【綜合報導】美國密西根州24歲男子葛里沙(Zachariah Grisham)，前天(15日)與女友3歲兒子玩遊戲時，誤開槍將他擊斃。

當地檢察官表示，葛里沙在周日下午約3時30分，與女友3歲兒子威爾遜(Lance Wilson)在公園拿著真槍玩槍擊遊戲時，葛里沙開槍擊殺了男童。他周一被控疏忽和魯莽殺人，警方持續調查中，暫時不清楚死者母親當時是否在場。

市府工務局發現完工1年多尚未通車的金華橋，由於坡度稍大，倘有部分水泥砂漿層於施工時未確實攪拌混合，下雨過後容易造成人行道鋪面磚兩側最低點有滲水情形，為顧及橋樑品質，立即要求包商將人行道重新鋪設。

最近，金華橋因人行步道挖除重新施工，引發民眾質疑是否工程品質出問題，工務局表示，這是因承辦人員負起維護工程品質而產生的一場誤會。

工務局指出，金華橋人行道鋪面磚係以水泥砂漿貼著於混凝土牆面版，因混凝土牆面版為不透水構造物，倘有部分水泥砂漿層於施工時未確實攪拌混合，下大雨時若有水滲入水泥砂漿層，水勢必由人行道高點往兩側最低點緩慢滲流，造成雨後人行道磚兩側最低點仍有滲水情形。

工務局表示，金華橋人行道重新鋪設，相關改善費用係由承包商支出，工務局並未動支相關經費，人行道鋪面重新施作亦不影響橋樑結構安全性，金華橋馬上會有一嶄新的通暢人行道。

【蔣永佑／台北報導】北市一名27歲楊姓男子因不堪獨力照顧顫懷孕時罹患腦炎、生產後又患癲癇的病妻與1歲多幼女，心力交瘁，去年7月2日下午，因女兒哭鬧不休，楊男一時情緒失控，竟將女兒往地上軟墊摔去，女兒送醫急救18天後仍不治，楊妻氣得搬回娘家並提告。

士林地院認為楊男並無殺害女兒犯意且已自首，且榮總精神科鑑定報告則指出，楊男是因沈重生活壓力產生精神障礙而犯下大錯，法官因此依家暴傷害致死罪判楊男2年徒刑，緩刑4年，緩刑期間需交付保護管束，前往檢方指定醫療機構接受治療。

【綜合報導】英國研究發現，目前45%的工作，很有可能在未來20年內由電腦接手，運輸和一般行政工作會被先行淘汰，管理和科研人員也面臨威脅。

這個研究由英國牛津大學馬丁學院（Oxford Martin School）的未來科技影響計劃進行，研究員分析702種工作被電腦取代的可行性，以及工資和所需學歷的關係後，認為當中有45%的工作被取代的機率屬高危險群，首當其衝的會是運輸和物流業、製造業，以及辦公室行政支援的工作，另外服務業、零售業和建造業也會是第一波受影響的行業。

之後電腦化浪潮則會遇上瓶頸，因為到了這階段，剩下的真人從事工作會是較難讓電腦取代的工程業等行業。研究員指出：「隨着科技快速發展，人手會轉移到不受電腦化影響的工作，即是需要創意和社會智能（social intelligence）的工作。」

【大紀元2013年09月16日訊】（大紀元記者朱麗婭澳洲悉尼編譯報導）在歷史低位的利率的刺激下，悉尼今年冬天創下了房產拍賣市場最強勁的記錄。聯邦大選的週末更令人驚嘆，以87.6%拍賣成交率創下今年的最高記錄，打破了前一週末84%的最高記錄，同時也達到了歷史記錄的最高水平。

據悉尼晨鋒報報導，賣房者為了避開因選舉造成的注意力分散，拍賣房產數量在前一週明顯增多。儘管房源數量比去年同期多出200多所，但購房者熱情高漲，使得 週末的拍賣結果達到超級水平。大選日拍賣數量有所減少，但賣家的熱情不減，有幾個區的拍賣成交率達到100%，中海岸、市中心、東區、西區和西北區都錄 得最高的拍賣成交率，悉尼內西區的拍賣成交率也達到了90%。過去一個月悉尼平均拍賣成交率達到83.2%。

近日的週末共有545所房產參與了拍賣，這是今年截止目前的週末拍賣數量出現的第二高，今年最高記錄出現在3月復活節前的那一週末，房產拍賣數量高達682所。

悉尼部份地區在前一週末拍賣中成績突出，上北岸的成交率高達93%，西北區和中海岸分別為95%和92%，內西區和南區也表現強勁，成交率達到了86%。

悉尼在過去的8週裡，有7週的拍賣成交率達到80%以上，僅2週前的週末為79%。

繼上個月降息的決定之後，儲備銀行正如市場的預期的，宣佈保持利率不變。低利率將繼續促使悉尼的購房者和賣房者產生大量的市場能量，預計會形成多年來最熱的春季房產市場。
