根據美國勞工部周四公布的數據顯示，8月24日結束的一周，美國初次申請失業金人數減少6000人至33.1萬人，顯示裁員速度已小幅減緩。

四周平均初次申請失業金人數增加750人至331250人，仍接近2007年底--大衰退開始之時--以來低點。

8月17日結束的一周，持續領取失業金人數減少1.4萬人至299萬人。

四周平均持續領取失業金人數增加9500人至300萬人。

接受MarketWatch調查的分析師平均預估， 上周初次申請失業金人數為33萬人。

前一周初次申請失業金人數由33.6萬人修正為33.7萬人。

※ [本文轉錄自 Food 看板 #1I7rBp_f ] 作者: carolfuy (La*) 看板: Food 標題: [食記] 高雄鼓山區 美術館晚茶：潘˙手感的店 時間: Thu Aug 29 21:55:59 2013 餐廳名稱：潘˙手感的店 消費時間：2013年/8月 地址：高雄市鼓山區美術東四路242號 電話：07-522-8291 營業時間：09:00~23:00 有無包廂：無 每人平均價位：149元(下午茶組合價) 　 推薦菜色：藍莓起司蛋糕 有圖無音樂網誌版：http://fei90908.pixnet.net/blog/post/201035849 這天晚上接到意外的邀約， 原本預約好的看診立馬取消XD 愛吃下午茶如我， 晚茶的邀約卻是第一次， 在好友的帶領下， 來到了這家為於美術館路和美術東四路的小店。 這時候已經是晚上九點多， 街上冷冷清清的很安靜， 寧靜不吵雜的氣氛我很喜歡w 因為溫差的關係， 玻璃起了一層霧氣， 店內透著溫和的黃光， 店裡只有一張形狀特殊的大桌子， 因為時間晚了也沒有其他客人， 店內販售了很多麵包， 不過基於這次的目的是"晚茶"， 就下次有機會再分享麵包心得了www 店內沒有其他的菜單， 飲品列表都在上面的黑板上， 對我來說比較可惜的是純茶類選擇只有錫蘭紅茶跟有機綠茶兩種， 不過也就我個人比較不喜歡有經過調配的花草茶， 喜歡花草茶or花果茶的朋友倒是有很多選擇可以試試。 他們的冷藏櫃裡種類很多， 從迷人的巧克力，(真想奢侈的買一盒回家) 口味眾多的馬卡龍， 讓人難以抉擇的蛋糕， 到適合送人的禮盒都有（笑 這次搭配的是下午茶（晚茶）組合， 一壺茶+一個蛋糕 =149元 。 在蛋糕櫃前猶豫很久， 一直搖擺不定， 實在太難抉擇了， ＂紅吱吱的莓＂實在太可愛， 形狀整個深得我心， 可惜當時的心情很不草莓， 所以最後的選擇不是它　XD 最後我點了一壺錫蘭紅茶和藍莓起司， 壺跟杯有點可惜了這裡的好氣氛， 至於錫蘭紅茶的味道… 嗯，其實就跟我自己在家裡泡的茶包差不多， 相信味道很容易想像XD 我選擇的藍莓起司， 外觀很簡單， 但裡面一顆顆的新鮮藍莓卻吸引了我， 我是一個討厭藍莓醬的人， 所以一向不點藍莓相關的蛋糕， 但自從吃過一次之後新鮮藍莓清爽的口感完完全全俘虜了我的心 藍莓起司的底是塔皮， 中間搭配藍莓的是似泡芙內餡的卡士達醬口感， 雖然分別吃起來都是外面吃得到的味道， 但搭配起來的滋味我很喜歡　 另外友人點的是巧克力咖啡， 外表一層漂亮的鏡面巧克力， 再用巧克力片和馬卡龍做點綴， 來個友人吃得有點醜的剖面圖XD 以巧克力蛋糕為底， 內餡分別是咖啡幕斯跟巧克力慕斯， 中間有一層薄薄的莓果醬， 用微微的酸味去提味， 巧克力味很香濃， 跟咖啡幕斯搭在一起不會過甜， 也是個會讓人下次來考慮再點的甜品之一。 有點可惜的是今天是平日， 所以十點半就關了店， 看來想次要再來吃晚茶要稍微再早一點來才過癮呀～。 晚上想跟姐妹們找個地方安靜的喝茶聊天嗎？ 就提供一個新選擇給大家參考囉！ 店名：潘˙手感的店 電話：07-522-8291 地址：高雄市鼓山區美術東四路242號 營業時間：09:00~23:00 以上 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.68.18.53 ※ 編輯: carolfuy 來自: 219.68.18.53 (08/29 21:58) ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ※ 轉錄者: carolfuy (219.68.18.53), 時間: 08/29/2013 21:59:30

標題[新聞] 是否停課 高市：校長可決定

（中央社記者程啟峰高雄29日電）中小學明天開學前夕，暴雨受創南部多所校園，高市教 育局長鄭新輝今天說，為維護學生安全，已授權校長得自行決定停課與否。 鄭新輝表示，停課標準是以學生安全為第一考量，學校淹水不是停課唯一標準，尤其山區 偏鄉學校，只要多數學生上學途中道路中斷或有立即危險者，校長都可自行決定停課，再 找時間補課。 他又說，校方一旦決定停課，須立即通報教育局，並在第一時間及時通知家長及學生，校 方對已到校學生也要妥為安置，待安全無虞才准學生回家。 他指出，桃源區桃源國中、樟山國小縣市合併以來，每遇大雨來襲，校方已自行決定停課 多次，一早兩校也在區公所宣布停班停課前，就已通報教育局要停課。 市府教育局說，高市各校停課權分三層級，包括市府、區公所及校長，各校得視天然災害 實際狀況，彈性決定停課與否。 鄭新輝說，明天停班停課的4校：桃源區桃源國中、樟山國小、內門區金竹國小、溝坪國小 ，有些是校園嚴重積水，有些是聯外道路中斷；照常上班但停課的美濃區美濃國小則是校 園積水，校方正漏夜抽水善後。 他強調，教育局會全力協助受災學校復原，讓學生早日復課。 面對市府今天太晚宣布停課引起若干民怨，鄭新輝重申，停課與否早已授權校長因校制宜 ；上午教育局也已通報各校，要對缺課標準從寬認定，只要因天候因素無法到校的學生， 都不應予以記點處分。 http://ppt.cc/pW7t -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 115.43.221.136
