【劉智維／高雄報導】來旗山除了逛老街、吃小吃還能做什麼？推廣旗山在地文化與社區營造的尊懷文教基金會，向文化部及高市政府文化局提案，希望透過目前最夯的深度旅遊，讓前往旗山的民眾親自到香蕉田體驗農村生活，並品嘗香蕉風味餐，讓遊客到素有「香蕉王國」封號的旗山不再只是逛老街、嘗小吃，能真正體驗農村逸趣。
 
尊懷基金會表示，本次活動將於10月19~20日及26~27日，分兩梯次舉行，各提供30個名額、兩天一夜的輕旅行，相關訊息可上網http://zun-huai.org.tw/或電07-6611451洽詢。

成大校長黃煌煇今天表示，台灣社會有「博士迷思」，不僅政府高官、總統都是博士，大學生畢業也搶著唸碩、博士，未做人才培育規畫，造成流浪博士多。

他今天接受成大校內學生主播採訪談「學用合一」時，有感而發說，「沒有看過哪一個國家的高層有這麼多博士」。他表示，博士專注在專業研究上，相對的與社會互動少，高官這麼多博士，難怪做出來的很多決策，會讓社會大眾覺得與社會脫節。

他表示，成大的產學合作比率達到3%，100件的研發中有3件成功技轉給業界，比率是全台各大學中最高的，也達到世界水準，但全台大學平均比率只有0.3%，很多研發都只留在學校裡，未實際被產業界運用，相當可惜。

精誠集團旗下子公司「精誠軟體服務」宣布，獲得微軟Surface企業認證經銷商資格，將共同耕耘平板市場，提供企業更符合目前作業平台的平板選擇。

精誠軟體今天宣布，正式成為微軟Surface企業認證經銷商，將協助台灣企業用戶導入使用平板方案並推廣微軟平板電腦市場，提供企業主更符合目前作業平台的平板選擇。

精誠指出，微軟Surface平板電腦區分為強調輕便娛樂的「Surface RT」，以及類PC功能強大的「Surface Pro」兩種規格，兩種均內建Windows最新作業系統，能完整運作Office，並和企業使用的微軟作業系統接合。與現在的PC中應用程式使用經驗及管理經驗相同，用戶進入門檻較低。

另外，「Surface Pro」也可與現有IT架構整合，對IT管理者而言，不須額外添購管理工具及設備。

精誠軟體總經理李素月表示，精誠軟體已經連續10年獲得微軟合作夥伴英雄獎，2013年更是微軟大型企業客戶經銷商的第一名，身為微軟信賴的合作夥伴，這次很高興能成為微軟Surface的企業認證經銷商。

各位好，純粹抒發依下 話說前幾天，我出差回到公司準備將一些公司的器具卸下來 就准備要停在公司大樓樓下的卸貨停車格，可是我們公司停車格式直的 不像停車位那樣，而且還在T自路口例如下圖 辦 公 樓 ---------------| 卸 |------------ 騎 樓 | 貨 | ---------------|pp__|------------ |__W__| _ _ _ _ _ _ _ ------ ----------- | | | | | | 圖畫的不好，W表達是機車待轉區 因為我要用倒車入庫的方式進到卸貨區 所以需要把車駛入機車待轉區然後打倒車進入卸貨區 就在我剛好停在機車待轉區然後切入R檔準備退後的時候 有兩台磨托警車直接停在PP處， 然後走過來說：先生，你知道這裡不是停車格嗎？ 我就說：我知道阿 警察先生：知道還停，這裡是待轉區 我就說：我要卸貨必須停到我們的卸貨區，我剛好要倒退你剛好擋住我了 警察先生：馬上開走 我就說：我進我們卸貨區被你擋到了，怎麼開走？ 警察先生：往前開走 我就默默的開走，去繞一圈再回來 然後我在停紅燈的時候還看到那兩位警察大大從我對向車道騎過去 還一直看我，接著我一樣到達公司門口，就成功倒入卸貨區 然後那兩位警察好像又折回來好像又故意回來監視一下，才又回轉走掉.... 警察們很盡責啦！不過我都解釋了，還不讓我停.還故意擋住 整我也高興........ 吐個口水= =~~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.242.55.145

外資大舉買超台股，台北外匯市場新台幣兌美元匯率盤中一度升值逾2角，終場收29.532元，升值7.8分。

台北及元太外匯經紀公司總成交量增至11.86億美元。

外匯交易員表示，早盤外資大舉買超台股約100億元，讓新台幣升破29.500元，一度還升至29.350元附近，尾盤央行進場調節，收在29.532元。

交易員說，美國債限到頂，不得再舉債，所以避險資金外流，對美元不利，如果問題沒解，新台幣兌美元不排除再測29.350元。

台北時間下午5時30分左右的國際匯價1歐元兌1.3612美元，1美元兌97.81日圓，兌1074韓元。

台北外匯經紀公司新台幣兌美元匯率今天開盤價為29.610元，盤中最高29.353元、最低29.610元，終場收29.532元，升值7.8分，成交金額8.49億美元。

元太外匯經紀公司新台幣兌美元匯率今天開盤價為29.600元，盤中最高29.355元、最低29.600元，終場收29.505元，升值9.5分，成交金額3.37億美元。

金融海嘯後，債券基金買氣明顯優於股票基金，但隨量化寬鬆（QE）將逐步退場，資金風險胃納重新啟動（Re-Risking）下，今年「股優於債」趨勢鮮明，統計國內投信687檔股票基金中，今年以來正報酬比率高達82.69%，對比債券基金則不到三成，且股票基金平均報酬率達9.14%。

觀察今年投信基金的績效十強，漲幅均逾30%，漲勢驚人。摩根投信建議，在全球景氣回升、利率正常化的環境下，投資人宜適度提高股票部位比重。

摩根投信產品投資部副總劉玲君表示，成熟市場今年景氣回升趨勢明顯，全球經濟具改善契機，國際資金已領先趨勢加碼股票。根據美國投資公司協會（ICI）資料顯示，今年來股票基金資金淨流入3,120億美元，已超越債券基金的1,620億美元，為2008年以來首見。
