彰化大城鄉台西村罹癌率不斷飆升，環保團體與出身彰化的立委們30日出面控訴，譴責環保署應退回六輕擴廠案，且銀行團也不應貸款給六輕。環團已組成「反對國光石化復活聯盟」，決定要抗議到底，堅決不讓擴廠案如同國光石化復活，影響民眾健康。

環團表示，六輕有機揮發物VOCs已超過環評每年4302噸的總量，又涉及違法短報空污費，六輕所造成的罹癌風險已超過萬分之一，應該要立即停工。多家銀行，如台銀、彰銀、華南、兆豐都不應貸款給六輕，否則根本是鼓勵違法的污染產業擴張。

立委黃文玲控訴六輕帶來了「癌症村」，彰化縣大城鄉台西村裡，每100人當中就會有2到6個人罹癌。六輕雖在雲林設廠，但當風向吹南風時，所有的空氣汙染物都飄向彰化縣西南角，所以使得彰化縣大城鄉台西村的居民受害。近來罹癌比例攀升不下，根據當前數據指出，居住在台西村的400多人內，就已有28人罹癌。

對此，台灣水資源保育聯盟發言人陳淑華也表示，環保署環評會應先釐清狀況，雲林縣長蘇治芬也應該要講清楚。她指出，台塑委託的學者李俊璋做出的汙染排放量報告根本值得質疑，大大低估了污染對罹癌率的影響。對於環保署相信若選擇這樣的報告，應要求李俊璋出示計算方式，否則就是失職。

立委魏明谷憶起兩年前國光石化事件，當時國光石化遭反對而停擺，而如今六輕卻要擴廠，他說這根本是讓國光石化借屍還魂。

醫療界對此也發出抗議，彰化醫療界聯盟理事吳君真表示，六輕所造成的染污空氣，讓彰化的空氣品質非常差，肺腺癌罹患率不斷攀升。同為理事的葉光芃也公布研究資料，指出六輕對成人、小孩、孕婦的健康都有危害，涉及層面甚廣。

【陳如嬌／台北報導】中華航空今天開闢桃園—釜山航線，從台灣出發不到2.5小時即可到達釜山。配合新航線的開航，華航推出早鳥票價，未稅價不到5000元就能飛到韓國第二大城釜山。

華航表示，慶祝釜山開航，華航提供優惠早鳥票價，30天購票未稅價4120元，搭配首爾雙點進出的未稅優惠票價為6180元起，搭配福岡的日韓雙拼未稅優惠票價為9100元起。華航精緻旅遊釜山來回機票加兩夜住宿的未稅套裝價格為9990元起。

華航開闢桃園—釜山航線後，每周飛航韓國將達27班，包含桃園─仁川11班、高雄─仁川7班、松山─金浦3班、桃園─釜山6班；另外也與大韓航空共用班號提供桃園─仁川14班的服務。

【黃楷棟／新北報導】「只差1公尺我就再見了！」1輛載著吊車的大型曳引車，今天中午12許行經板橋民生路二段右轉縣民大道時，疑因未掌握好安全距離，在吊車前臂直接撞上分隔島的號誌路燈共桿，共桿應聲倒下，並壓到當時停等紅燈的3輛轎車，幸好3輛車上人員均無大礙，僅有1名機車騎士肩膀輕微擦傷。
 
號誌路燈共桿倒下前，在正下方的高姓駕駛見狀，不顧當時還是紅燈便立即猛踩油門向前，車子向前走了1公尺隨即被共桿壓到，所幸只壓到轎車後座，高男事後直呼萬幸，並表示只差1公尺「就得再見了」。新北市政府交通局與消防局接獲報案後立即前往，趕緊派出施工人員將遭撞斷的共桿移置，並設置臨時號誌燈，而相關單位將會向吊車公司索取共桿的賠償費用。

【大紀元2013年08月29日訊】（大紀元記者鄭宜芬台灣台北報導）產後復出的名模林嘉綺首度擔任評審，為自家「伊林璀璨之星」第2屆選新秀，直言：「舞台是殘酷的。」如果女兒KUKU也想當模特兒，是否會支持？她表示：「一定會給她很多的協助，樂見其成。」

樂見後浪推前浪

經過多年舞台的磨鍊，林嘉綺表示，當一個模特兒，堅定的眼神與勇氣是必備的條件。首次當評審，林嘉綺表示，會著重在模特兒的基本條件及台風穩健度，也大方表示：「長江後浪推前浪，我今天來觀浪，希望有一鼓很大的後浪出現。」

伊林娛樂總經理陳婉若標準嚴格，特別強調「星味」，她說：「一旦踏上台就要用標準來要求，走一場秀就和走一千場秀一樣，要把自己做到最專業，藝人若不能掌握自己，丟臉的是自己。」

溫昇豪開嗓獻唱

而最近在大陸拍戲的伊林一哥溫昇豪，也專程趕回台灣出席盛會，一下飛機就直奔現場，現場演唱《指望》、《向我走來》兩首歌曲。還有名模情侶導蔡淑臻和李沛旭、黃志瑋、殷琦、夏如芝、小蠻、賴琳恩、李維維、劉以豪等人共襄盛舉。

開場由45名參賽者跳舞開場，還有泳裝秀和禮服秀。評審則由伊林娛樂總經理陳婉若、林嘉綺、野火娛樂總經理詹仁雄、時尚攝影師黃天仁等人擔任。

【綜合報導】美國國務卿凱瑞1日表示，由美國取得的證據指出，敘利亞曾在上個月的一次攻擊事件中使用沙林（sarin）毒氣，他再次呼籲美國國會表決通過對敘利亞政權採取軍事行動。
　
凱瑞表示，當時現場急救人員所採取的毛髮和血液樣本已提供給美國，檢驗結果呈陽性，顯示敘國政府曾使用「沙林毒氣」。沙林是一種神經毒氣，能使自主神經系統的交感神經與副交感神經立即失去平衡的毒氣。1938年，由5個德國人首次研製成功，二戰後，這種毒劑才開始在世界範圍內生產。1995年，日本奧姆真理教（Aum Shinrikyo）教主麻原彰晃(Shoko Asahara)就曾在東京地鐵中施放沙林毒氣。

【綜合報導】國道計程收費年底上路，但當上路的那一天，也是近千名國道收費員失業的開始。

據今天出刊《時報周刊》報導，高公局及遠通原本說好安置計畫，只是「幫忙」投履歷，其他的都不管，而且每天「限投」3份履歷，許多收費員離職到市場擺攤。竹田收費站的鄭姓收費員，更是壓力大到選擇結束生命，同事透露，小鄭是家中經濟支柱，每次站上臨時要加班，他總是第一個跳出來。這兩年都有通過郵局考試的第一關，想轉去當郵差，但體能階段被刷下來，可能因為這樣才想不開。

立委蔡其昌批評，遠通應保障收費員的就業，不容許玩文字遊戲，交通部應硬起來，捍衛收費員的工作權。

【劉人瑋／台東報導】南迴鐵路中斷，搭乘鐵路回南部和西部的旅客昨天銳減一半，台鐵台東站表示，許多民眾自知南迴中斷，已自動更改行程，全天都有旅客前來車站退票，今天則是有5班區間車停駛，但像自強號等需由公車接駁的班次，卻平均誤點近1小時。但卻有民眾發現，決定要停駛的列車，「在網路上還訂得到票！」，怒批台鐵效率太差。

而因車次停駛造成許多民眾需另覓班次搭乘，在大廳裡無聊等待，大多低頭滑手機並不時抬頭看著火車還有多久到站，唯有情侶甜蜜出遊，無視時間流逝和眾人目光，在車站大廳接吻。

【李銘宏／台北報導】今天凌晨3時許，位於南港昆陽街的衛福部食品藥物管理署藥粧大樓突然傳出火警警報，警消趕赴現場查看卻未發現狀況，但仍不敢大意。

警消派遣人員進入大樓搜索，在4樓大辦公室發現有濃煙冒出，但隨著時間過去濃煙也漸漸散去，因此警消懷疑現場可能是電線走火，初步並未發現起火點，警消在現場將囤積在室內的濃煙排去，並通知負責大樓機電的人員到場協助處理。
