這家老張炭烤燒餅店堪稱南港區數一數二的美食名產，一般人多用「老張胡椒餅」稱呼。

若到過饒河街口（慈幼宮那側），應該知道有一家總是排滿人龍的「福州胡椒餅」，

如果你跟南港的朋友一起去逛饒河街，那他絕對不會陪你去排這個隊伍，

因為他通常會告訴你，要吃胡椒餅，要到南港吃。

我好幾次來老張這買胡椒餅時，總會看到有人一次是買「一箱」的，

也就是一次買四、五十個胡椒餅，老闆都會準備紙箱給他們裝，

您若去問他們打哪來，常常可以聽到是從基隆等地遠道而來的。

 

這家胡椒餅是用傳統炭烤的方式，在現場您也可以看到老闆把一個一個胡椒餅用手貼到火爐的壁上，烤出來的胡椒餅會稍微有點焦黑。

 

若要小豪來比較饒河街與南港的胡椒餅，

小豪會覺得南港的「內餡」比較好吃，而饒河街的「餅皮」比較好吃，

像我著重內餡的，我就會選擇南港的，而我有些朋友比較重視餅皮的，就喜歡饒河街的。

老張胡椒餅的肉餡有些辛辣，很夠味，

很多食物或許很美味，但吃完之後你不會記得那食物的味道，只會記得很好吃這樣，

這是這胡椒餅是那種你吃過之後，很難忘記它的味道的類型。

另一個讓我覺得印象深刻的是，吃完這胡椒餅總會有些芝麻留在嘴上，

小豪是很討厭吃芝麻的（天呀，我討厭的食物真多），

但是這芝麻會香到讓你愛上它。

我上次來吃應該是兩年前，感覺明顯比以前遜色，但仍然算是好吃，

如果要我選出南港區十大美食，老張胡椒餅一定在榜上。

非假日，下午兩點才開始販售，小豪一點多來，已經排到六號了。

 

店內另外兩項食物也很受到歡迎。

這在忠孝東路七段底，如果你想忠孝東路走九遍，肚子餓的時候就可以來買。

準確一點的位置在忠孝東路跟中南街的交叉路口，這附近有幾家店都不錯。

 

而現在更是可以搭捷運前往。

搭到捷運南港展覽館站後，從5號出口出來後左轉，沿著研究院路直走到5分鐘距離外那處天橋，

爬上天橋過馬路，往左邊的天橋下去，約5~7分鐘可到達。（在天橋上就能看到老張了）

【周佩萱／綜合外電報導】根據美國福斯新聞報導指出，槍響發生在一起汽車追逐後，根據附近居民表示約聽到8到9聲槍響，警方呼籲國會大廈內所有人員遠離窗戶。

目前傳出至少3人受傷，根據國會警員表示一名槍手已被逮捕，不過消息仍有待確認。

【陳瑩欣／台北報導】華南金（2880）董事長劉燈城今日表示，台灣、美國、日本、歐洲等區域將成為明年全球經濟表現的亮點，不再讓新興國家獨領風騷。他估計美國最快2015年發動升息，台灣景氣應從本季開始走強，今、明年經濟成長率則以主計總處預估的2.13%、3.37%為主。
 
劉燈城今日參與華南金、中經院與經濟日報合辦的《大師論壇》中指出，台灣8月景氣燈號仍是黃藍燈，顯示經濟成長緩慢，加上主計總處下修經濟成長率至2.31%，展望未來，美日成長動能可能增加，如無意外，台灣景氣應可在本季開始走強，主計總處估明年台灣經濟成長率為3.37%，應可達陣。
 
他表示，各主要研究機構近年來調降全球經濟預測值的狀況時有所見，顯示國際經濟情況難以預測，詭譎多變，不過各國都已開始提前為改善經濟做準備，估2013年美國經濟成長率約在1.7%到1.9%，明年在2.6%到2.9%，不過近年發生的美國府會爭議，以及17日美國舉債上限是否可以提高，仍有待觀察。
 
副總統吳敦義指出，台灣是一個淺碟式的經濟，應我們有極高比例的經濟成長發展要靠出口，受限國際環境影響非常大，要努力的地方非常多，包括薪資成長不夠「有感」、自由經濟示範區設立腳步應加快等。
 
吳敦義表示，薪資調整結果不但被許多勞工認為不理想，還有很多人認為我們的薪資倒退，但這些說法可能還有爭議，樂觀人認為工時從每周48小時縮短到42小時，不過在薪資調整上，政府還有很大的空間，要努力讓國民感受到薪資「有感」增加。
  
永豐銀行董事長邱正雄表示，台灣在1980年代，曾經一度發動大規模數量寬鬆，當時中央銀行發動規模占經濟成長的比重高於美國，1985年左右，台幣匯率40元兌1美元，1989年左右，台幣匯價升至24元，本來可以出產美國的東西，可以賺40元的變賺24元，央行執行預購外匯的動作，房地產、股市大漲，很多學者認為央行當時的做法不對，但若從股市觀點來看，那是「必要之惡」。
 
邱正雄表示，央行的最終目標應是「國民所得增加」、「就業率要能成長」，物價其次，國民所得增加是民主進步的助力。去年美國聖路易聯邦準備銀行分析，台灣利率自由化，使台灣資本占產出比例高。

【李姿慧／台北報導】為宣傳10月1日登場的香港萬聖狂歡月，香港旅遊發展局10月4日至9日首度於華山園區打造「台北萬聖南瓜慶典」，聚落60顆大大小小的南瓜，活動時間為上午10時到晚上10時，要重現2012年網路最火紅影片《Play蝦咪game》仿奪魂鋸的男主角，為挑戰香港萬聖狂歡月與戰勝眾多聚落南瓜怪，率領群魔亂舞大鬧南瓜慶典，現在還將送出2500個禮物，最大獎包括香港3天2夜自由行。
