【蔡進男／基隆報導】基隆市1名24歲劉姓工人，今天下午開車行經西定路的中山派出所時，不慎撞到1輛違規迴轉機車。警方獲報到場將2人帶回調查，發現劉男渾身酒味，酒測值高達 0.77毫克。

劉男還口氣很差的對著被他撞的陳姓騎士說：「你在看什麼！」劉母獲報趕到警局了解，沒想到劉男一見到母親就淚流不止，態度頓時軟化下來。劉母安撫他說，犯錯就要認錯，要乖點！警方訊後將劉男依公共危險罪移送法辦。

【涂建豐／高雄報導】一般肉圓不是清蒸，就是油炸，餡料都是絞肉，不過，高雄市建國三路「三塊厝肉圓嫂」內餡卻是肉片，而且還是滷的，這種口味可真是獨一無二！

留著一頭及肩長髮，長相俊帥、身高183公分的陳健華（33歲），是「三塊厝肉圓嫂」第4代負責人，他透露，由於自家肉圓是蒸好再滷，所以肉餡一定要冰鎮過，軟硬度才會剛好！滷肉圓的陶甕更一定要挑保溫效果好的，「否則散熱太快，上層的肉圓會乾掉，皮硬就不好吃了！」

前陣子受毒澱粉事件波及，許多肉圓業者生意一落千丈，但「三塊厝肉圓嫂」卻絲毫未受到衝擊，每天現做現賣的三百個肉圓照樣供不應求。

【突發中心／新北報導】深夜11時許，貢寮區福連國小傳出有人溺水，警消獲報後，已出動救生艇前往救援。根據報案人表示，他們朋友3人前往國小旁的海邊游泳，但只有2人上岸，1名40多歲男子不知去向，趕緊致電消防局求援。

「在今天，五月天回到台灣了」 聽到這句話真是無比的感動，雖然距離上次的方舟，已經是去年底的事情了， 但以「看演唱會記錄生活」的這種方式過日子，時間好像過的特別快，所以對 這一切並不會太陌生。 已經看了這麼多場，但不知道為什麼每次等待開場前的情緒總是既緊張又期待 ，外加超興奮。播開場的影片時，我感覺真的有在震動(有4D的感覺 XDD)，而 且我覺得動次G區的視野非常好，雖然排數不是很前面，但卻有一種很近的感覺 ，偷推演唱入陣曲背後的動畫。然後怪獸一開始的那句傻瓜，真的要讓人溶化了 ，阿信撥動小紙花那段也很可愛，還有瑪莎因為太熱，偷偷脫外套有被我發現， 最有趣的是虧冠佑那段，昨天五位的心情真的很好，我看了也好開心，每一位的 笑容都好燦爛。 每次你們在外工作那麼久，終於回家與大家見面時，我心中總有許多感觸，感覺 所有的風風雨雨、不愉快，在與你們見面那瞬間，一切都會煙消雲散。每次進入 演唱會的場地後，就有一種與外面世界隔絕的感覺，在這裡，我們一起歡笑，一 起感動，一起吶喊，那種暫時逃離現實世界的感覺，好讓人上癮，會非常非常不 想踏出去，因為只要一踏出，就要面對好多好多讓人討厭或厭煩的事物。 自從阿信在金曲獎上說了爆炸性的宣言加上最近在許多大陸場演唱會上說「倒數 第二張專輯」後，我就相當珍惜每一次與你們見面的機會，昨晚唱到「我心中尚 未崩壞的地方」時，中間剩下鋼琴伴奏那幾句，我靜靜看著在微暗燈光下，五個 人的身影，想著，也許有天這樣的身影真的會消失在那樣的舞台上，但我們心中 依然存著那首歌曲，那句旋律，即使人不站在舞台上了，至少音樂還在。 謝謝五月天，昨晚是感動的，心是滿滿的，是我們最熟悉的五月天，是我們最習 慣的演唱會氛圍，跟末日那天的感覺很不同。 個人想在這特別謝謝「必應創造」 事情是這樣的，去年高雄場前，必應有在FB上徵求有關演唱會的照片，我寄了張 在小巨蛋外與朋友的合照，到了演唱會那天，我看到我寄的那張照片了，卻發現 我被卡掉了，因為其他三人站比較集中，我比較邊邊，可能是螢幕大小的關係吧! 我就被卡掉，我看到後，有點小失望，因為我是寄照片的人，卻無法在演唱會上 看到自己的照片，後來知道有台中場後，我打了一封信給必應，大致的內容是， 不好意思，我知道你們非常忙碌，除了五月天演唱會，你們還要忙其他歌手的演 唱會，但我有一個小心願，因為我是台中人，所以希望在台中場能看到原本的照片 ，不是我被卡掉的那張.....之類的。 因為他們很忙，所以沒回我，我也沒多想什麼，想說至少有選到那張就好，但我昨 天在笑忘歌時，看到了那張照片，然後，我出現了~~~~~~~當下我真的超級感動，而 且激動，我不知道他們有沒有看到我的信，也不知道是不是因為他們換了一種播放方 式(跟之前高雄一格一格的照片不同)，所以才有完整照片，但我還是要說一聲謝謝， 我很開心，真的。:)) (今晚沒演唱會看，只好打心得，文筆不好，請見諒) -- 「我知道你喜歡偶爾檢討一下五月天 但我也知道遇到批評時你會第一個跳出來護航」-怪獸 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 115.82.149.21

【綜合報導】澳洲眾議院大選結果7日大致抵定，自由黨黨魁艾伯特如願摘下總理大位。執政的工黨聯盟僅拿下54席，長達6年的執政也宣告終結。
 
現年55歲的艾伯特出生於英國倫敦，3歲時隨父母返回澳洲並在雪梨定居。他在雪梨大學獲得經濟學和法學學位，大學期間就曾因反對左翼學生領袖的政治立場引起媒體關注。
 
在獲得牛津大學政治學和哲學碩士學位後，艾伯特曾在《澳洲人報》擔任主筆。37歲在政壇初試啼聲，贏得北雪梨選區的議員選舉進入眾議院。在霍華德政府時期，他曾主管就業、健康和老齡化等事務。艾伯特在移民和原住民、同性戀婚姻和墮胎、胚胎幹細胞研究與通過碳交易對抗氣候變化等議題上均持保守態度，但支持者認為他「冷酷有魅力」。
 
在外交政策上，艾伯特將延續陸克文政府時期的友好基調。他在競選時曾表示，若當選將與英美繼續保持的良好關係，同時把澳洲與亞洲的關係放在第一位，承諾選後首先訪問中國、日本、韓國、印尼等亞洲國家。
