【戴之聖／基隆報導】「好久沒看到你，你也來啦！」這是最近在碧砂漁港內常聽到的民眾寒暄的內容，因受基隆巨石事件影響，許多民眾會騎機車經過碧砂漁港時停下來，用手機或相機將巨石拍攝下來，年輕的民眾還不忘在碧砂漁港打卡，有時甚至會看到俗稱「小蜜蜂」的移動餐車在叫賣，這也算是種另類的現象。

【綜合報導】我國恆春漁民蔡波前天下午在菲律賓巴丹島外海乘膠筏捕魚，突遭菲國逮捕，菲律賓政府透過《法新社》指出，稱蔡波是「撈過界」，菲國只是依法逮捕。

此外，當地政府官員向《法新社》指出，蔡波因捕魚越界，必須罰款10萬美元(約新台幣300萬元)。至於蔡波稍早與妻子施麗華通電話時說，睡只能睡椅子、吃的東西也很差，菲律賓押解的過程中還跌倒，雙腳、脊椎都有受傷的情況，「很不舒服」。菲方表示，「我們有好好餵他」。

菲方向《法新社》說：「我們有保障他的權利，有讓他好好吃飯，接受醫療，也有讓他與妻子通話。」但《法新社》指出，蔡波今日與妻子通話是透過《法新社》協助，而蔡波也說，由於他聽不懂英文，到現在他都不知道為何菲國要拘禁他。

【楊適群╱高雄報導】高市苓雅區青年一路上一家泰式按摩店，遭民眾檢舉藏有情色交易，警方昨晚10時持搜索票前往查緝，在3樓包廂發現一名黃姓男客（26歲）剛和郭姓女服務生（40歲）結束半套性交易，兩人還全身赤裸來不及穿衣，就遭警方當場活逮。

男客供稱以2小時2千元代價進行含半套性交易在內的全身精油按摩，沒想到「才剛做完就被逮」；郭女則辯稱「脫衣幫客人按摩，沒有性交易」。警方訊後將兩人被依《社會秩序維護法》裁罰，而按摩店黃姓負責人被依妨害風化罪嫌移送檢方偵辦。
