【李恩慈／台南報導】「哇！學校裡有鋼鐵人耶！」台南嘉南藥理科技大學圖書館大廳今天進駐3座仿真1:1比例鋼鐵人，學生們為之瘋狂，紛紛拿起手機拍照留念。有學生逗趣地說：「連鋼鐵人都來陪我們K書，我們怎麼能不多來圖書館呢？」
 
三 座鋼鐵人身高達220公分，是全球知名動漫大廠Marvel公司在台合法授權打造的限量版，由與校方策略聯盟的「寄暢園」以每座25萬元購買，無限期放在 嘉藥校園中展覽，成了全台唯一有鋼鐵人在校園的學校。學校今天中午舉辦開幕展，3名同學打扮成鋼鐵人演起行動劇，全場捧腹大笑。校長李孫榮表示，希望學生 仿傚鋼鐵人精神，對學問追求堅持奮戰到底。

【李恩慈／台南報導】台南市警局第三分局今偵破以蔡姓主嫌為首的暴力討債集團，警經半年蒐證，帶回組織成員12人和本票、帳冊等證物，受害人數近百人，全案依違反組織犯罪防制條例等罪嫌移送偵辦。

警方表示，該集團經營地下錢莊，以放高利貸為主，若有被害人借貸後無法如期還錢，就會被討債集團用暴力行為和言詞恐嚇，甚至會偷偷在被害人車輛裝設GPS定位系統，定期用手機監看追蹤行動；有時掌握行蹤的集團成員突然出現，駕車惡意衝撞被害人，讓被害人受傷，心生畏懼，手段相當惡劣。警方說，有些被害人發現被裝設GPS後，趕快拆下並丟棄河內，結果卻被集團成員要求賠償2萬元的損害費用，行徑囂張；大部分受害人因擔心被集團報復，大多不敢報警。

【林巧雁／台北報導】財政部賦稅署今天公布7~8月期統一發票千萬特別獎共有13張，200萬特獎共有11張。
 
千萬特別獎中獎金額最小是只花22元在新店安和路的萊爾富超商買可愛的多拉A夢小蛋糕，金額最大是在彰化縣的愛買大賣場花2237元買食品與飲料。
 
其它還包含花134元在台北市信義區松高誠品買麵包、台北市地下停車場的停車費25元、基隆市全家超商買菸品飲料454元、花蓮縣的全聯買食品98元、淡水統一超商花53元買飲料零食、蘆洲的義式料理熱滾滾美食屋餐費145元、桃園統一超商買飲料64元、台中市中華電信買數位商品680元、台南市統一超商買鮮乳82元、台南市海豚商行〈台灣巨蛋便利超商〉買菸品70元、嘉義市的中油加油站買汽油135元。

各大安全防護品牌都開始在 Android 平台提供安全防護、防毒服務，不過最近 G Data 被發現不肖駭客冒用，以假的 G Data 廣告騙取每週 15 歐元的服務訊息。如果使用者有相關需求，請透過官方管道取得這些安全防護軟體。

假的安全防護軟體、防毒軟體時有所聞，也從以往的桌面版本進化到 Android 等行動版本，有時連知名品牌也會被不肖駭客利用，仗著知名度進行詐騙。G Data 昨日(10/1)發佈新聞稿表示，發現網路駭客使用大量的廣告應用，謊稱提供 Android 防毒解決方案來騙取使用者訂購付費。

網路駭客聲稱是 G Data 防毒的提供者，點擊這個廣告的使用者會收到一則每週 15 歐元的服務訊息；駭客謊稱提供 G Data 防毒的服務，但付款方式不是透過 G Data 申請的服務來執行。G Data 安全實驗室表示這類這種網路詐騙廣告，是駭客最常用的伎倆之一，根據調查仿冒的公司 Mobile Minded BV 位於荷蘭，G Data已經就此問題採取法律行動；另外已經查到位於芬蘭、波蘭、法國和荷蘭都有這種網路詐騙案例，並且可能會擴大到其他國家，這些網路詐騙是透過網路廣告而來。使用者購買任何服務前，應詳細閱讀服務條款以及字型較小的服務條文，避免落入詐騙陷阱。

雖然這次的事件是發生在歐洲地區、詐騙廣告也不是以中文呈現，多數台灣地區使用者應該沒受到影響。但大家還是要提高警覺。

【綜合報導】美國政府自昨日起停擺，有70%公務系統和職員被迫放無薪假，而美國媒體就指出，食品安全可能因此無人把關。

據美國《哈芬登郵報》報導，美國農業部有一項食品安全檢驗計畫，從2011年開始，該部門會對全美各家食品企業進行檢查。光是在2011年，就檢查了2萬家，平均每日該部門也會檢查到80家的食品機構。

但現在美國緊急預算案未通過，政府關門應變，連帶這筆食安檢驗經費來源也被凍結，因此美國人也開始擔憂食安問題的發生。
