【邱中岳／新北報導】硬漢化身樂手！新北市警察局1997年成立台灣首支警察樂隊，該樂隊曾經受邀到澳門、日本、香港等地表演交流，新北市如果有重大節慶或警方犯罪預防，也都會請他們上陣演出！
 
警方表示，該樂隊1行約50人，每周都會抽空練團。為了讓同仁一飽耳福，分享警察樂隊苦練成果，也將以樹林分局為出發點，巡迴至新北各分局演奏；今天下午3時，將在樹林分局聯合勤教時表演，讓警察同仁在工作之餘，也能藉由音樂舒壓。

【陳俐妏╱台北報導】新光證券表示，由於聯準會意外延緩退市，加上梅克爾三度當選德國總理，歐洲政治趨穩，且匯豐中國9月採購經理人指數來到51.2，為六個月來最佳，中國經濟展望佳，配合金管會主委希望金融營業稅維持在2%水準，使得週一台股開高走高，股匯雙升，指數越過前高8265.7點，登上5月底以來新高價，終場加權指數收8292.83點。

綜觀週一盤面，晶圓代工、太陽能、車用電子、電子零組件等族群走強，推升電子股大漲1.16%，成交比重為59.46%。傳股方面，中秋節假期刺激百貨股業績揚升，令指數大漲2.32%，漲幅居前，另外，水泥、紡織、其他、生技、化工等類股也有1%以上漲幅，觀光股受F-美食改選董事長重挫拖累，下跌1.06%，走勢最弱，金融股方面，因金融稅暫不調漲，激勵壽險及金控股走高，整體上漲1.33%。

在眾多利多消息助攻下，權值股勁揚，帶動台股衝上三個多月來新高點，不僅成交量提升至八百多億，9日KD值也轉成黃金交叉，配合外資再買進83億，及三大法人台指期貨大增4400多口淨多單，顯示法人樂觀看待後市，另外，台灣實質薪水成長不及通膨，台幣看升，外資可望持續買超，預期台股有機會登上前高8439點。選股方面，建議可多留意政策做多的金融股。
