台大哲學系學生洪崇晏4月11日與1千5百名群眾「路過」中正一分局，警方認為他觸犯聚眾妨害公務罪及侮辱公務公署罪，還嗆分局長方仰寧暗殺情節，將在本周傳喚洪到案。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，警方表示，台大學生洪崇晏4月11日在現場拿大聲公率眾喊口號，要方仰寧下跪道歉，甚至說出「會害自己被暗殺」威脅話語，經警方舉牌4次仍不願解散，已將洪崇晏列首謀，並約談幾名鼓譟、噴漆的「路過」成員；洪昨在臉書po七點聲明願負刑責，對方仰寧說：「對不起，我對方分局長失言，造成負面影響，誠摯道歉。」（胡治言／綜合報導）

蘋果日報-俄烏緊張 商品行情奔 6周高點
俄羅斯與烏克蘭緊張局勢再度升高，加深能源、金屬和穀物供應可能中斷疑慮，國際商品整體行情昨衝上近6周高點，原油、黃金、小麥、玉米、黃豆均攀高，由於俄國是全球最大鈀供應國及主要產鎳國，鈀價攀抵2年8個月高點，鎳則寫下14個月新高。

彭博資訊報導，蘋果已與電信營運商展開談判，醞釀iPhone 6漲價100美元（約新台幣3,000元），比iPhone 5s售價漲逾一成，以反映部分用料成本提升。

工商時報-打擊飆股 證交所揮重拳
為了遏阻炒作，打擊量價異常的飆股，證交所接連從監視制度、信用交易管制揮出重拳，昨（14）日再度宣布，下周一（21日）起，集中市場有價證券被公布第2次處置，融資比率最重可直接降為零，量價異常個股的融券保證金成數，最高甚至可達110％，櫃買市場也將比照辦理。

美股各大指數上周全面下挫，美國上月零售銷售成長率創前年9月以來高點，美股開盤跳升收高。

《鉅亨網》報導，銀行業巨擘花旗集團公布的首季獲利表現，加上美國3月份零售銷售成長亮眼，均優於預期，激勵投資人進場。美國普調局公布報告，美國3月零售銷售季調成長1.1%，創2012年9月以來的最大成長幅度，顯示美國內需正上升。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）

費城半導體指數 PHLX 上升 4.68，或 0.83%，收在 565.02 點。

消保會2月針對停車場的消防安全、建築安全、定型化契約、治安防護等四項設施做抽查，今天公布抽查結果，8縣市20家停車場，有15間停車場不合格，5間停車場合格。

其中以消防設備、逃生路線安全不合格的最多，有的消防水袋破裂，有的消防幫浦故障，有的逃生路線放雜物，還有的逃生路線照明設備故障，一片烏黑，若發生災害，後果無法想像。

消保會指出，違規情節較重大的有3間，分別是基隆東岸廣場地下停車場、新竹體育場地下公有停車場、高雄市前金立體停車場，這3間停車場的消防設備幫浦故障，若發生火災，連水都沒有。

消保會指出，全部檢查都合格的都是政府自營的停車場，5間合格的停車場分別是，台北市龍門地下停車場、台北市僑安廣場地下停車場、台北市信義國小地下停車場、高雄市自強停車場、高雄市忠孝停車場。

立院社福及衛環委員會今初審通過行政院版《大量解僱勞工保護法》第2條修正草案，將大量解僱勞工認定標準的該條文之4，「同一事業單位僱用勞工人數在500人以上者，於60日內解僱勞工逾所僱用勞工人數1/5，改為「同一事業單位之同一廠場」及新增「單日逾80人」條件，另新增認定標準該條文之5「同一事業單位於60日內解僱勞工逾200人或單日逾200人。」
 
勞動部表示，修改該法第2條第4條款，是為了符合預防及減緩大量解僱對區域性的衝擊，新增單日解僱人數則是考量企業規模大者，其牽涉勞工及影響層面更大，必須更加嚴謹。另為避免規模較大企業，分散在各廠場解僱勞工，規避該法規範，新增第2條第5款的認定標準。（洪敏隆／台北報導）
