天文學家已經發現了一個神秘的黑洞從『沉睡』中醒來的驚人情景，黑洞之所以被『喚醒』，是因為一顆可能是褐矮星或者是巨大行星的低質量天體進入了黑洞的引力控制範圍，它距離黑洞實在是太近了，從藝術家繪製的類比圖像看出，這顆『誤打誤撞』的天體周邊已經形成了漩渦狀物質，說明黑洞的引力將其表面物質剝離，位於我們銀河系中央的黑洞也發生著類似的場景，強大的引力場不僅控制著周圍天體，也可將其吞噬。

這個甦醒的黑洞位於NGC 4845星系中，距離地球大約4700萬光年，來自歐洲空間局的XMM-牛頓空間望遠鏡、NASA的『雨燕』探測器和日本的MAXI X射線監視儀（安裝於ISS上）都參與了本項研究。天文學家在對不同星系的研究過程中，發現廣域視場中出現了一個明亮的X射線釋放源，隨後調用了XMM-牛頓空間望遠鏡確認NGC 4845星系中出現的異常現象是一個從未被發現的宇宙射線源。『雨燕』探測器與MAXI X射線監視儀跟蹤觀測發現在2011年1月時能量釋放達到峰值，使星系的X射線漸變曲線上升了近1000倍，此後的一年多時間內，該射線源開始逐漸消退。

科學家稱，落入NGC 4845星系黑洞的天體大約為14至30倍木星質量，可能是一顆褐矮星或者是一顆質量巨大的氣態行星，被吞噬的天體物質逐漸落入黑洞的吸積盤中，並在周圍形成了旋渦狀的物質流。根據比亞韋斯托克大學的研究人員Marek Nikolajuk介紹：本次觀測完全出乎了我們的意料，這裡已經沉寂了至少20至30年，當一個天體進入黑洞的『吞噬範圍』時，啟動了『沉睡』的黑洞。最新的研究表明，諸如此類在星系空間中漫無目的『漂浮』的落單天體可能存在非常龐大的數量，它們在原行星系統的引力作用下被『踢』出，浪跡於恆星系統之間，直至落入黑洞的引力控制範圍。

【黎建忠／綜合報導】源自美國、首度引進台灣的彩色路跑(Color me rad)，今天早上在大佳河濱公園熱鬧登場，現場宛如白天版的夜店趴，電子舞曲震耳欲聾、主持人賣力嘶吼，加上五彩繽紛的彩色粉末，讓報名參加的12000人跟著瘋狂，許多跑者搞怪治裝，也成了活動區的焦點。

彩色路跑在國外已有1年多的經驗，這次首度移入台灣，總長度僅5公里，且每隔1公里就會經過粉彩區，由工作人員對著跑者猛灑彩粉，但因比賽不計時間，與其說是路跑活動，倒不如說是熱鬧的「運動Party」，參加民眾都開心、悠閒的「等著被砸粉」，原本白色的衣物，也在通過終點時變成彩色服裝了。

10月漲價潮來襲，民眾日常開銷必定增加。以電價調漲為例，若家庭用戶每月用電度500度，10月漲價後，每個月電費要增100多元。

政府已警覺到10月調漲電價對民生物價的衝擊，行政院長江宜樺上周表示考慮微調10月漲價方案，希望能照顧弱勢與小商家。

以開店做生意的小商家為例，若每月用電1,500度，10月電價調漲後，每個月電費要增加近800元。

除了調漲電價對家庭與小商家的影響極大外，這兩個族群常使用的桶裝瓦斯，在年底前價格也是易漲難跌。

中油從本月起取消桶裝瓦斯減半調漲措施，且因為目前中油對桶裝瓦斯仍有每公斤2.65元的凍漲金額要在跌價時回補，加上第4季是桶裝瓦斯的傳統旺季，年底前國內桶裝瓦斯價格難跌，漲價的機會極高。

不只是在家的花費要變貴，明年初國家風景區的停車費、台北市北投溫泉水費等都會漲價，民眾出遊的開支也會因這一波漲價潮而增加。
