【晏明強／台北報導】針對台北地方法院昨晚對於王金平案假處分的裁定，總統府發言人李佳霏中午表示，馬英九總統無法接受立法院長關說司法個案，「這個立場絕對不會改變」。但地方法院做出了裁定，總統表示尊重。未來黨政相關的會議，例如每周一舉行的五人小組會議將停開。

李佳霏指出，由於馬總統不能接受國會議長關說的事實，因此除維持政府順利運作，例如行政院到立法院報告，及部分牽涉憲政意義的活動，如總統府月會、國慶大會邀立法院長參與或主持的慣例外，其他的活動則會做出必要的調整，包括停開原本立院院長也會參加的每週一舉行的五人小組會議。

至於照往例馬總統在立院開議前邀請包括立法院長在內的立委聯誼的活動，李佳霏也說，總統府將另外規劃與立委互動的型態，下週起會分批邀請立委以小規模座談的形式，讓總統與黨籍立委就本會期推動法案等議題，深入交換意見，而其他活動，則視情況加以調整，總統不會刻意迴避，一切順其自然。

李佳霏強調，馬總統堅持捍衛司法獨立與司法紀律的立場從未改變，為了台灣的民主法治發展，無法接受立法院長為了在野黨黨鞭的司法案件，關說法務部長及台高檢檢察長，這是全民都應該堅守的紅線，在抗拒政治力量關說司法案件這件事情上，沒有任何灰色地帶，也不容猶豫妥協。

【林志青╱台北報導】臉書等社群媒體近年持續發燒，許多政府機關紛紛成立社團，警政署有意跟進，今日舉辦「運用社群媒體(social media)加強警察執法宣導圓桌論壇」。
 
警政署長王卓鈞表示，警察機關必須明瞭這些新的趨勢，善用社群媒體與社會大眾溝通，爭取對警察的瞭解和支持。
 
會中邀請多位專家學者，除就國內外執法機構運用社群媒體與未來趨勢進行討論外，另探討警察與媒體互動方式及困境，論壇預計下午4時結束。

【丁牧群／台北報導】王金平的委任律師許英傑中午到台北高等行政法院撤回停止執行的假處分，許英傑表示，因為台北地院上午已將王金平仍保有國民黨員權利的執行命令，送達國民黨、立法院、中選會等3處，許因此認為，已經可確保王金平黨員及立委資格，因此向行政法院撤回原先所提出的假處分聲請。

許英傑並表示，暫時不會向行政法院提出行政訴訟，由於國民黨已經決定下周將針對北院的假處分裁定，向高院抗告，難道王金平方面不擔心有變數？許英傑表示，他們有自己的訴訟節奏，因此並不擔心。
