【方翊倩／綜合報導】蘋果公司尚未公布iPhone 5s、iPhone 5c在台正式開賣日期，但部分電信業者已開始受理預約登記。台灣大哥大、遠傳電信皆表示，因詢問度高，基於服務立場留下民眾資料，一旦有最新消息就會通知登記的民眾。

《蘋果》報導，昨詢問台灣大、遠傳直營門市是否可以預約iPhone 5s，門市人員都拿出預約單提供填寫，但表示相關方案都還不確定，若有消息，會以電話通知用戶至門市申辦。中華電信目前在網路上也有iPhone最新消息第一手掌握的頁面，供民眾登記。根據市場的預估，最快本月底會在台灣開賣。

【葉國吏／綜合報導】泰國白龍王（本名周欽南）8月17日病逝家中，享壽76歲。昨天經過扶乩儀式，確定由白龍王的36歲小女兒Pet接掌白龍王廟，同時正式加冕為「黃龍王」。

《蘋果日報》報導，白龍王的小女兒Pet前年被蚊叮咬罹患登革熱，病癒後意外獲得掌管醫藥的「黃龍王」神力，白龍王離世前就以黃龍王身分主持法事。昨天是白龍王仙遊51天，愛徒之一的香港導演劉偉強，與其他弟子合力將白龍王雕像從故居送往白龍王廟，供信徒上香供奉。

【胡治言／綜合報導】台南市一名周姓卡車司機，失婚後跟女友同居，還與另一名已婚阮氏越南妹發生婚外情，因阮女要分手，他強逼「分手砲」，事後又反悔打傷阮女丈夫，並朝阮女潑酸毀容，法官認為他惡性重大，依重傷害、通姦罪判刑10年。

《蘋果》報導，阮女提出分手後，周男要求分手砲，卻因太緊張不舉，找上同居女友幫忙口交，勃起後大玩3P、拍裸照，但等阮女離開後又不甘心，當晚持球棒痛毆阮女丈夫，接著在去年10月18日上午，周男尾隨騎機車的阮女，在阮女快到家時，朝阮女臉部潑酸，造成阮女臉頸、胸部、手臂有二度灼傷，臉部更因化學性灼傷，眼瞼有疤痕性外翻。

法官認為，阮女想終結不正常的婚外情，被告不僅不放手，還動手毆打對方丈夫，更故意朝阮女臉部潑灑強酸毀容，犯罪手法極端且惡性重大，對被害人及家屬造成身心重大影響，依重傷害、通姦罪將他判刑十年，全案仍可上訴。

【大紀元2013年10月07日訊】（大紀元記者慈蕊法國報導）法國政府宣佈從10月1日日起，部份法國青年每月可獲青年保障金（garantie jeunes）434歐元。目的是幫助貧困無學歷青年就業，緩解其生活壓力。

享受這項青年保障金的年輕人年齡必須在18歲到25歲之間的「三非」青年，即非學生、非工薪階層、非就業中心（Pôle emploi）註冊者。這些年輕人的生活很不穩定，也沒有來自家庭的經濟支援，他們是青年保障金的優先申請者。

各地區委員會將負責篩選符合要求的青年，之後雙方簽署為期一年的合約。當地委員會將依據合約為他們提供工作機會、培訓、住房及醫療等方面的幫助；青年保障金享有者也必須遵守當地委員會的規定，積極參與求職活動，願意接受培訓以及進入企業實習、做臨時工或短期工等工作來積累個人工作經驗。

青年保障金將於今年10月1日在法國10個省份試行，這十省分別是：羅納河口省（Les Bouches du Rhône），賽納聖旦尼省（la Seine-Saint-Denis）, 留尼汪島（la Réunion）, 沃克呂茲省（ le Vaucluse）, 洛特-加龍省（Lot-et-Garonne）、阿里埃省（l』Allier）、菲尼斯太爾省（le Finistère）、奧德省（l』Aude）、孚日省（les Vosges）以及厄爾省（l』Eure）。

這十個青年保障金試驗省可涉及10000名貧困失業青年。隨著青年保障金的普及，到2014年享受該津貼的人數會再增加30000人。當該津貼在全法普及後，預計每年將有10萬青年人成為該保障金的受益者，法國政府每年為此付出的成本金為5億到6億歐元。
