富邦金控周三表示，對陸資參股一向持開放態度，富邦金若能與陸銀「相互參股」，將是最有利的安排。

富邦金控總經理龔天行說，金希望能引進「具策略價值且門當戶對」的合作對象，參股比率是各自取得對方2成股權。

龔天行表示，富邦已在接觸相關目標，希望能與陸銀相互參股。至於參股對象的資產規模，他表示，最好能「門當戶對」，且既然是「策略夥伴」，應該各自拿到對方20%股權，才是理想的參股模式。

富邦金周三在法說會中預估，今年台股現金股利收入達104.48億元，與去年差不多；上半年已有4.6億元股息入帳，其餘99.88億元股息，將在下半年陸續入帳。其中富邦人壽所持有的投資部位貢獻最多，股息進帳約88.04億元。

縣府政風處指出，未來志工團隊將以「童言童語畫廉政」這本繪本為主題，志工至各小學校園針對4年級以下學童講故事，讓學童理解個資法內容、反賄賂、防止偷竊、說謊等觀念，從小深植廉政教育。

【劉曉霞／台北報導】台北「雙子星開發」案持續發酵，上周台北市議員林瑞圖槓上中工後，今天雙方再度較勁。林瑞圖質疑，中工採用分包廠商，透過轉包方式買空賣空、炒地皮，中工澄清指出，「雙子星開發」案本來就分2階段，分包商只負責興建，和永續經營無關，中工絕對有意願永續經營50年，只要台北市政府願意跟中工簽50年經營合約，但北市府只願簽10年約。

林瑞圖昨天參加NEWS98新聞台「非耀不可」節目時，再度和中華工程投標「雙子星開發案」槓上。

林瑞圖還強調，中工已經預售未來可分回的35％樓地板面積作為籌資，若導致私人入住，致使住商混合，讓國門中有一部分產權屬民間所有。中工反駁，「雙子星開發」案的C1基地有18%土地屬於私地主，故國門中有一部分產權屬於私地主是理所當然！依據合約，中工將可分回約35%樓地板面積，中工擁有就是民間擁有，何來全部國有，而且招標須知已規定，將來只有旅館、商辦、商場等用途並無住宅規劃，何來住商混合！

【徐毓莉／台北報導】國家通訊傳播委員會(NCC)昨進行7家4G申請業者面試，今中午宣布初審合格名單，包括中華電信、台灣大哥大、遠傳電信、亞太電信，還有魏應交為代表的台灣之星移動電信、新建公司、及以鴻海董事長郭台銘為代表的國碁電子，共7家業者全部通過初審、可參與4G競標，競標將在9月3日登場。

NCC表示，依《行動寬頻業務申請案審查作業要點》遴聘9位學者專家組成審查委員會，從7月2日起至8月12日共召集7次審查會議，昨邀7家申請人到通傳會進行面談作業，就業者所提出事業計畫構想書等相關資料，分別對於電信設備概況、財務結構、技術能力、發展計畫、人事組織、持股狀況等項目逐一審查及評分，結果有過半數出席審查委員評分達76分以上者，做出資格審查合格建議，今委員會議決議，確認通過第1階段資格審查合格者名單。
