【潘岳／宜蘭報導】穿越冬山河魔術表演，今晚9時，在細雨中展開，魔術師李佳峰首先邀請1名台下自願配合女觀眾上舞台，接著請1名在場採訪女記者在左手臂上簽名，藉以證明出現在冬山河對岸是同一人，絕非分身。

9時19分，配合演出女觀眾先走入布廉內，接著魔術師李佳峰跟著進入；李佳峰先是向女觀眾道別，女觀眾身影隨即消失在影幕中，隨後，李佳峰身影也在約3秒時間逐漸消失在影幕中，並在1秒後穿越冬山河，從對岸現場攝影記者後方出現，接著女觀眾也出現在布幔中，完成這項難以置信魔術表演，贏得現場4百位觀眾喝采。

【綜合報導】面對埃及軍政府鎮壓，支持前總統莫西的穆斯林兄弟會今日早表示，將發起「憤怒星期五」的遊行，抗議軍政府血腥鎮壓。

兄弟會發言人哈達德(Gehad El-Haddad)在推特發文說，明日的「反政變遊行」，將從開羅的各清真寺展開，最後朝向拉米希斯(Ramsis)廣場前進。

【綜合報導】民進黨通過前總統陳水扁恢復黨籍申請，為政壇投下一枚震撼彈。郭正亮認為，民進黨不像當年反抗政治迫害的義無反顧，如今已經英雄氣短、人事全非。

民進黨前立委郭正亮，在《蘋果日報》蘋中信發表《民進黨失去理直氣壯》一文中表示，前立委林濁水曾經呼籲黨中央，要利用陳水扁入黨機會，對阿扁工作做出歷史評價，才能說服社會大眾。豈料評價都還沒做，民進黨就悄悄為阿扁打開大門了。如此不講究是非，也難怪林濁水會痛心表示：「這是民進黨非常羞恥的紀錄」。

郭正亮認為，民進黨讓阿扁回黨，不是因為認同阿扁遭到迫害，而是因為高層不想得罪阿扁，怕被扁家爆料，怕被扁迷追問，怕會影響選舉，尤其是黨內初選。關鍵不是理直氣壯，而是害怕失控。惹不起阿扁，又說不出道理，只好悄悄同意。國民黨人原本對前途憂心忡忡，如今看到民進黨如此不求進步，阿扁魔咒繼續管用，內心竊喜可想而知。

【綜合報導】馬總統簽署《軍事審判法》修正案，宜蘭地方法院庭長劉壽嵩認為，女法官沒當過兵，「連軍階都看不懂」，怎麼審軍事審判。洪慈庸聽聞也回應：「軍階有什麼難？」她三天就可以弄懂。對於劉庭長這種「審判資格限制」的理論，林實芳痛批「離譜」。

律師、婦女新知基金會秘書長林實芳今天在《蘋果日報》論壇版發表《女法官不懂軍審嗎 司法界的性別歧視》一文中指出，劉庭長的發言不只有論證上的邏輯謬誤，更是對於女性法官的歧視否定。雖然近年來各級法院女法官人數逐年增加，但7成5卻依舊集中在基層的地方法院。不僅高等法院、最高法院法官男女比率失衡，更曾傳出女法官、女書記官被性騷的案例，顯露司法界對於女性是個不友善的職場環境。

林實芳表示，《軍審法》移審，讓普通法院庭長的性別歧視現形。軍事知識不難懂，難懂的是性別歧視。
