【綜合報導】德國資訊業者聯盟Bitkom最近針對德國消費者使用網路情形進行抽樣民調，結果顯示有30%的受訪者基於安全考量，不使用網路銀行，使用網路銀行者減少應和網路監聽問題有關。

中央社報導，根據Bitkom的問卷調查結果，38%受訪者擔心網路銀行會有詐騙問題，而年齡在65歲以上的受訪者當中，對使用網路銀行感到不放心的比率更高，達45%。年齡在14歲到29歲之間的受訪者，也有31%不放心。

Bitkom指出，近年來德國人使用網路銀行愈來愈普遍，而最近使用者未增反減，應該是美國情治單位監聽網路的問題爆發，讓一些消費者擔心個資會外洩。

【陳智偉／綜合外電報導】中國光大證券A股恢復交易，在上海股市開盤旋即大跌10%，跌停鎖死，惟中、港股市大盤走勢平穩，上海證券綜合指數早盤小跌0.04%，香港恒生指數下跌0.26%。
 
光大證券上周五爆發錯單事件，A股從上周五中午起暫停交易，周一仍維持停牌，並公告於今日復牌。
