【曾佳俊／新北報導】新北市政府與台灣319愛貓協會9月將於侯硐火車站前廣場舉辦「貓燈節」活動，宣導尊重生命、不要棄養的愛護動物觀念，今年特地打造高150公分、寬200公分的巨型貓燈籠，連貓橋也會高掛紅燈籠，並以公益環保為主題的園遊會方式，邀請遊客來彩繪燈籠祈福，獻唱義賣所得全數捐給貓街當醫療基金，主辦單位表示，由於適逢狂犬病疫情警訊，特地印製5000本可愛貓咪小手冊發放，讓民眾從中更了解衛教資訊，而不至於恐慌。

【綜合報導】經建會昨公布6月景氣燈號，景氣燈號9項構成要素中有4項好轉，亮出23個月來，首顆代表景氣平穩的綠燈。連經建會經濟研究處處長洪瑞彬也坦言「驚喜」，7月能否續亮「綠燈」，他表示：「正面期待，希望不是曇花一現。」

經建會指出，因生產面、貿易面、消費面指標持續改善，景氣燈號構成要素的工業生產指數、海關出口值、機械及電機設備進口值、製造業銷售值等4項好轉，綜合判斷分數意外從19分增至23分，中止連9個月、代表景氣趨向衰退的黃藍燈，近2年來首度亮綠燈。

【綜合報導】美國北卡羅來納27日傳出，發現神祕吸血生物卓柏卡布拉(chupacabra)，當地民眾發現一頭尖牙利爪，毛髮稀疏的動物，特徵剛好符合卓柏卡布拉。

據傳這種源自拉丁美洲的吸血動物，會攻擊牲畜飲用牠們的血，牠的名字就是源自西班牙話中的吸允(chupar)和山羊(cabra)，2個字結合而成。不過科學家懷疑卓柏卡布拉，實際上可能只是受寄生蟲感染的土狼。

【李光濱／花蓮報導】花蓮區漁會接獲漁民通報，立霧溪出海口今天清晨6時許有6尾抹香鯨出沒，一早就吸引上百位遊客紛紛搭船出海賞鯨，賞鯨船出海後約一個小時航程，就先看見4尾抹香鯨成群並排在海上戲水，還輪流噴水換氣，讓遊客驚呼連連直喊「好幸運！」

另在距離約1公里處還陸續發現2尾體型較大的抹香鯨露背鰭、甩尾拍水。小朋友直呼「抹香鯨好大、好胖喔！」解說員黃火木表示，這6尾抹香鯨是今年發現出沒最大的一群，從抹香鯨成群結隊及逗留時間研判，應是在進行相親交配，6尾抹香鯨中除了1尾是母鯨外，其他應是公鯨，公鯨伴隨在母鯨身邊不時噴水展現姿態，就是要吸引母鯨跟牠交配。

【綜合報導】香港食物安全中心抽查市面上133種食物、逾千個樣本，其中47%樣本經烹調後會釋出致癌物「丙烯酰胺」(Acrylamide)，攝取過量會產生神經系統的毒性作用。

會釋出「丙烯酰胺」的食物，以洋芋片、薯條最高，其次是炒蔬菜，包括翠玉瓜(西葫蘆)、洋蔥、蒜頭及燈籠椒等。研究指出，香港民眾每天膳食攝取到的「丙烯酰胺」，每公斤體重有 0.21微克，最高則到0.54微克，攝入量低於歐美國家。

香港食物安全中心表示，蔬菜經高溫及長時間的烹調，會釋出大量「丙烯酰胺」，但目前仍無人體攝入量的標準， 建議最好避免高溫及長時間烹調，炒菜前可以先川燙1分鐘，以及減少進食洋芋片、炸薯條等食品。

【綜合報導】最高軍事檢察長曹金生因洪仲丘案曝光率暴增，日前在BBS上被網友爆料有1名長腿「麻豆」女兒曹晴，雖為誤傳，但曹金生女兒確實是身高172公分的凱渥女模曹菀琳，也是綜藝節目固定班底，凱渥說將培養她成為全方位藝人。日前她還上三立《國光幫幫忙》大方秀出父女合照。

節目中曹菀琳表示父親和藹可親，像是「彌勒佛」，也沒有將軍的架子。《壹電視》報導，曹菀琳2008年從凱渥夢幻之星脫穎而出成為名模林志玲的小師妹，曹金生受訪時也坦言女兒是女模，他說：「我很愛我的女兒，因為這個案子有3個禮拜無法陪在們身邊。」

【綜合報導】在民間社團邀請下，高雄市市長陳菊今天在臉書上，以影片表態公開表態支持台灣伴侶權益推動聯盟起草的多元成家民法修正草案。

陳菊是國內第一位公開支持多元成家立法的縣市首長。她在影片中說：「相愛是人權，與自己所愛的人成立一個家，當然也是人權。」

台灣伴侶權益推動聯盟以3年起草多元成家民法修正草案，其中包括「同性婚姻、伴侶制度、家屬制度」，此草案將於今年9月正式送入立法院，並訂於9月7日晚上在凱道舉行活動造勢。
