全球色情網分布圖　美國佔6成居冠

【綜合報導】全球色情網站數量統計顯示，美國以4.28億個網頁，佔全球60%排名第1，當中三分之二的網站都是源自加州，色情工業興盛的荷蘭則以1.87億個網頁，佔全球26%，位居第2，第3則是佔了7%的英國，擁有5千2百萬個色情網頁。

前10名當中，亞洲僅有神秘島國日本入列，以2百萬個網頁佔全球0.27%，位居第7。前10名國家依序是美國、荷蘭、英國、德國、法國、加拿大、日本、澳洲、英屬維京群島、捷克共和國。

這項統計是由加州網路資安MetaCert公司，針對2011年12月到2013年8月全球色情網站所做的調查。

大陸央行行長周小川在接受央視採訪時表示，大陸經濟增長內在動力仍較強，不會出現這種所謂連續性下滑的方式。周小川同時表示，目前存款利率放開的技術條件已經具備，正在按原計劃推進。

下半年貨幣政策不會有大調整

根據中新網報導，對於外界對當前大陸經濟下滑的擔憂，周小川稱，當前大陸經濟增長在7.5%左右，本身就是一個正常的水平。在全球經濟不景氣，大陸國內又在進行結構調整產業升級的情況下，上半年新增就業崗位700多萬是一個很了不起的數字。

『但是我們會找到一個平衡點，這個平衡點既保持經濟比較快的增長，同時結構又能得到優化，中間還要有空間給改革開放加大力度留有操作的餘地。』周小川表示。

大陸本屆政府力主調整經濟發展結構，同時經濟增速持續放緩。學者對兩者關係看法有分歧，並形象地稱為更換發動機之爭：如果是飛機換發動機，就意味著速度不能降到太低，否則飛機會掉下來；而火車的話，不存在掉下來的問題，速度可以再慢一些。

周小川稱：『我不主張在經濟增長方面使用所謂在空中飄著還是硬著陸這樣的提法。』他認為，大陸經濟增長內在動力還是很強的，不會出現這種所謂連續性下滑的方式。周小川表示，下半年會繼續執行穩健的貨幣政策，不會有大的調整，如有需要會做一些適當的結構性的微調。

存款利率放開已做好技術準備

去(2012)年6月，央行擴大存貸款利率浮動空間，今年7月央行進一步取消了對貸款利率的限制，大陸利率市場化腳步逐步加快，存款利率何時放開成為大陸利率市場化改革最後一步。

周小川昨(19)天表示，央行已經做好技術和條件上的準備，正在按計劃推進。

興業銀行首席經濟學家魯政委認為，利率全面市場化需要具備幾個條件：首先，要有比較權威的利率參照。其次，建立存款保險制度，利率市場化帶來的最重要變化，就是銀行利差會被顯著壓縮，可能發生銀行倒閉，普通儲戶的存款應得到保全，這需要優先考慮建立存款保險制度。魯政委認為，從宣布放開利率管制到經歷利差收窄洗禮後整個市場重歸平穩運行，10年之內能走完已算不錯。

據了解，目前央行正會同有關部門，抓緊研究完善實施方案，推動存款保險制度盡早建立。

一直都是清湯掛麵學生頭的我(髮質算粗硬純直髮) 第一次想嘗試燙劉海讓自己看起來精神一些這次選擇到新竹市區SOGO對面，星巴克隔壁樓上的榎谷髮苑(KM69店) 沒有指定設計師後來是一名叫jessie的女設計師幫我燙店裡不大,一進去有小姐先請妳坐在等待區的沙發入座到個人位置上後,有茶和咖啡可以選擇,還有小餅乾糖果可吃,還滿貼心的 ----------- 目前到這邊為止,我覺得接待員工的語氣急促, 送茶的員工看到我桌上放滿了許多個人物品只是呆呆的杵在那裏,等我意識到才自己趕快清空讓她放服務品質還有進步的空間 ----------- 設計師和我簡短的討論過後開始進行洗髮、上藥水的過程洗頭髮按摩時超用心(力)在洗,我的頭差點被捏爆了XDDDDD 洗完後，設計師問我是不是最近晚睡，頭皮有幾處是紅色的，我心想被妳抓成這樣不紅才怪XD.... ----------- 討論髮型的部分，以過去我常到髮瑟和JS的心得來對照，通常設計師會針對你的髮質和頭型做建議，但最後仍會以個人要求為優先，這次的設計師只聽到我要燙灣劉海，並沒有多與我討論，是我一直提問她才作回答讓我不禁有點鬱卒及擔心XD 價格的部分，因為沒有太多預算，我選擇B級設計師，洗+剪+燙/學生價是950 ----------- 因為我的瀏海多又厚，總共上了三捲才完工，坐了兩小時後的成果，有圖有真相看起來還滿自然的(後面是設計師另外吹的) http://ppt.cc/pB2R 以整體來說算是滿意，七日內髮型問題可回去諮詢生日當月做造型有69折優惠如果沒意外的話~下次燙整頭還會回流這家以上謝謝大家收看:D ------------- 榎谷髮苑 http://www.jg47205.com/news/main.php?mt=1 預約 0800-001213 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.195.50.101

【黃仲瑜／新北報導】今天凌晨2時許，消防局接獲永和竹林路一處公寓有人上吊，立即派遣救護車趕往現場。

救護人員在現場發現，一名婦人(約50多歲)已經倒臥在地上，身體冰冷，已經明顯死亡，發現人為死者丈夫，兩夫妻平時都分房睡，丈夫半夜起床上廁所時，發現妻子房間燈還亮著，但是門被反鎖著，老公把門踢開後，驚見妻子上吊，把妻子解下後立即報警。

警方表示，婦人疑似有重度憂鬱症，現場沒有發現遺書，初步已經排除他殺，但是詳細自殺原因還有待調查。
