【宗報導】德國製藥拜耳公司，近日表示公司正在配合中國當局調查，但未進一步透露詳情。

拜耳公司表示將會全程配合調查，並採取適當行動。拜耳公司於中國約有1.1萬名員工，其利潤佔該公司在亞太區的盈利4分之1。 先前英國葛蘭素史克和法國賽諾菲集團也遭到中國當局調查，原因是​涉嫌向中國醫生行賄。

台灣鐵路管理局將在25日微幅調整列車時刻表，台北往返花蓮等車時減少8至9分鐘。新的紙本時刻表17日起，供旅客索取。

台鐵也印製紙本式時刻表40萬本、摺頁式時刻表20萬張，分置在各車站，17日上午8時起，在各車站提供旅客索取。

台鐵說，因新購傾斜式自強號列車陸續加入營運，及配合部分鐵路工程，25日起部分班次微幅調整，總計微調班次296班。

根據台鐵規劃，因新購傾斜式自強號「普悠瑪」列車陸續加入營運，提升北迴線運能，台北往返花蓮普悠瑪列車將由每週74班增加為108班，行車及等車時間都會縮短。

台鐵預估，時刻微調後，台北－花蓮間自強號班距將由平日46分鐘縮短為37分鐘，假日班距由38分鐘縮短為30分鐘，等車時間約減少8到9分鐘。

中國大陸外交部長王毅說，大陸國家主席習近平出訪中亞，提出共建「絲綢之路經濟帶」戰略構想，對中國加快向西開放步伐的戰略意義重大。

中新社今天報導，習近平日前出訪土庫曼、哈薩克、烏茲別克、吉爾吉斯，並出席上海合作組織峰會。訪問結束後，王毅闡述習近平出訪的意義。

王毅說，中亞已成為中國西北邊疆安全屏障和經貿、能源戰略合作夥伴。面對「三股勢力」等共同挑戰，各國都希望加強雙邊及上海合作組織內團結合作，營造和平、穩定、安全的周邊環境。

他說，習近平此次出訪中亞期間，提出共同建設「絲綢之路經濟帶」戰略構想，要加強「五通」，即政策溝通、道路聯通、貿易暢通、貨幣流通和民心相通，以點帶面，從線到片，逐步形成區域大合作格局。

他說，習近平與四國領袖一致同意建立長期穩定的能源合作關係。中方與四國達成拓展非資源領域合作、擴大貿易規模等共識，商定一批新的大型合作項目。

王毅說，上合峰會也批准由中國倡議並主導制定的「『上海合作組織成員國長期睦鄰友好合作條約』實施綱要」，以進一步弘揚「上海精神」。

他說，習近平呼籲上合組織各成員國在重大核心利益問題上堅定相互支持，共同維護地區安全穩定，全面推進務實合作，加強人文交流等。各國同意上述主張，並將繼續推動成立上海合作組織開發銀行和專門帳戶。

王毅說，習近平此次出訪，開啟地區睦鄰友好合作前景，開創絲綢之路共同發展新紀元。這對中國加快向西開放步伐，構建良好周邊環境，維護發展重要戰略機遇期意義重大、影響深遠。

【蔡亞樺／台北報導】台北市環保局今表示，目前市面上常作為測定餘氯的快速檢驗劑主要為鄰-聯甲苯(OTD)及N,N-二乙基-對-苯二胺(DPD)，其中OTD已被世界衛生組織將其與DDT等並列為第2級B類致癌物，也被美國列為疑似環境荷爾蒙，因此已函請體育局、教育局及衛生局輔導泳池業者，參照環保署公告的檢測方法，使用DPD檢測餘氯，以保民眾安全。  

環保局說，檢測廢液進入泳池時至少稀釋數十萬倍，短期接觸不致影響健康，但仍建議各界改用環保署公告的DPD檢測餘氯，且檢測後廢液應裝入垃圾袋、以廢棄物處理，勿再倒入泳池中。
