今早搭機返國。
 
該合唱團成軍於1992年，目前約有140名團員，多半是高雄地區大學、中學和小學的學生，2009年該合唱團參加布拉姆斯國際合唱節比賽獲得銀牌，平常也常到醫院為重症患者獻唱，以歌聲撫慰病人及家屬。
