我有個怪僻 我非常喜歡對土司饅頭類作實驗 方法很簡單，就是一袋土司留最後一.兩片不吃 饅頭留最後一顆或半顆不吃 然後靜待三.四天時間去觀察它有沒有發霉 我不是專業的食品人員 只能用這樣土方鍊鋼的方式去判定自己以後要不要繼續買這家的食品 (私心覺得不發霉的土司和饅頭很可怕) 針對這家的饅頭，大概兩.三年前我也有做過測試 放在常溫中，它不會發霉 大概兩個多禮拜後會慢慢變硬 最後硬的像顆石頭一樣 初始，仍舊散發出淡淡的黑糖香 慢慢的，味道就散掉了，變成一顆硬梆梆的桌上擺設品 我出國時將鑰匙托我朋友，讓她自行來我家餵貓 回國後，我朋友還特別問我家裡電視上那顆硬梆梆的咖啡色東西是甚麼 總之，我後來沒再買過這家饅頭(因為我是個俗辣> ※ 引述《yushengjen (YSJ)》之銘言： : 各位好： : 近日因胖達人事件，新聞一直在播麵包如何辨別「人工香精」或其他添加物 : 其中有一段就說，使用天然的食材，味道較無平淡、自然 : 反之，添加香精的，在遠處即可聞到香味，皮膚有接觸到的話 : 味道持久不易退散。以上的敘述，讓我擔心福記的黑金鋼饅頭是否有添加 : 之前在網路上也有聽說過饅頭添加「黑糖精」的 : 雖不常去買，但食品安全的常識還是要慢慢累積 : 能否請有做過糕點、麵包的鄉民，為小弟解答，感謝! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.34.54.252
