【李銘宏／新北報導】狂犬病疫情在台擴散，《蘋果》接獲民眾投訴，新北淡水今天凌晨1時許又傳出有鼬獾死亡案件，民眾聽聞住家附近野狗喊叫後下樓查看，有3、4隻野狗在啃咬東西，居民將野狗趕走後發現，竟然為一隻已死亡的鼬獾，嚇的趕緊通知通知環保局前來處理，但遲遲未見環保局人員前來處置，民眾相當擔心附近野狗會遭感染。

同時淡水另一處也有民眾發現一隻鼬獾，民眾通報消防隊人員將其捕獲，目前已帶回隊上待白天通知動保處帶回處置。

【綜合報導】路邊有人送錢給你，沒有任何理由也不需要任何回報，你會願意拿嗎?
 
美國一搞笑網站FatAwesome，就在波士頓做了一個大方送錢的實驗，在路邊發送一美元現鈔，就像發送廣告傳單一樣，出乎意料的是，大多數的人都只是經過，少數停頓下來的人，也只是遲疑幾秒又快步離開，不知道是因為不相信有這種好康，還是擔心這一美元，可能只是另類廣告手法，即便發送人員高喊「想要錢的就來拿」，「拿走就是你的」，但還是引不起民眾興趣，直到最後才有一位女士抽走一塊美金，離開時還頻頻回頭，似乎不敢相信這是真的。
 
這樣的現象，可能因為太容易懷疑別人，不敢相信有人會無緣無故在路上發送白花花的鈔票，不過也有可能大家都有拾金不昧的精神，不貪不義之財，但或許在另一個地方做實驗，會有截然不同的結果。
