中央氣象局今天表示，因為颱風外圍雲系造成北部地區有沉降氣流，近中午時淡水出現攝氏38度高溫。

其他地區高溫還包括板橋36.1度、台北35.7度、新竹35.2度、基隆34度。

氣象局說，大台北地區今天因為颱風外圍雲系，吹東南風，在沉降氣流作用在，氣溫升高，再加上較冷的海風吹不進來，於是淡水出現高溫。

氣象局表示，下午2時之前，各地高溫都有可能再攀高或與中午時差不多，民眾外出應防曬、多喝水，避免中暑，午後要提防雷陣雨。

【綜合報導】今天是農曆七夕，日前在撰文「肛門即鬼門」一說的前集管局副局長施文儀，今天再度撰文，拿狂犬病的「狂獾」比「狂歡」，希望民眾小心預防愛滋病，「避免 在狂歡中被無套陰莖咬到」。
 
施文儀說，許多男男性行為是在三溫暖等特定地方舉辦的轟趴中進行，「大家經過一陣狂歡，有人的肛門被多根無保險套的陰莖插入，有人肛門因而腫痛事小，但只要其中有一根是感染者的，中鏢事大」，「因此說防範狂犬病，避免被狂獾咬中，而防範愛滋病，是避免在狂歡中被無套隂莖咬到，一點也不誇張！」
 
施文儀還說，「每年台灣愛滋新感染病例超過2000例，目前以每年約10%的成長率增加，且年輕族群快速增加，其中八成是男男間性行為造成。」
 
施文儀說，「狂犬病來得急，指揮中心千呼萬喚始出來；愛滋病嚴重數千倍，急不來，就等待各部會、全民願意動起來。」

標題[問題] 一個心裡積存已久的問題

小弟是開 賓士C系列W204 已經接近半年的觀察 每天的車況都會不一樣 有時候油門非常靈敏 加速非常平順 安靜 (我覺得這是正常車況 以同事的同款車對比) 有時候油門會有點延遲 不靈敏 起步的時候引擎的轉數聲會稍大(有一點空轉的感覺) 也無法歸納出是什麼原因造成不同的車況 很隨機 雖然不是很嚴重 但總是希望 每天都可以是最佳車況 到原本牽車的保養廠問過幾次 但是都很難讓他們了解我的問題在哪裡 可能是因為我年輕人不太懂車 他們也就隨便帶過 已經積存在心裡好久了 也曾經照著網路上的說明 重新設定變速箱電腦 還是一樣 希望能有機會得到解決 謝謝 大家 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 112.104.26.8 ※ 編輯: koes2005 來自: 112.104.26.8 (08/13 18:26)

大家好，我是圓仔，出生到現在已經39天，聽說我長得頭好壯壯，又很可愛，大家都很喜歡我，哈哈，其實我的體重已經有1千7百多公克，眼睛還沒打開。早上有個阿姨跟我說，要讓我跟馬麻見面，馬麻?馬麻是什麼?

我只有感覺到早上ㄋㄟㄋㄟ還沒喝完，就被帶出門，還有一雙粗粗的手，把我放到涼涼的地上，然後有人一直咬我的頭，她很奇怪，我一直掙扎，她就一直咬，連咬了好幾次，結果我就飛了起來，掉在一個毛毛又溫暖的地方，然後就用雙手抱住我了。我在她身上滾了滾，繞了一大圈，好奇妙哦，她身上有ㄋㄟㄋㄟ耶，應該是女的，而且ㄋㄟㄋㄟ的口感，跟我平常喝的一樣，她該不會就是馬麻吧，可是ㄋㄟㄋㄟ喝完，她就把我放在旁邊，自己睡著了，我還聽到她打呼....

之後，馬麻壓在我身上，也不知道她為什麼要這麼做，接著我就聞到甜甜的味道，馬麻離開了，換成粗粗的手把我拉走，他把我放回到保溫箱，我好喜歡馬麻抱我，唉呀我好睏哦，要先來去睡了啦，其他的明天再跟你們說嘍，啾咪。
