標題[問題] 該如何調整自己的心境?

最近剛換到一個新工作 不過新工作的環境最近正處於系統上線的階段 所以最近大家的壓力還蠻大的 每天中午都聽到很多同仁們說要離職 本以為只是大家開開玩笑而已 不過也默默的很多人都要走了 而且在最近也聽到該單位的同仁 在年初時也很多人離職了 也因為該單位的流動率很高 所以到了這個月底(10月底)之後 除了經理級以外 所有剩下來扛責任的同仁 皆是還沒過試用期的 最近中午還沒離職的前輩 都會找大家和隔壁課的資深同事一起吃飯 結果隔壁課的資深同仁們 每天都一直不時的問到我們幾個新進同仁何時會撐不下去要離職 要不就是一直在遊說我們課資深的同仁們跳槽去他們單位 所以每天中午的話題都只有在聽他們抱怨和被他們酸而已 也因為剛去新工作 所以想和同事們拉近距離並了解狀況 所以最近還是很耐著性子和大家一起吃飯 不過聽著聽著 真的不知道該怎樣調適自己的心境 很想試著努力看看現在的工作 但才剛到單位不久就感覺好累了 除此之外 也因為現在的單位剛成立不久 所以很多資源都沒有 在自己尋找答案和資源的同時 也免不了經過被罵來得到經驗 或許是還不夠堅強吧...有時被罵還是會感到失落... 真希望能趕快上手和掌握現在的工作 雖然一直聽著所待的部門很爛的耳語 但還是想自己努力看看 再確定要不要離職 感覺工作上雖然還算可以掌握 但沒想到工作環境和氣氛方面 原來是新工作最難去學習和適應的地方 這些可能是工作已兩年的我 未來更該去學習的吧! 感謝大家看完這一些抱怨的話 希望大家可以給我些做法或想法 讓我努力撐過這一切 在此謝謝大家的回答了!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.162.241.185 ※ 編輯: opisme 來自: 1.162.241.185 (10/03 22:40)

標題[問題] 勞健保查詢問題

到公司上班後，在第一天公司有幫我保勞健保， 我的月薪是24K+全勤1K， 請問照這網頁的算法http://ppt.cc/O-J1，我的應該是級距7， 因此我每個月的實拿月薪(如果全勤)是25K-勞健保786=實拿24214，這樣算對嗎? 如果我現在沒有上滿每一個月， 下面說明2.本表所列保費係以月為計算單位，新加保者自加保日起，按日計收勞保費；健保費則按 月計收保費。 這我看不太懂是如何算的，那勞健保部分該如何做計算? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 49.159.26.131

台北地檢署偵辦檢察總長黃世銘疑涉洩密案，今（3日）晚8時半傳馬英九總統作證。馬總統2日表示，國民有作證義務，檢方傳喚會配合作證。

除了馬總統前往北檢作證外，前總統府副秘書長羅智強也到了北檢，他說今晚是以證人身分到地檢署說明；為了表示對地檢署尊重，在這裡不會發表意見，未來有意見要公開，會另外尋求適當時間及方式報告。

北檢就黃世銘洩密案將傳喚相關人等前來說明，晚間總統府前副秘書長羅智強抵達北檢說明。 記者許正宏／攝影

黃世銘在王金平涉關說案9月5日簽結前、8月31日就前往總統官邸向馬總統報告此案，還自爆9月6日特偵組記者會後，曾多次與馬總統電話聯繫，引發軒然大波。

【柯長錕／高雄報導】看準黃色小鴨熱潮，Google街景背包今日踏上高雄光榮碼頭，拍攝黃色小鴨風采，不過，拍攝後照片需後製，最快也要數月後才會現身Google街景服務。
　Google街景背包需靠人力拍攝，主要負責街景車無法到達的險峻地點，目前台灣已拍過新店碧潭、花蓮太魯閣，但都尚未上線，Google街景背包高120公分、重18公斤，就連壯碩成人背起來仍顯吃力，上方球狀鏡頭組內建15個不同角度鏡頭，以每2.5秒拍1張750萬畫素照片，再後製拼接成360度環景照片。

【陳建緯／台北報導】日前民眾在網路PO了1段驚險畫面，畫面中機車行老闆才走出店門口，就被1輛疾駛的機車撞上，當場被撞得跌坐在地上爬不起來，騎士與後座女友趕緊上前攙扶。網友看到這樣誇張的畫面，痛罵機車騎士，「在騎樓騎車的人，腦子有洞嗎？」

台北市交通大隊執法組表示，該騎士行為依法可處以600-1800元罰款。請民眾不要以身試法。
