沉降氣流 淡水飆38度

中央氣象局今天表示，因為颱風外圍雲系造成北部地區有沉降氣流，近中午時淡水出現攝氏38度高溫。

其他地區高溫還包括板橋36.1度、台北35.7度、新竹35.2度、基隆34度。

氣象局說，大台北地區今天因為颱風外圍雲系，吹東南風，在沉降氣流作用在，氣溫升高，再加上較冷的海風吹不進來，於是淡水出現高溫。

氣象局表示，下午2時之前，各地高溫都有可能再攀高或與中午時差不多，民眾外出應防曬、多喝水，避免中暑，午後要提防雷陣雨。
