【專欄】我在軍中被黑的日子

我是志願役軍官，2003年下部隊在陸軍104旅，接營部作戰訓練業務，這是個惡夢的開始，旅部訓練官非常喜歡玩營部幕僚，常集合各營訓練官，有時我不懂他在講什麼，多問一句就挨來一頓罵。有次半夜交資料給他，他不收資料還訓了我一頓，叫我回營通知各連長去開會，官威非常大！後來他更變本加厲，即使重要的業務資料要交給他，他也以各種理由不收，而等他需要收資料時，卻又故意挑各種毛病，像說公文主旨的一跟二沒有對齊，兩者之間要空白幾公分等等，弄到過了繳交期限，又要我附懲處人令加檢討報告才願收，非常可惡！

我每天半夜在辦公室趕業務，睡不到3小時，但軍中業務永遠做不完，而碰到跟他相關的業務，他不是故意神隱起來，就是在業務資料裡雞蛋裡挑骨頭，他期別很老，各連連長都很怕他，我那時才少尉而已，再加上大家說我個性老實，遇到他只有被玩得更慘。後來我擺爛，才被換了情報業務，遠離被他玩的魔掌，軍中生活才好過些。

2006年，砲兵部隊下基地，當時來了一個新營輔導長，感覺人很好，常找人聊天。但日子一久，他狐狸尾巴就露出來了！有一次，我背紅色值星帶，當值星官要負責營上大小事，士官兵睡覺之後，還要規劃完明天行程後才能睡覺，某天營上幾個士官兵出公差，過了晚餐時間還沒回來，我打了好幾通電話連絡他們，都聯絡不上，因餐廳晚上還要開會，只好把飯菜給收拾乾淨，結果出公差的士官兵回來了沒飯吃。營輔導長知道了，在士官兵面前數落我的不是，還跟士官兵說：「今天晚餐吃的都算我的，錢我出！」隔天，他卻打電話給我：「陳排，昨天那些士官兵的晚餐錢可以給我嗎？」我是他下屬，當然乖乖雙手把錢奉上，真想不到《笑傲江湖》的岳不群出現在營上。

除此外，連上連長也常凹人，曾經半夜要我去故障的販賣機生出幾碗泡麵來，因為生不出來，隔天扣我假單，軍中這種人作威作福，只能說退伍才是真的，其它都是假的，尤其是那一堆有夠假的業務資料。
