餐廳名稱：翠華餐廳 消費時間：2013年/6月 地址：香港 中環德輔道中84-86號地下及地庫 電話：2815 3000 營業時間：07:00-02:00 網誌無音樂圖文版:http://blog.yam.com/bulbousnose/article/66971446 翠華本來就在獵食名單上，但沒想到第一天就遇到它。 第一天check in後，在中環街上晃晃，路邊轉角這麼大的招牌，不看到也難。 3點多的午茶時間，店內客人還絡繹不絕，更安心的進了店裡。 (圖) 翠華有提供許多午茶套餐。 價格上套餐或許比較划算， 不過，對我們這種短暫停留的人來說， 必須堅守吃喝玩樂行程的第一守則，想吃什麼點什麼。 (圖) 豬腳筋炒飯 這個豬腳筋炒飯很是要給他兩根大姆哥！！ 首先，它的飯粒不是乾乾分明，是每顆米粒還保有濕潤感的。 米粒保水又有鬆散度，而且不至於把米粒變糊糊的，口感非常不賴！ 配料有萬年不敗的高麗菜和紅綠青椒。 我想大概是用豬腳筋的滷汁下去拌炒，微辣的醬汁收得恰到好。 非常香！真的好好味！ (圖) 熱奶茶 只喝原味，沒有加糖。 茶味厚，咖啡帶苦，微微的牛奶香。 這不加糖的奶茶，任何時段都可以來一小杯。 (圖) 菠蘿油 這趟在香港吃了好幾顆波蘿油。 菠蘿麵包可貴的就是奶酥的香酥。 翠華的菠蘿麵包，看那頂層的奶酥，龜裂的紋路多麼可口。 咬下後掉下來的每一顆奶酥屑，都覺得好可惜～。 (圖) 奶油脆豬 奶油在法國麵包上溶化，再淋上填到不行的煉乳。 好吃誘人的甜點，非得不計熱量～。 (圖) 因為飯店近陳勤記鹵鵝和沾仔記，之後也有試試這兩家口味。 在陳勤記我們買了拼盤，包括鵝翅、豆干、大腸、豬腳筋。 它價位雖然不便宜，但是食物都滷到透、味道非常足(也是頗鹹的)，很適合當下酒菜。 鵝翅的肉帶有一點煙燻味，一咬就連皮帶肉脫骨， 不像印象中鴨翅、鵝翅都皮肉黏骨。 以前都覺得吃鴨翅、鵝翅跟吃鴨舌頭一樣，就只是 所以，我覺得光是吃得到鵝翅肉這點就非常厲害！ 沾仔記那兩顆魚球大丸子和雲吞食材新鮮，好吃。 但是我就是不喜歡廣東麵條吃起來有一股很重的鹼味。 而且，記得吃完以後口渴到可以飲水如牛。大概是味精滿重的。 謝謝! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.109.16.92

農委會主委陳保基率林務局長李桃生、林試所長黃裕星，出席亞太經濟合作會議（APEC）第二屆林業部長會議。農委會指出，陳保基昨天以「我國當前森林經營面臨的挑戰與對策」在大會中發表演說，並倡議強化森林環境教育功能，獲大會決議納入這次部長宣言，會議期間並與10個經濟體包括中國大陸進行雙邊會議，成果豐碩。

陳保基在會中向與會21個經濟體分享台灣林業經營的經驗，包括如何降低氣候變遷對森林的作用、如何合理經營人工林、如何維護森林生物多樣性、如何推動自然教育及生態旅遊，以及如何讓公眾參與森林經營管理等。

尤其在公眾參與森林經營管理時，更以霧台鄉阿禮部落為例，政府提供森林資源提供原住民社區重建家園、復舊生態棲地、營造民俗植物，找回部落的生態價值，為社區帶來經濟、社會及生態環境效益，更形成了良好的夥伴關係。。

近年來，我推動自然教育獲得顯著的進展，建構的森林環境教育場域，已成為我最大的學習網絡，基於經驗，認為環境教育可建立區域性的合作機制，陳保基因此在這次林業部長會議倡議「加強運用環境教育及解說，促進公眾參與並凝聚大眾對森林經營的了解與共識」，以為各經濟體加強合作的依據，並藉以拓展森林經營的內涵，也將拓展森林經營者的廣度及深度。

這項倡議獲得其他與會經濟體支持，大會決議將我方意見納入本次「林業部長宣言」的第7點內容為「提升環境教育並強化對決策者、社區、非政府組織及私部門森林相關資訊的提供，以支持其理解、經營、保護及監測森林之舉措」。

本屆APEC林業部長會議於祕魯庫斯科舉行，大會期間陳保基與澳洲、祕魯、馬來西亞、大陸、美國、日本、智利、加拿大、菲律賓及新加坡等代表團進行雙邊會議，廣泛就防止非法木材交易、生態旅遊、林業在部會間的分工合作機制、森林認證、森林生質能源、人工林永續經營、竹產業發展前景等議題交換意見。

陳保基並特別與日本分享災後重建相關經驗，更與美國在如何運用APEC組織架構及運作機制處理林業議題上，有深入的討論。此外，也與加拿大林務署洽談林業技術交流合作，達成初步共識。

【李宗祐／嘉義報導】嘉義地檢署偵辦嘉義縣長張花冠、前縣長陳明文及前行政院經濟建設委員會副主任委員張景森等「香草藥草生物科技園區」貪瀆案，以貪污等罪嫌起訴張花冠；陳明文、張景森二人罪證不足，不起訴處分。
 
起訴書表示，張花冠在立委任內，涉嫌利用其身分及職權收受廠商3000萬元賄賂，為掩飾不法利用他人帳戶兌現後，再指示不知情國會助理，以小額現金提領方式，規避金融機構通報限額之規定。

張以不法所得投資他人，再由他人以給付獲利為名義支付予張，再復存入第三人之帳戶內，藉以掩飾、隱匿。依《貪污治罪條例》第5條第1項第3款及《洗錢防制法》第11條1項，檢察官起訴，向法院請求從重量刑。
