前退輔會主委曾金陵因為處理會屬公司欣欣百貨總經理張惠君去留未果，因此辭職求去，張惠君也宣稱她並不是由退輔會推薦的官股代表。但退輔會主委董翔龍上午在立法院回應民進黨立委蔡煌瑯質詢時表示，張惠君是退輔會推薦過去擔任總經理，而根據行政院規定，她超過65歲後，退輔會一年可以考核她一次，若她的考核績效不好，退輔會就會把她換掉。

董翔龍允諾整頓欣欣百貨，取回主導權，並承諾不會讓欣欣百貨百億資產讓民股整碗捧走。

已出至第6代的經典賽車電玩「跑車浪漫旅6」12月初發售的PlayStation 3專用遊戲，將首度收錄澳洲代表性的賽車場「帕諾拉馬山賽車場（通稱巴瑟斯特）」。

台灣索尼電腦娛樂表示，這也是「跑車浪漫旅」(Gran Turismo)歷代作品當中，第1次收錄澳洲的實存賽車場。

由雪梨一路向西前進150公里，這個賽車場位於新南威爾斯省巴瑟斯特市，是一個象徵澳洲車類運動歷史的重要地標。首次舉行的賽事可追朔至1938年的澳洲錦標賽，至今也會舉行巴瑟斯特12小時耐久賽與巴瑟斯特1000哩賽等熱門賽事。

這條賽道全長6.213km，整體構造上緩衝區極少，跑完全程需要熟練駕駛技術與足夠的集中力。賽道中又以最靠近水泥牆的Mountain區段讓人緊張，需一邊注意四輪的重心，並同時循著最快的駕駛車線前進。

台灣索尼電腦娛樂指出，透過新的3D模組與急遽在眼前擴大的HDR動態範圍，這個遊戲將完整重現澳洲優美風光。

遊戲製作人山內一典表示，「Gran Turismo」第一代發售後至今，不斷努力回應玩者的意見，功能、服務方面都持續成長進化。

他說，「Gran Turismo 6」這次收錄1200台車輛，及全世界70種以上的賽道結構，還有傳說中的澳洲帕諾拉馬山賽車場，這個被稱為「澳洲紐堡林」的賽道，將會成為玩家的新挑戰。

【沈能元／台北報導】變性慾者常對自己的原生性別感到厭惡，想進行變性手術。台北榮總今創全球之先、發表全球首例針對變性慾症者身心靈的腦科學研究，該研究證實，變性慾者男女性別表徵的腦區與負責社交功能的社會腦區，其神經網絡聯結方式與一般人不同，該研究於今年7月刊登於國際知名期刊《PLoS ONE》。

北榮研究團隊針對該院1995年至2012年共447名變性慾症患者進行追蹤分析，並對其中21名患者以觀看A片方式進行角色認知研究。研究發現，若是男性變性慾症者在性愛情節中傾向女性角色認知，女性變性慾症者則傾向男性角色認知，並在以腦部磁振造影檢查，發現變性慾症者腦神經機轉與一般人不同。

依衛福部健保署1996年至2010年統計，變性慾者發生率男性約10萬分之5至14人，女性約10萬分之5人，北榮精神部發現，國內變性慾者就醫人數有增加趨勢，近1年約增加2成，並以男性變性慾症者較多。研究團隊證實，變性慾者若經荷爾蒙或手術治療，變性慾者的人際、社會適應有明顯改善，建議患者應盡速就醫。
