【林奕雯／綜合報導】韓國女子團體「T-ara」，今宣布下月1日將發行數位新曲《比基尼》，她們為造福男粉絲，不但在宣傳照大露美腿，還找來擁有D罩杯美胸的女星李海寅拍MV，該MV今搶先公開46秒預告，李海寅在影片中穿火紅比基尼上演濕身秀，網友意猶未盡說：「好辣，想趕快看到完整版。」
 
該曲是雅凜宣布退團後，T-ara以6人之姿推出的新作，但她們的經紀公司透露：「T-ara因海外行程忙碌，將不會上音樂節目打歌。」

為化解外界對民進黨「逢中必反」批評，以及提出民進黨新的兩岸論述和策略，民進黨成立中國事務委員會，也因應黨內擴大參與呼聲而成立華山會議，但黨內人士及立委參與少，更未見後續討論。前民進黨立委林濁水建議，民進黨應舉行三天三夜的共識會議，討論黨的路線及面臨的實質問題。

黨內要角缺席華山會議

沒有幾位民進黨立委參加華山會議，過去提出「台海人權決議文」的民進黨立委鄭麗君、陳其邁、蕭美琴及其他黨內要角，在華山會議舉行兩次後都不見人影，原先要求中國問題大辯論的民進黨立委高志鵬等人，也是一場都沒到。

出席率不高，黨內私下表示，或許是立法院休會，立委紛紛出國所致。但有立委說，沒有被邀請出席。黨內人士表示，這兩次會議的題綱，毫無討論的意義，立委是做政治決定的，不是去漫談的，戰場在立法院，我們要知道的是，民進黨對陸生來台、陸籍配偶取得身分證的態度是什麼？

段宜康：九二共識是考古題

立委段宜康舉昨天華山會議的題目「如何處理九二共識」為例指出，辯論九二共識存不存在，是考古問題，不是問題的本質。民進黨執政時期，國共兩黨用九二共識搭建另一軌的平台，民進黨執政前五年，沒有九二共識，但也未因此停止和北京政府交流對話，可見如何取得人民信任，才是關鍵。

林濁水：應討論實質內容

林濁水說，會議舉行形式，侷限問題討論，無法深入完整討論。民進黨現在最需要的是討論出共識，光是三個小時的會議，很難討論實質內容，民進黨不妨比照當年的中國問題大辯論，舉行共識會議，好好討論出一個可以用三到五年的結論。

段宜康表示，民進黨必須清楚告訴人民，黨的立場和路線是什麼。與其去大陸訪問，不如主動出擊，展現善意，主動邀請大陸省委書記或是大陸重要人士到訪民進黨，就算被拒絕，也要客氣地接受，人民要看的是這個，民進黨的態度，不能一直都硬，要有軟有硬，在關鍵問題上硬，這才是重點。

【林亞輯／新北報導】新北市新莊分局明志派出所前所長黃建華4月底時，幫派出所對面麵攤所飼養的拉布拉多犬「PUGU」打手槍，遭錄影檢舉；新北市農業局裁定，並未觸犯動保法相關規定，簽報免罰結案。 

麵攤老闆娘聽到判決消息，表示尊重判決結果，因事發後PUGU並未出現不舒服的情形，他們不會追究。
