【許麗珍╱台北報導】北市公共自行車YouBike計費標準下月將改變。北市交通局昨表示，下月起將採累進費率，仍維持使用悠遊卡會員前三十分鐘免費，但原本三十分鐘後每多半小時一律收十元的單一費率，將只適用前四小時，第五到第八小時改為每三十分鐘二十元，第九小時起每三十分鐘四十元，租十小時單車，將從一百九十元漲為三百九十元，估計每月將有五千六百人次受影響。

15分內禁止續借

由於不少民眾反映借不到車或有人還車後馬上再借，下月起也新增還車十五分鐘內「不可同站續借」規定。交通局局長王聲威強調，新制是維持借車公平性，未來系統也會進行租借資料分析比對與監控，防民眾蓄意換卡再借車。
之前九位民眾借車超過二十四小時且經催還仍未還車，捷安特公司發言人劉麗珠昨表示，經催還後，目前僅一位民眾因弄丟YouBike需要賠償九千元，只要借車超過二十四小時未還，系統即啟動催還機制。
從事行政助理的黃建陞說，他每天至少騎四趟YouBike到市府洽公，常借不到車，他贊成還車十五分鐘內不得再借的規定。民眾賴先生認為，離峰時段或偏遠租借站YouBike很多，不能再借規定太死。

【陸運鋒／新北報導】昨天晚上10時許，三重三和路四段發生一起墜樓事件，一名女子從大樓11樓頂墜落，民眾聽聞巨響，嚇得趕緊叫救護車，送醫急救後仍宣告不治。

警方調查，墜樓的方姓女子(29歲)，在頂樓留下一個隨身包包，並未留下遺書，現場並無外力介入的情況，初步排除他殺，女子頭部撕裂傷及右腳變形骨折，警方目前正聯絡家屬前往製作筆錄，案由警方調查中。

李登輝昨天開庭前向大批在法院守候的記者說「大家好！」，心情顯得不錯；有人提起王金平關說案，問他「會不會覺得馬英九總統太惡霸？」李登輝說，王金平還有國民黨黨員資格，「民主社會應照民主制度進行，不要個人想怎樣就怎樣。」

特偵組指控李登輝和前國民黨大掌櫃劉泰英，涉嫌挪用國安密帳七百七十九萬美元，透過洗錢漂白，向潤泰集團購買台綜院辦公室、支付開銷；全案牽涉國家機密保護法，兩年多來不公開審理，台北地院昨天辯論終結。

「特偵組這種汙衊作為，是本人畢生奇恥大辱！」李登輝庭訊時說，他不能接受起訴書指控內容，認為起訴書極盡荒謬；他主張，國安局各項工作是依國安會議決策後分層負責，並編列預算管制執行，從沒有需要經他核可後，才能動支經費的情況。

李登輝主張，他不了解情報作業如何運作，但深知危險性，國安局以積極手段保護相關人員、機構是理所當然；如當時因相關法律或規定不完備、行政作業疏失，就直指承辦或參與人員牟取私利，過於武斷。

李登輝並發布新聞指出，他企盼符合正義的判決，以保障為國家安全犧牲奉獻的同仁；辯護律師顧立雄說，李登輝感冒、胃痛，開庭時僅略微陳述、簡單為自己辯護，精神狀況不錯；至於有沒有信心打贏官司？顧立雄表示很有信心。

【綜合報導】這樣的景象，真的讓人感到不可思議，野生動物攝影師蒙地史隆，在印第安那州的野狼生態公園中拍攝時，狼群居然朝他撒嬌，又親又磨蹭，賴在他身上，絲毫沒有攻擊他的意圖。
 
雖然根據公園描述指出，狼群不會朝獵物咆嘯，而是會顯得相當興奮開心，甚至看起來很友善的樣子，不過史隆表示當時狼群絕對沒有把他當獵物，就像小狗一樣，依偎在他身邊和他玩耍，這樣的行為完全和大家以為的背道而馳，不過事實上野生的狼並不危險，牠們反倒對人類相當懼怕，看到人類就會立刻逃跑確保安全。

【鄧玉瑩／台中報導】賴姓男子9年前在成功嶺服役期間結識打工女學生，兩人交往一陣後失聯。去年兩人再度偶遇，重新交往，交往半年後又分手。賴為挽回感情，竟跟蹤該名女子多月，懷疑她行蹤可疑，可能吸毒，竟向台中地檢署檢舉女子吸毒，又在女子前夫臉書上留言「她沾毒很久，叫她去勒戒自首，他們要她錢也要她當性奴。」
 
因女子驗尿無毒品反應，賴男又拿不出女子吸毒的相關證據，台中地檢署今天依誣告、誹謗罪將賴男提起公訴。
