【綜合報導】中國網上近日熱傳一張美男的照片，相中人據說是北京語言大學學生會副主席，不少網友看後表示他是史上最帥副主席，還有人更直呼：「這才是男神！」
據悉，這名帥哥副主席叫大衛，來自俄羅斯，2012年曾參加央視漢語之星大賽，獲得「十大漢語之星」稱號。新學年開學，在學生會招新活動中，他拿着喇叭宣傳，吸引大批校內女生圍觀。

中秋烤肉要忌口？腸胃健康三招告別罪惡感。

中秋將至，團圓烤肉是中秋不敗的流行風潮，在大口開吃烤肉時，不少民眾也擔心吃下過多油滋滋的肉食和燒烤致癌物。台灣癌症基金會營養師賴怡君提醒，每逢中秋，更是腸胃炎激增的時刻。想大口吃的同時維持腸道健康，治本之道在於透過均衡飲食保持腸道菌相平衡。
烤肉時大量攝取高油高肉，進入腸胃後，會被腸道壞菌代謝出致癌毒素。腸道壞菌愈多，毒素吸收就愈多。只有建立正向腸道環境，增加好菌數量，抑制腸道壞菌滋生，才能減少腸道生成毒素。專家表示，只要把握腸胃健康三招，偶爾烤肉也無需因肉食罪惡感而破壞中秋烤肉的好心情！
賴怡君指出，優酪乳富含活菌，是最直接補充腸道好菌的方式。透過優酪乳補充益生菌，能讓好菌於腸道形成保護層，減少肉類脂肪與壞菌接觸。飲用優酪乳若想獲取最多活菌，盡量於開封後一小時內飲用完畢。另外，由於每日體內的腸道菌會因代謝而排出，建議平時即保持喝優酪乳習慣，定時補充好菌，亦能作好準備，面對中秋節肉食對腸胃的衝擊。
除優酪乳之外，高纖多蔬果飲食模式亦是培養腸道好菌的重要方式，因為蔬果經消化後產生有機酸，是腸道內好菌生長的能源，可幫助增加好菌活性，維持腸道消化機能正常。。建議烤肉時搭配蔬菜水果一起食用，因新鮮蔬果富含天然抗氧化劑，如維生素C、β-胡蘿蔔素及其他植化素，可以阻斷致癌過程，可作為胃腸的保護層。
除了平時飲食養好腸道好菌，烤肉時簡單注意幾個燒烤的原則，便可大量減少致癌物攝取。在烤肉前食材選擇上，盡量選擇瘦肉，或是雞肉剝去外皮再烤，可避免燒烤過程中產生脂溶性毒素，如戴奧辛、多氯聯苯等。此外，肉類蛋白質在高溫烹調下易產生致癌物，建議可離炭火遠一點烤。另外可用鋁箔紙將肉類、蔬菜包起來烤，避免燒烤煙霧中的致癌刺激物黏附在食材上。
賴怡君指出，腸道健康的經營，平時就要注重。掌握每日適量優酪乳、高纖多蔬果飲食與避免烤肉致癌物三招，以打造正向的腸道環境。選購優酪乳時，不妨挑選有國家健康食品及腸胃認證的優酪乳，才能真正食得安心。

【綜合報導】農委會林務局首度舉辦「台灣十大地景票選」，昨第一階段票選截止，但因未公布得票數，加上林務局官網昨投票截止日竟當機3小時，引發爭議。
昨是票選截止日，但林務局未公布得票數，僅稱將一併在下月公布。林務局本月4日發布新聞稿，公布前10名，依序為野柳、日月潭、玉山主峰、金瓜石、大小霸尖山等地景，但無個別的得票數，僅公布不同名次的差別票數，如第1名野柳較第2名日月潭多205票、日月潭較第3名玉山主峰多65票。林務局稱，僅公布各名次相差票數，是為刺激民眾投票。民眾質疑「黑箱作業、太離譜」；學者批：「林務局網路行銷這堂課根本不及格。」

【莊淇鈞／新北報導】樹林區三龍街1家有38年歷史的介明塑膠廠驚傳1起持刀砍人案件，昨天晚上8時許，43歲官姓男員工到達公司準備上班時，被喝醉酒的同事拿斧頭砍傷，送醫時在頭部2處、頸部1處各5公分撕裂傷，送醫急救目前並無生命危險，廠方低調表示並不清楚詳細情形。警方表已掌握兇嫌相關資料，目前已加派警力擴大偵辦追緝凶徒中。

【綜合報導】位在斗南火車站前的斗南派出所，負責值班的警員幾乎都有被民眾借錢的經驗，借錢的人大都稱錢花光或是錢包丟了，沒錢坐車回家，希望警員幫忙，派出所所長馮耀振表示，借錢大都有去無回，但民眾有麻煩，警方不幫忙又說不過去，幫了又自己難過，十分困擾。
警員吳宏慶說，借錢的民眾，男女老少都有，但一個月來了十幾個，真的被借怕了。馮耀振說，有次一名年輕人到派出所借錢，說要買車票回家，他怕年輕人是騙錢，親自到火車站訂票，還特別提醒票務人員這張票不能辦退票，不過他才回派出所，年輕人就直接把票轉賣，拿了錢就落跑。此類案例也不少，令同事十分頭疼，但為避免需要幫助的人求助無門，同仁在簡單查證後，還是會掏錢救急。
