【郭寶懃／台北報導】北市府下半年預計將再公告2筆地上權案，包括位於復興北路和南京東路三段西北側地上權案，與南港經貿路二路和三重路的地上權案，預計11月公告招商。

復興北路和南京東路地上權案基地面積2747坪，容積率為250%，台北市財政局金融管理科科長賴佳虹表示，目前該案在研議中，底價未定，但經營年限為70年，未來可開發為商業區。另外南港區經貿二路與三重路交叉口南側地上權案，面積1174坪，容積率360%，底價亦未定。
