台灣食鹽加碘政策，歷經全球公共衛生及經貿趨勢不斷調整。

台灣一九六七年全面實施食鹽加碘政策，直到二○○四年加入世界貿易組織（WTO）後，開放不含碘的鹽進口迄今。

碘存在於土壤及海洋中的微量元素，台灣為海島國家，很多人以為不會有碘缺乏問題。日據時代，台灣帝國大學河石教授於一九四四年發表流行病學報告指出，地方性甲狀腺腫排行當時台灣十大常見疾病的第五名。

當時國際預防缺碘的策略，主要是在食鹽中加碘。

台灣大學公共衛生研究所教授陳拱北在一九五八年，於新竹試辦食鹽加碘計畫，當年學童甲狀腺腫是百分之五十一點三，三年後，即降至百分之四點一。

由於食鹽加碘試辦計畫成效不錯，政府一九六七年全面實施食鹽加碘政策，全國學童甲狀腺腫盛行率也從百分之廿一點六，四年後降至百分之四點三，代表食鹽加碘對治療和預防甲狀腺變腫有很好效果。

不過，食鹽加碘政策也帶來其他問題。台大醫院基因醫學部及內科部主治醫師陳沛隆表示，碘吃太多會誘發有自體免疫疾病的人發病，如葛瑞夫茲氏病會有甲狀腺機能亢進等。

國內食鹽加碘政策直到二○○四年台鹽民營化，政府開放不含碘的玫瑰鹽及海鹽等進口鹽，台鹽僅部分含碘鹽才會特別標示，多數商品為不含碘鹽。去年一份市售鹽品碘含量監測暨健康風險評估研究指出，國內市售食鹽中多數不含碘。

【綜合報導】尼泊爾106歲老人拉伊（Bote Rai）從小到大生活在貧窮中，一直無法實現搭飛機翱翔天際的夢想，此事經媒體披露後，許多人表示願贊助他完成夢想。在當地時間周二，拉伊終於坐上一班客機，體驗了一趟國內飛行。他下機後，老淚縱橫地接受媒體訪問：「我的心願終於實現了。」
 
新華社報導，一個政府的醫療團隊上周日造訪拉伊居住的小村落，在探訪期間，拉伊向醫療人員表示，希望死前能體驗坐飛機的感覺。此事獲得媒體大幅報導，拉伊的心願突然變成了「全國人民的心願」，許多公司與民眾表示願意出錢讓他搭飛機，最後是由私人航空公司Yeti Airline贏得幫拉伊完成夢想的機會。
 
本周二，拉伊從東部城市比拉德訥格爾，搭機前往尼泊爾首都加德滿都。他以106歲高齡，完成了長久以來的夢想，下機後不禁喜極而泣。

標題[閒聊]草祭變會員制了

好久沒去草祭二手書店 前一陣子想說去挖寶 結果竟然變成會員制了 一張會員卡要一百元 雖然不是買不起 只是連單純想逛個二手書店 竟然都還要辦會員卡 不然就只能在最外面的那一小區 總覺得這樣太不親民 印象中這家店不是也會辦些藝文活動嗎 不會以後也都是要會員才能進去吧 想當初從北門路校子裡的那家沒有冷氣的草祭開始 一直到開了南寧街的思潮 大學路的墨林 與現在南門路的草祭 到現在只剩後面兩家 一直以來總是這家店的常客 也買了不少書 但是當看到這家店變成了會員制以後 感覺好像變質了 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 218.164.103.44

【綜合報導】現年25歲的美國維基百科洩密案的涉案人曼寧（Bradley Manning），今日被當地軍事檢察官求處至少60年徒刑。

曼寧因涉及將大量機密檔案洩漏給維基解密，當地軍事檢察官以一連串間諜和竊盜罪嫌等，向法官處以重刑，這些罪嫌最高可以累積至90年徒刑，而檢察官今日求處60年有期徒刑。

檢察官還說，曼寧洩密具有「毀滅性」，並表示曼寧是個「心意堅決且明白利害的人，並存心利用制度上的漏洞」。

標題[心得] 巨無霸的CLINIQUE倩碧 三步驟還原潤膚露

http://www.wretch.cc/blog/naomibabe/8069482 不知道為什麼版上這個產品似乎沒什麼心得, 有人知道為什麼嗎? -------------------------------------- 說到保養，我想倩碧三步驟一定是大家都有聽過的系列， 雖然說包裝設計平實，而且他們也不常有折扣， 但我想人家可以熱賣這麼久一定有人家的道理， 雖然以前有試用過，但還是請姊姊飛香港時幫我從機場帶一罐回來， 想說免稅會比較便宜，結果姊姊帶了超大罐回來的阿！ 竟然是200ml的，一整個巨無霸的乳液阿！！ 姊姊說因為跟小罐的(125ml)只差一點點價格，於是就買了大罐的， 想說反正可以一起用嘛～ 這罐是給乾肌用的 瓶身上寫著very dry to dry combination skin, 開封後24個月內要用完，我個人覺得這個任務很難， 因為200ml真的超大罐 用在手上試會發現它很好推勻， 最重要的是吸收很快、卻不會有油膩感， 實際用在臉上的話也是易抹而且很快就吸收，不會油膩， 所以如果要搭配按摩的話速度要快一點， 用量應該也要多一些才有辦法， 但對於我這乾肌來講這罐似乎是不夠滋潤了， 不知道是體質改變還是冷氣吹太多， 現在正常保養時乳液是用這罐的話，接下來上粉底都會很乾， 搞得臉上都是屑屑，很令我火大， 只能說他是一罐適合”偏乾肌”的乳液， 真的進階到乾肌階段的話，請還是要另請高明或是增加其他保養品阿～（淚 不過還是一罐很適合夏季酷暑時的保養品啦 話說這罐網路上都找不到單一心得只寫這罐潤膚露， 是因為他們一直強調一定要他們家的三步驟一起用才會有效嗎?? 如果是這樣的話......我要說， 雖然肉鬆配稀飯超好吃，但單吃也是很美味的阿～ -- －Just NAOMI－ 　　　　　　　http://www.wretch.cc/blog/naomibabe　　 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.36.193.47

【綜合報導】說到夏天，就免不了海灘、陽光、衝浪，不過由於不少缺乏公德心的遊客，在海邊隨意丟棄垃圾，原本該是美麗的夏日海灘，卻成驚人的垃圾集散地。
 
衝浪攝影師札克諾伊爾(Zak Noyle)在印尼爪哇島，捕捉最佳衝浪手迪迪索亞納(Dede Suryana)的衝浪英姿時，拍到的卻是迪迪在滿是垃圾的浪頭下衝浪，食物包裝袋、寶特瓶就漂浮在他上頭。
 
根據國家地理頻道的報導指出，當地河流嚴重遭垃圾汙染，魚類和烏龜常誤食垃圾，漁夫捕獲的魚類身上也常含有高濃度的有毒化學物質。
