雙子星開發案　林瑞圖、中工又互槓

【劉曉霞／台北報導】台北「雙子星開發」案持續發酵，上周台北市議員林瑞圖槓上中工後，今天雙方再度較勁。林瑞圖質疑，中工採用分包廠商，透過轉包方式買空賣空、炒地皮，中工澄清指出，「雙子星開發」案本來就分2階段，分包商只負責興建，和永續經營無關，中工絕對有意願永續經營50年，只要台北市政府願意跟中工簽50年經營合約，但北市府只願簽10年約。

林瑞圖昨天參加NEWS98新聞台「非耀不可」節目時，再度和中華工程投標「雙子星開發案」槓上。

林瑞圖還強調，中工已經預售未來可分回的35％樓地板面積作為籌資，若導致私人入住，致使住商混合，讓國門中有一部分產權屬民間所有。中工反駁，「雙子星開發」案的C1基地有18%土地屬於私地主，故國門中有一部分產權屬於私地主是理所當然！依據合約，中工將可分回約35%樓地板面積，中工擁有就是民間擁有，何來全部國有，而且招標須知已規定，將來只有旅館、商辦、商場等用途並無住宅規劃，何來住商混合！

圖文網誌版 http://ppt.cc/5CPK 文字版 ↓ * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * 其實首圖已經都是見底的空罐了 XD 藍甘菊傳明酸美白抒妍精華液 --- 50ml 去年趁著 Payeasy 周年慶的活動做了五折的大特價，先敗了一罐來用 一開始這樣用下來也沒甚麼感覺，就是早晚會乖乖的擦它這樣 直到某次在電梯裡的鏡子突然覺得膚色好像沒有這麼蠟黃了 開始回想最近做了什麼 ( 噢 ~ 原來藍甘菊我也擦了一個月了啊 ) 美白這種東西本來就是得長期抗戰 因此買了本來就不會期待它能有甚麼速成的效果 本身肌膚就有些菜色，雖然不是發生白了一個色階這種誇張事 但是突然的感受到一點明亮的感覺其實挺開心的 也因此今年陪著爸媽到花東去一趟又曬黑回來之後 ( 又曬黑 = = 之前豈不是白做工) 決定用手邊的折價卷再入手個兩罐來做長期調理囉 當然特價的時候也不是看到便宜就胡亂買一通 ~ 保養也跟投資一樣該認真做點功課嘛 haha 不過我想它最吸引我的除了傳明酸的成分之外 應該就是設計得頗為高貴的瓶身了 飽和的靛藍加上銀色的標示及壓花 用起來也格外愉悅 >///※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.169.83.40

目前中職四隊在伯仲之間，勝差有限。米吉亞上一戰被犀牛打爆，而波拉斯雖然穩定，但桃猿牛棚令人擔憂，兩隊近況都不理想，但都還有一定的得分能力，這一戰大小分僅開出7.5分，我認為大分的機會比較高，推薦大分過盤。

大陸財政部公布，6月全國財政收入再現兩位數增幅，7月延續回升態勢、財政收入達1兆1,849億元(人民幣,下同)，年增11%。其中，營業稅為大陸地方收入最主要稅種，受前幾個月房地產市場成交額大幅增加帶動，7月營業稅收入達1,667億元，年增10.4%。

新華社，今年上半年，大陸中央財政收入一度出現負成長，引發各界對財政收入增速下滑的擔憂。下半年隨著經濟出現走穩跡象，曾經增速明顯趨緩的財政收入也出現回升趨勢。

增值稅為大陸第一大稅，今年上半年受工業增加值增速回檔影響，1-6月累計增值稅僅年增6.6%。但7月增值稅1,965億元，年增11.2%，其中工業增值稅年增6.1%。大陸財政部財科所副所長白景明指出，7月增值稅增幅回升，主要受工業增速反彈所帶動。大陸7月全國規模以上工業增加值與去年同期相比實際增長9.7%，增速較上月加快0.8個百分點。

大陸7月營業稅1,667億元，年增10.4%。上海財經大學公共經濟與管理學院教授胡怡建分析指出，7月增值稅和營業稅基本保持同步增長。營業稅主要對應服務業和房地產業，增值稅主要對應工商業。考量營改增的因素，營業稅增速實際要快於增值稅，說明服務業、房地產業的景氣度要好於工商業。

暑假結束前的最後一場兒戲節演出，嘉義市文化局安排了偶偶劇團「皇帝與夜鶯」於8月18日下午登場，這是改編自著名的安徒生童話故事，偶偶劇團團長也是導演的孫成傑表示，希望利用耳熟能詳的經典童話故事，利用新的概念重新詮釋安徒生童話，希望採用奇幻的風格創作，內容也和現今社會現象結合並相呼應，此劇在音樂上更增強音樂性，除了凸顯夜鶯美妙的歌聲，也將各種不同風格的音樂融入其中，戲劇的演出將兒童文學發揮至極致，也希望觀眾透過這些表演讓大家有不同於以往的體會。

嘉義市文化局表示，偶偶偶劇團於2000年成立至今，十三年的光陰，已在臺灣及其他國家演出數百場，每年演出約百餘場，演員除了精湛的演技及豐富的肢體表演外；其特色是以精緻的偶戲道具及佈景舞臺呈現絢麗的視覺效果，並運用各種不同的形式表演、配合各種劇場的舞臺形式，本劇利用「桌上劇場」表現方式，呈現經典劇作中最高偶戲境界。

此次演出的「皇帝與夜鶯」，敘述在古老中國的宮殿裡，皇帝下令要大臣找來傳說中的夜鶯，夜鶯淒美的歌聲感動了皇帝，於是將夜鶯留在宮裡並養在漂亮的鳥籠裡；直到外國大使送皇帝一個用鑽石、紅寶石及藍寶石鑲成的人造夜鶯，真正的夜鶯才飛回森林。直到有一天，人工夜鶯壞掉了，皇帝思念起早已不知去向的夜鶯，還而生了重病。
