吃好睡飽　圓仔恐為發胖抱頭發愁

【陳威廷／台北報導】小貓熊圓仔每天吃飽睡好，體重達1643.6公克，保育人員已經快要無法「一手掌握」！台北市立動物園表示，圓仔肚子餓時就會醒來，不斷發出叫聲，並且打轉，試圖找到奶嘴吸吮，甚至直接咬住床單就開始吸，模樣可愛。相片中的圓仔正在翻身，前肢放在頭上，就像遇到煩惱時抱頭思考，保育員笑稱，圓仔每天吃飽睡好，體重一天比一天重，可能正為身材變得太圓而煩惱。

藍晒圖要說拜拜 台南市府：尊重屋主〔自由時報記者王俊忠、洪瑞琴／台南報導〕中西區海安路知名景點「藍晒圖」後方手工藝店房東傳將賣屋，經營手工藝店的藍晒圖團隊不捨、將於八月底逐步撤出該地。最初的策展人杜昭賢認為，縱然不捨，也不能損及私有地主權益，目前正與市府計畫於另處公共空間再造一個藍晒圖，「還是有未來性啊」！

知名文史作家王浩一在臉書PO文指出，台南文藝復興運動最具象徵意義的「藍晒圖」即將拆除，建築師劉國滄利用海安路拓寬拆除後的民宅廢牆設計出「藍晒圖」，讓它成為非官方台南第一人氣景點，如今私人財產的老房子值錢了，房東要賣掉。

藍晒圖團隊成員之一的蔡姓設計師說明，其實牆面土地與牆後手工藝店分屬兩位地主，是手工藝店地主有意賣地，團隊只好退出；先前也傳出牆面地主喊高價售地，但這事在網路傳開後，牆面地主已否認喊高價售地一事，只知牆面地主以安全考量、要求市府恢復原狀。

十年前推動海安路藝術造街的策展人杜昭賢說，因為前陣子藍晒圖上的石頭砸傷一位遊客，安全出問題，牆面地主基於安全考量，漆回原來的白色牆面。

都發局長吳欣修表示，該處為私有產權，市府難強硬要求，由於曾出錢協助四次整修，尊重屋主意願，協助後續整理，已做過補強的部份，不可能拆下來，同時針對海安路景觀將於年底整體規劃，進行徵圖設計，也希望「藍晒圖」在適當地點「重現」。

【侯昌騰／高雄報導】今日清晨6時30分，一輛高雄市環保局新添購的掃街車執行任務時突然火燒車，車上駕駛及女清潔員即時逃出，消防車獲報趕往現場立即出水搶救；該部掃街車是第一天上路執行任務，且還在測試階段，根據駕駛表示才開出來一個小時就著火了，起火原因消防局鑑識中。

我親戚打算買一台TOYOTA認證車 但是一直考慮要不要保全險 因為他打算買的車 大概40萬以下 4年以內的中古車 可是如果買保全險 一年也是3.4萬跑不掉 這樣就接近中古車價格的1/10了 而且他家住公寓大樓 有停車場 個人又認定T排 被偷機率低 而且車只要一買就是貶值 請問車子如果保保險 是真的不合嗎 像我一個朋友在兩年前 花了55萬左右買了Colt Plus 一年保費全險據說接近5萬 也近1/10 但是一年後Colt Plus 一這台三菱原廠認證中古車來講 http://www.mpo.com.tw/carinfo.php?pid=1781 2012年5月 到今年2013年8月 一年貶值超過10萬(雖然有可能 車況不佳) 但是貶值很多 也是事實 車子 非頂級轎車 2000CC 平常無飆車習慣 適合保全險嗎 突然發現 車子的貶值 比保費的錢還大數倍 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.40.74.131
