法務部新任部長羅瑩雪記者會，媒體問羅瑩雪曾在立法院質詢時自爆，法務部9月29日宣布成立調查小組調查特偵組是否濫權監聽前一天，她曾打電話給檢察總長黃世銘，被立委質疑她為何找黃討論調查小組的事情？

羅瑩雪澄清，9月28日是黃世銘打電話給她，為特偵組辦案引起的風波主動向她說抱歉，不是討論調查小組和調查內容。羅瑩雪說，她後來主動向黃提到法務部要成立調查小組，請黃要配合調查，黃答稱會完全配合。

羅表示，為了調查公正性並昭公信，她不參與調查小組，因此調升蔡碧玉接常務次長，兼任調查小組召集人。

【范中興／台北報導】台灣玉山科協理監事會今天改選正副理事長，由創投界大老、中磊董事長王伯元當選理事長、台灣金控董事長李紀珠當選副理事長，並選出王伯元、李鍾熙、李紀珠、黃日燦、蔡清彥等5位為常務理事、劉宗欣為常務監事。

新任理事長王伯元是台大物理系畢業，美國卡內基美隆大學物理博士，曾在IBM工作20年，歷任各部門資深主管，目前是怡和創投集團及中磊電子集團董事長。

王伯元表示，當選玉山理事長後有幾件事要做，第1，就是希望玉山能成為國內舉足輕重的社會團體，提高能見度，並發揮影響力；其次，他希望透過全體理監事協助，能健全玉山的財務；第3，他希望加強玉山科協與中國的兩岸合作關係。

李紀珠是第3次蟬連台灣玉山副理事長，目前是臺灣金控暨臺灣銀行董事長、銀行公會理事長。

「剛剛誰打最大力啦？」象隊昨晚以8：2擊敗犀牛賽後，休息室裡出現這樣的聲音，象隊單局打了10人次，只要有人回來得分，與隊友一一擊掌時，就看官大元先出手拉住得分隊友，其他球員接著瘋狂「巴」頭，就連老大哥彭政閔都難逃一劫。

被虧是帶頭者，官大元說：「哪是啊，是小雞吧！」但問他是不是只負責拉人時，官大元說得理直氣壯：「拉了不打，太吃虧了吧！」

官大元將在今晚再扛先發對戰犀牛，難道不怕隊友懷恨在心，不幫他打分數？官大元自有一套解釋，「今天打他們大力一點，明天才會幫我打大力一點。」

唯獨捕手陳智弘站得老遠擊掌，隊友也不敢朝他出掌，原因也很合理，陳智弘說：「他們不敢打我啦，我還要保持清醒耶！」畢竟他還得蹲捕最後半局。

【綜合報導】劉培基專門創造傳奇：羅文、梅艷芳、張國榮……明星穿了他的衣服，經過巧手加持，成為叱吒風雲的巨星。

劉培基本身也是傳奇，父不詳母不愛，從小顛沛流離，八歲時母親交了男友，將他丟到寄宿學校，不聞不問。劉培基下課後先去校長家裡幫傭，吃隔夜餿掉的飯菜。在逆境中他絕不輕言放棄，小學肄業，從一個裁縫學徒，蛻變為七○年代香港首度進軍國際的服裝設計師。一九八三年，三十二歲的劉培基平步青雲，當選香港十大傑出青年，名滿全城。同樣屬兔小他一輪，二十歲的梅艷芳才初出茅廬，在她身上，劉培基看到自己的影子，「她很渴望我能幫她，但不是一味討好，她眼神裡還有不服輸的倔降，讓我印象深刻。」

二○○二年是羅文，○三年是張國榮、梅艷芳，劉培基一一做壽衣，送君體面上路。摯友一一殞落，唯一能夠不離不棄守護他的，只有天頂灑下的月光。
