【陳偉周／基隆報導】直接擊解巨石工程進入第3天，今天上午9時許，出動4輛怪手持續施工；基隆市政府工務處表示，因擔心敲擊巨石時產生的震動，導致巨石下方的碎石掉落發生危險，所以將在巨石外側另開1條S型施工便道，至巨石下方清理較零碎的石塊，待石塊清理完成，才會繼續敲擊巨石。

標題[靠櫃] 台中新時代資生堂東京櫃

已經很久沒有用資生堂的彩妝了 也因為我的眼影Integrate愛心盤BE330見底(這盤真的很好用 但是很多人嫌它太淡) 所以就打算購入一盤專櫃的眼影 這次資生堂東京櫃的主打形象照我覺得很美麗 所以就選擇去靠櫃 新時代剛好昨天有活動 我去的時候當然不免俗的櫃姐都比較熱情 我就坐在那邊看日本的彩妝師示範妝容教學 後來另一個台灣的彩妝師(是阿姨等級的 可是沒有掛名牌) 就過來幫我服務 幫我選的秋冬新色是BR722 (也是形象照的主要用色) 心機真型放電眼影 售價1450 從頭到尾都非常認真且親切地教我怎麼化 也跟我說為什麼幫我挑這個色號 (理由是我的眼型較拋 所以他覺得另一個熱門色並不適合我) 也幫我補了腮紅 唇彩 以及底妝(我原本說沒關係 可是這位阿姨說他想幫我化整臉) 而且完全沒有推銷 只跟我說有特惠 原本就打算要噴錢的我這下就更心甘情願地噴錢了 最後買了眼影盤 還有磁光蜜口紅 加起來打折後2000元 還送了我很多的試用包(本來還打算要塞口紅試用盤給我 但是我太不好意思了沒有拿) 原本要滿2500才送的贈品也全部塞給我 我覺得這個櫃點的櫃姐似乎都還不錯 至少就我昨天看到的 都是很熱心也不怎麼推銷的 有個伯母甚至直接了當的說可不可以幫忙補個妝 但是他沒要買 我也看到好幾個櫃姐就很親切地幫她補妝 新時代的櫃姐們 不管哪一櫃似乎都還不錯 所以如果不想被冰倒是可以去考慮逛看看 以上 ps 新的秋冬眼影偏濕式 也帶有亮片 所以喜歡霧面感的可以跳過了 其實新時代的 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.224.128.25

【綜合報導】科威特首都以南一個高級住宅區街頭，8日出現一隻「流浪獅」，嚇壞不少居民。一位民眾主動將獅子引入汽車後座，但獅子似乎獸性大發，民眾害怕報警， 警員到場將獅子運走。

近來科威特富豪流行飼養野生動物，視為身分地位的象徵，警方懷疑這頭獅子應是有人非法飼養，獅子剛成年，警方正尋找主人下落。

標題[討論] 螢光棒問題

這次演唱會和朋友一起去看 也買了互動式變色螢光棒 因為我和朋友都是第一次使用這種螢光棒 所以甩的很盡興 甩的很過癮 結果演唱會到一半 我朋友的螢光棒外殼就這麼飛出去了 我們都很傻眼 當下也不可能馬上找到外殼 我看到朋友這樣 也很小心自己手上的螢光棒 盡量不甩的太用力 雖然這件事不妨礙我們觀賞演唱會的興致 但還是很好奇 有多少版友發生過一樣的事呢 螢光棒的品質就這樣嗎 第一次使用也沒想太多 結果甩太大力外殼就這麼飛出去了 囧 後來我朋友的螢光棒外殼找到了 但上頭的小蓋子不見了 裡面的MAYDAY紙張已不知飛向何方 看到有人在討論使用時塑膠袋不拆 是個好方法 若你要拆掉塑膠袋 請小心外殼會飛出去 最好弄個膠帶黏一下 提供給還沒用過的其他版友們參考~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.38.36.20

【綜合報導】美國哈佛大學是全球頂尖學子夢寐以求的學府，但一項針對今年剛入學新生所做的調查，有高達65%仍是處子之身，完全沒有性經驗。

哈佛學生報《The Crimson》訪問了1311名新生，佔全體新生的80%，其中65%表示自己仍是處男處女，但運動員新生的「破處」比例卻相對高，53%表示已不是處子。以宗教分類，猶太教徒最多在進入大學前已並非處子，最多摩門教徒則是聲稱仍是處子。校報前年也做過同類調查，發現僅1/3新生已經破處，兩次結果相仿。負責調查的研究人員拿這些處男處女的學生開玩笑說：「哈佛新鮮人在大學入學測驗(SAT)分數優異，但床上分數卻未必那麼高。」

【賴又嘉／台北報導】特偵組今認定，法務部長曾勇夫及高檢署檢察長陳守煌涉接受立委柯建銘與立法院長王金平關說，就柯建銘的全民電通案更一審無罪判決，要求高檢署檢察官放棄上訴，讓柯無罪定讞。由於全案查無刑事不法，因而僅送行政調查，曾勇夫和陳守煌分別遭移送監察院、檢察官評鑑委員會，最重可撤職。
 
全案源於特偵組偵辦高院前法官陳榮和貪污案時，在他的辦公室查到1筆90萬元不明款項，追查發現其中有關係人與柯建銘聯繫，還發現柯涉嫌介入某關說假釋案，並有不明款項流入柯的帳戶，特偵組懷疑柯建銘涉貪，進而監聽柯建銘後，才意外查出這件憾動司法高層的關說案。
 
由於陳榮和這筆90萬元款項來源不明，涉及財產來源不明罪，特偵組今天也將此案發交台北地檢署偵辦；另柯建銘因涉收賄關說假釋案，則因查無事證簽結。至於柯建銘全民電通案因涉關說而獲無罪定讞部份，最高檢察署也正研議是否非常上訴或再審。

【戴安瑋／台北報導】台灣蜂蜜今年減產5成，純蜜產地價上漲 1 至2成，但宜蘭大學教授陳裕文去年從通路、水果攤抽檢的市售蜂蜜12件，有6件是百分之百用高果糖漿、焦糖色素及香精調和而成、沒有一滴蜂蜜的偽蜜，但標示為調和蜜，有3件是高果糖漿和蜂蜜對半摻的卻標示為純蜜，僅3件是真的純蜜。他說，他今年擴大抽檢130件，80件是有國產蜂產品證明標章都是真的純蜜，另50件通路及水果攤抽驗結果，將於年底出爐。

台灣養蜂協會理事長吳朝生說，台灣蜂蜜產量一直在減少，市場需求大，早期有通路為競爭，曾用高果糖漿、焦糖色素及香精調和而成出售，經苗栗農改場踢爆後，衛福部即訂定標準，同意業者可以在蜂蜜中摻高果糖漿，但要誠實標示，違者即違反《食管法》可重罰。

2011年IBAF公佈了2012~2019年的全球性國際賽事的舉辦時程 因為當時還不確定2020棒壘球能否重返奧運 所以時程只排到2019 按IBAF的規畫 第一屆IBAF PREMIER 12 這項比賽排定在2015年 四年舉辦一次 這樣剛好配合WBC 兩年就有一項大型的棒球國際賽會舉行 另外21U的比賽則是2014起 兩年舉辦一次 http://ppt.cc/ey2k -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.31.135.233
