48歲的李宜蓁3年前罹患轉移性大腸癌，歷經兩次復發、三段化療，還得自費一年上百萬元的標靶藥物治療。醫師表示，轉移性大腸癌患者應與醫師討論化療療程內容，在第一線藥物就使用健保給付的新生血管抑制劑，不僅可延長後續治療時間，還可省下上百萬元的治療費用。

李宜蓁愛吃油炸食物，且不管吃什麼都要加辣，有天腹部劇痛就醫，才發現大腸已幾乎被腫瘤塞住。手術切除後兩個月，癌細胞轉移到卵巢，長成一顆20公分大瘤，再度進入開刀房手術，一年多後腹壁又先後兩次長出腫瘤，連續四次手術，讓堅強抗癌的她幾乎崩潰。

李宜蓁說，她拿掉卵巢、子宮，完成辛苦的化療，卻二度復發，讓她極度沮喪；所幸當時一年高達上百萬的的標靶藥物費用有保險可給付。兩年前健保將標靶藥物納入給付，李宜蓁認為是轉移性大腸癌患者相當大的福音。

從漁會拍賣員退休的郭先生原本身強體健，兩年前因解黑便就醫檢查，竟發現已經大腸癌末期，開刀後接受化療發生嚴重嘔吐的副作用，痛苦到想跳樓。後來標靶藥物納入健保，化療的副作用大為減少，他也順利開刀切除腫瘤。

高醫胃腸及一般外科主任王照元說，目前兩種標靶藥物依患者基因型態及療程，有不同的治療順序，若在第一線藥物先使用「血管新生抑制劑」搭配化療，即使抑制腫瘤效果有限，第三線藥物再使用「表皮生長因子抑制劑」，仍可獲得健保給付，一年省下100到120萬元自費費用，並延長治療時間，更有機會戰勝癌症，切除轉移腫瘤。

ActiveNotifications 將會在你收到通知時直接在螢幕上秀出圖示，例如信件、未接來電等等，而「顯示時機」僅在於你看得到螢幕的時候，當手機在口袋、包包、面朝下時 ActiveNotifications 將不會做動。也就是說，你不用擔心為意外的解鎖手機，也不用擔心會耗損太多的電力，你也可以自定你想要接受到通知的 App，以及想要接受的內容（例如簡訊不顯示文字內容）。

可惜的是，目前 ActiveNotifications 僅支援 Android 4.3 系統，也就是說，目前應該只有 Nexus 裝置才能夠先睹為快。如果手上有 Nexus 7、Nexus4 的朋友，可以馬上抓來試試看。

【張勵德／台北報導】今天北市下午13時58分出現攝氏39.3度高溫，創下1897年台北站設站以來的歷史高溫紀錄。中央大學大氣系副教授吳德榮表示，創高溫原因除了近日太平洋高壓籠罩影響之外，今天台灣附近吹西風，把目前在中國造成創紀錄高溫的熱空氣帶來，才導致北台灣出現極端高溫的現象。
 
天氣風險管理公司總經理彭啟明指，造成北市極端高溫主因是太平洋高壓籠罩，致使天氣晴朗、日照明顯，另外都市熱島效應，也是造成高溫的「幫凶」。

【顏振凱／台北報導】民進黨前主席蔡英文上午舉行記者會，呼籲馬英九總統速開國是會議，民進黨秘書長林錫耀上午表示，對國是會議，黨內中常會早有過決議，113火大遊行，也提過這樣訴求，但半年來，各界深覺馬政府無能，社會陷入失序、混亂、對立，他強調，如要化解對立，朝和解方向，馬總統要拿出大智慧，宣布停建核四，「如果能宣布停建核四，後續對立一定可以減緩，朝野間不管要合作、對話，都會創造更佳條件。」

媒體追問這是否意味馬英九總統應先停建核四，再來討論國是會議等議題？林錫耀說：「這是創造條件的一個最積極誠意。」對媒體問民進黨主席蘇貞昌是否可能應府方回應拜會馬英九？林則重申請馬先展現誠意，宣布停建核四，「現在政府不但造成政治僵局，經濟停滯，民心不安，跟人民嚴重對立，要對話，要和解，第一步先展現誠意，核四停建是高度民意共識，如果趕快宣布，其他問題，不管軍中人權改革，服貿協議審議、年金改革等……接下去才能創造比較好的環境。」

至於民進黨中央是否考量找蔡英文等人來研商，林錫耀沒正面回應，僅說：「最重要還是馬總統，關鍵還是在他。」

【綜合報導】中國重慶前市委書記薄熙來一案再爆新料，該案原定本周在山東濟南開庭，重慶前公安局長王立軍、薄熙來的妻子谷開來會出庭作證。不過《博訊》引述消息指出，薄熙來拒絕谷開來出庭。

《博訊》報導指出，王立軍和谷開來應該會出庭，但開庭日期隨時會調動，原因是谷開來已坦白交代薄熙來的事情，出庭對薄十分不利，薄因此堅拒谷出庭作證，還聲稱若谷出庭作證，他將不配合，且會當庭宣佈與妻子離婚。

【蔡永彬／台北報導】台北市立動物園8月4日替「圓仔」舉辦滿月慶生會，也同時開辦命名活動，園方表示，現已收到許多提名，有希望圓仔像星星一樣閃亮的「小星星」、像山一樣壯的「圓山」、快樂平安長大的「樂樂」，或象徵團團圓圓一家圓滿的「圓滿」、毛茸茸又討喜的「棉花糖」、可愛小不點「米妞兒」(法文Mignonne，可愛之意），還有象徵保育類動物繁衍新希望的「小希望」。  

北市動物園指，即日起至9月8日，在大貓熊館的出口處有「圓仔命名活動站」，歡迎參觀民眾一同為圓仔命名，在動物園保育網（http://newweb.zoo.gov.tw）上也可以進行網路投票。9月19日中秋節將公布第1階段入選名單，接著進行第2階段網路投票，最後的票選結果將於10月26日園慶晚會公布。

【石明啟／桃園報導】高等軍事法院羈押庭中延至今天凌晨一時許，檢辯雙方互槓，軍事檢察官詢問副旅長何江忠，七月九日旅長要求召開會議，是不是要你們串供？何的辯護律師表達被告已經表達被告已陳述過，雙方爭辯，審判長出面打圓場，要雙方語氣平和。

軍事檢察官認為，何江忠指稱因為不想接542同事電話，因而使用易付卡，其實何江忠大可同袍打電話時不接即可，無需換電話。認為他使用易付卡手機，為規避監聽並勾串共犯，且七月九日何江忠召集連長徐信正和兩位士官，據連長指證當時何談了三十分鐘至一個小時，但何的證詞只有短短數句，許多內容沒有交代，認為他有串證之虞，建請法院羈押。
